Workforce Development Board of Solano County to host Employment Extravaganza The Workforce Development Board of Solano County (WDB) has partnered with the Vallejo Employment Development Department to host the 2020 Employment Extravaganza. This event will take place on Friday, January 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 1440 Marin St, Vallejo. During the Employment Extravaganza, candidates will have the opportunity to speak directly with businesses and complete job applications onsite. An Employability Specialist will also be onsite to enroll attendees in training services. The Employment Extravaganza will feature over 12 employers, and businesses (as of January 3). The employers attending will highlight open employment opportunities ranging from nurses, CNA's, administrative assistants, advanced manufacturing trades, legal office internship, and more.
