A W o m a n’ s W o r l d The secret to a long and happy marriage... A man and woman had been married for more than 65 years. They had shared everything. They had talked about everything. They kept no secrets from each other except that the little old woman had a shoebox on the top of her wardrobe that she had cautioned her husband never to open or ask her about. For many years he never gave the box another thought, until one day the little old woman got very ill and the doctors said she would not recover. The husband started to try and sort out their affairs; the little old man took down the shoebox and carried it to his wife's bedside. She agreed that it was time that he should know what was in the box. When he opened it, he found two crocheted dolls and a stack of money totaling 95,000₏. He asked her about the contents. "When we were to be married," she said, "my grandmother told me the secret to any happy marriage is to never argue. She told me that if I ever got angry with you, I should just keep quiet and crochet a doll." The little old man was so moved; he had to fight back tears. Only two precious dolls were in the box. She had only been angry with him twice in all those years of living and loving. He almost burst with happiness. "Honey," he said, "that explains the doll, but what about all of this money? Where did it come from?" "Oh," she said, "that's the money I made from selling the dolls."

RoBERt PAttinson 'WAnts to MARRy KRistEn stEWARt':
Robert Pattinson reportedly wants to marry Kristen Stewart in an attempt to save their relationship. Stewart admitted to cheating on Pattinson with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders earlier this year, but the former couple are rumoured to be dating again. Pattinson has apparently issued Stewart with an ultimatum, warning that he will only officially get back with her if she agrees to spend the rest of her life with him. "Rob told Kristen the only way he can forgive her affair is if she truly commits to him. Rob has been keen to marry Kristen for quite a while and he doesn't want to get back with her unless he knows she means it for life too," a source told the Daily Star."Although Kristen broke Rob's heart he has realised he can't live without her. He never stopped loving her and he believes she still loves him. He is desperate to make it work and wants to give her another chance but not unless she proves she really wants it too."They have both talked openly about marriage before and she's been telling him for years that she doesn't want to rush into anything. But Kristen will do anything to get back with Rob now and one of the coditions is to discuss getting married and the future." Previous reports suggested that the pair 'can't live without each other' and spent most of the latter part of September together in LA. Bless...

Russell Brand is reportedly trying to avoid Victoria Beckham after returning to Los Angeles. The comedian is said to be concerned that Beckham will "kick off" over his treatment of her fellow Spice Girl Geri Halliwell.Brand and Halliwell started a brief fling at the end of last month, but the romance lasted 13 days (YES you read it right 13 DAYS) before he was spotted with other women. "Russell's avoiding Posh at all costs. He's scared to visit the places where he used to bump into her," a source told the Daily Star. "It's got so bad he's even changed his regular coffee shop because she goes there, and now goes to one that's two miles from his home in west Hollywood. "He knows he didn't treat Geri too kindly, and is convinced Victoria will kick off when she sees him." Brand was most recently spotted kissing a mystery woman outside his yoga class in LA.

We’ve not seen The Only Way Is Essex love birds Gemma Collins and James ‘Arg’ Argent out together for some time. The TOWIE couple have always had a fiery relationship – so it’s not that much of a surprise to hear they they’ve split up. Gemma and Arg’s relationship began on camera, but their romance is said to have fizzled out while TOWIE is off air. However, The Sun reports that just as we saw them get together, the fallout from their breakup will be screened as the new series of The Only Way Is Essex begins in October. An insider has revealed that 31-year-old Gemma became fed up with the constant rowing with Arg, 24. We’ve seen plenty of drama between Gemma and Arg – starting with the classic “you ain’t never gonna get this candy,” line. Back in August Gemma also publicly accused Arg of cheating, she posted furious messages over Twitter - to be honest we can’t say were surprised....

Halloween Survival Guide † When it appears that you have killed the monster, *never* check to see if it's really dead.
† If you find that your house is built upon or near a cemetary, was once a church used for black masses, had previous inhabitants who went mad or committed suicide or died in some horrible fashion, or had inhabitants who performed satanic practices in your house, move away immediately. † Never read a book of demon summoning aloud, even as a joke. † Do not search the basement, especially if the power has gone out. † If your children speak to you in Latin or any other language which they should not know, or if they speak to you using a voice which is other than their own, shoot them immediately. It will save you a lot of grief in the long run. NOTE: It will probably take several rounds to kill them, so be prepared. † When you have the benefit of numbers, *never* pair off and go it alone. † As a general rule, don't solve puzzles that open portals to Hell. † NEVER stand in, on, above, below, beside, or anywhere near a grave, tomb, crypt, mausoleum, or other house of the dead.

