Greetings Division 20! The end of school is quickly approaching us, but not before… FINALS! I hope all of you are studying hard and pushing through these last few days. I know that since it is the end of the school year, we may not be thinking about Key Club much. But this is just the start of Key Club’s service year! Try and think about hosting a service event over the summer. Or maybe try a fundraiser to start the school year off on a good note! Also, just remember to fill out the paperwork please!! It tracks how well our division is doing, and I know we all want division 20 to do well! And, PLEASE SEND ME YOUR NEW OFFICERS CONTACT INFORMATION! I understand that schools may not have had their election yet - but I know a few schools have, and I do not have their new officers. Please email those to me, as it will be an immense help! Again, I do understand that this is a busy time of year, and I am very overwhelmed myself. But, please don’t forget about Key Club! Service is so important and I know you all care about it so much! Good luck on finals, and congratulations to the Class of 2018! You will all do great things! Yours in service, Camille Brock 2

Service Ideas! I’ve noticed that we don’t have many events going on in the division right now. Here are some ideas to keep bettering the communities! ● Read with the kindergarteners or first graders ● Tutor kids before or after school ● Clean up a local park ● Donate old clothes ● Volunteer at a soup kitchen ● Donate non-perishable food to a food pantry ● Donate blankets to a homeless shelter ● When school starts back up, donate school supplies to those who cannot afford them ● Donate used books to a local library And these are all just a few easy tasks! I’d like to see more events soon. Division 20 has so much to offer! 6

Upcoming Events Presidents! I’ve emailed you about a presidential council meeting, and have only heard back from two people! Please check your email and let me know ASAP!! Also we have a few divisional events in the works! Be on the lookout for those in your email soon! 7

Do you want to go to an event where you can meet Key Clubbers from around the world? That’s ICON! What is ICON? - ICON is the International Key Club Convention, and this year it’s being held in the windy city of Chicago! Down below is all the information you need to know about ICON - Flight Information: ● Departure from either LaGuardia Airport or the Albany Airport on 7/2 - Albany departs at 5:40 am, and La Guardia departs at 6 am. ● Departure from Chicago is on 7/8 - The flight going back to Albany departs at 2:15 pm, and LaGuardia departs at 11:35 am. ● The cost is $1,275, and this covers roundtrip airfare, hotel, convention registration, and much more.
