Wellness Wednesdays Age Well, Expect More! FREE PROGRAM FOR OLDER ADULTS Healthy Lethbridge invites you to join Wellness Wednesdays! This project is supported by a grant from the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program and is designed to help older adults learn health, nutrition and wellness tips, and enjoy opportunities for recreation and connection in our community. This program will be running until March 2022.

ALL SESSIONS ARE FREE!! Coming Up in November: Wed November 3 - 10-11:30 am: Social, Emotional and Spiritual Health, with Barb Cavers, on Zoom Wed November 10 - 10-11 am: Strength for Bones and Joints, with Be Fit for Life Centre at Lethbridge College *proof of vaccination required to attend Wed November 24 - noon to 1 pm: Cooking for 1-2, on Zoom – Cook along with Emily Mardell in your own kitchen

Participants can join the Wellness Wednesday community at any time and participate as they wish! Start and end times are subject to change based on topic and speaker availability.
