I-70 Corridor Improvements Phase 2: Woodlawn Ave. to Hwy. K

Construction began in early 2022 and is anticipated to be completed in June 2023. This project is a continuation of Phase 1 and includes improvements along I-70, from west of the Woodlawn Ave. overpass to Hwy. K. The Phase 2 improvements include a U-turn under the Hwy. K bridge, a U-turn on the Woodlawn Ave overpass, an on-ramp connection for eastbound traffic from Woodlawn Ave , a slip ramp for eastbound traffic to access the new Hwy. K interchange west of Woodlawn Ave., and a new entrance roadway to the commercial properties located east of Woodlawn Ave and South of I70.
