Greetings Division 20! Hey Division 20! I hope you all are enjoying this wonderful summer. I just have a few things to update you on today!

First thing first is paperwork. We still need to be filling out our paperwork even though it is summer. If you haven’t filled out any MRFs yet, please go back and do so! It’s better late than never! Also secretaries, if you haven’t filled out the form for Trisha yet, that can be found here. And treasurers, if you haven’t filled out the paperwork for Amit yet, that can be found here. Next topic is our upcoming divisional! We will be road spotters for the Empire Road Race Series 10k on August 26th. Please take a second to fill out this form and let me know if you can come. Lastly, Presidents, please check your email and let me know if you can come to our PCM if you haven’t already. I will be sending out the agenda to all of you on August 1st. I’m looking forward to our meeting! That’s all for now and I cannot wait to get back into the school year and come visit all of your clubs! Yours in service,

Camille Brock

Service Spotlight! “In July, the Seton Catholic Central Key Club volunteered at a local festival event for St. Cyril’s church. We love helping out local churches because of the great help they provide for our catholic schools. Students were working cash registers, they served delicious ethnic food, cleaned up around the event and helped customers find what they needed at St. Cyril’s festival. During our service we caught up with many people who recognized us through our achievements in Key Club and thanked us for our service. Not only did we have students volunteer for this event, but we also had family members join the children. This is just one of many events our Key Club has planned for the summer and we greatly appreciate everyone who helps us achieve our goals.” - From President Sophia Czabala

ICON was so amazing! I was blessed with the most amazing opportunity to go, and I’m so glad I took it. I was able to finally meet most of the district board, our district administrators, and learn tons about Key Club. I attended workshops, voted for the 2018-19 International Board, and was able to sightsee all over Chicago. If there’s one thing that I want everyone to know about convention, it’s that Key Club is so much more than just a club. I learned that Key Club reaches so far and wide, and it touches so many people’s lives. Whether it’s through the “Eliminate Project,” which is Key Club partnering with UNICEF, or just Key Clubbers making dog toys during their free time at ICON. I now have so many new friends thanks to ICON. I honestly wouldn’t trade this experience for the world. If you EVER get the chance to experience something like this, TAKE IT! You will 100% not regret it.
