Main Objectives & Key Understandings • Understand the priorities of resident’s as it relates to City projects and agendas. • Understand current communication methods being utilized as it relates to City news and events. • Find out where residents go to get City info and how often they want or seek this information. • Obtain metrics that will serve as a benchmark & key performance indicators to contrast measurable results in the future. • Obtain an overall understanding of residents’ impressions of the City and its current facilities. Also, gain feedback for potential improvements to increase engagement in our facilities.