A Tall Tale from Vienna Graveyard C
hris Cross, a tourist in Vienna, happens to be walking past Vienna's Zentralfriedhof graveyard on October 31st. All of a sudden he hears some music. No one is around, so he starts searching for the source. Chris finally locates the origin and finds it is coming from a grave with a headstone that reads: Ludwig van Beethoven, 1770-1827. He realises that the music is the Ninth Symphony and of all things it is being played backward! Puzzled, he leaves the graveyard and persuades Tim Burr, a friend, to return with him. By the time they arrive back at the grave, the music has changed. This time it is the Seventh Symphony, but like the previous piece, it is being played backward. Curious, the men agree to consult a music scholar. When they return with the expert, the Fifth Symphony is playing, again backward. The expert notices that the symphonies are being played in the reverse order in which they were composed, the 9th, then the 7th, then and the 5th. The next day the word has spread throngs of spectators have gathered around the grave. They are all listening to the Second Symphony being played backward. Just then the graveyard's caretaker ambles up to the group. Someone in the crowd asks him if he has an explanation for the music. "Oh, it's nothing to worry about" says the caretaker. "He's just decomposing!"

IF mEN RULED THE WORLD
* At the end of the workday, a whistle would blow and you'd jump out your window and slide down the tail of a brontosaurus and right into your car like Fred Flintstone. * police, Camera, Action would be broadcast live, and you could phone in advice to the pursuing cops. Or to the crooks. * Instead of a beer belly, you'd get beer biceps. * Birth control would come in lager. * Each year, your raise would be pegged to the fortunes of the football team of your choice. * 'sorry I'm late, but I got really wasted last night' would be an acceptable excuse for tardiness. * It'd be considered harmless fun to gather 30 friends, put on horned helmets, and go pillage a nearby town.

ONE SMART PUPPY... A local business was looking for office help... They put a sign in the window stating the following: "Help wanted. Must be able to type, must be good with a computer, and must be bilingual. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer." A short time afterward, a dog trotted up to the window, saw the sign and went inside. He looked at the receptionist and wagged his tail, then walked over to the sign, looked at it and whined. Getting the idea, the receptionist got the office manager. The office manager looked at the dog and was surprised to say the least. However, the dog looked determined, so he lead him into the office. Inside, the dog jumped up on the chair and stared at the manager. The manager said, "I can't hire you. The sign says you have to be able to type." The dog jumped down, went to the typewriter, and proceeded to type out a perfect letter. He took out the page and trotted over to the manager and gave it to him, then jumped back on the chair. The manager was stunned but then told the dog, "The sign says you have to be good with a computer." The dog jumped down and went to the computer. The dog proceeded to enter and execute a perfect program that worked flawlessly the first time. By this time, the manager was totally dumbfounded. He looked at the dog and said, "I realise that you are a very intelligent dog and have some interesting abilities. However, I still can't give you the job." The dog jumped down and went to a copy of the sign and put his paw on the sentence about being an Equal Opportunity Employer. The manager said, "Yes, but the sign also says that you have to be bilingual." The dog looked at the manager calmly and said, "Meow!"

Phobias & Fears in Pets... Typical Signs of Phobia
Hiding |Shaking | Leaping into owners arms | Urination & Defecation | Growling | Bolting | Salivating | Panting Some dogs simply inherit a fear or phobia & this is apparent at a young age, unless there has been an obvious bad experience during the early part of a dogs life. Such inborn fears are almost impossible to to cure. This is why hunters/gun dog trainers usually give up on pups which are " gun-shy"(sound -phobic of gunfire / bangs without apparent cause)
Beating the Bangs, the fear & the reactions !!
• By playing tape recordings of loud noises at a low volume to dogs which have a phobia about them, slowly a dog can be desensitized to the cause of its fear. • Use an extendable lead to stop your dog from bolting • Provide positive training methods of food & play
Helpful Tips
• Long term use of tranquilisers is not a solution • Do not bend down & cuddle a frightened dog - This only makes matters worse • Do not force a frightened dog to go near the source of its fear • Always make sure your dog has a strong lead & secure collar so that if panic sets in, he cannot bolt • Company of other dogs provides re-assurance. - Borrow a calm dog from a friend! • If a dog is frightened of something you can easily avoid - avoid it!!

COULD THIS BE MORE AWKWARD?
• The awkward moment when you see a cat and start meowing at it, waiting for it to meow back, only to realize that someone is watching you. • The awkward moment when someone deletes their comments on Facebook and you look like you're talking to yourself.
• The awkward moment when you have no clothes on and there's a delivery guy at the door. • That awkward moment when you can't tell if someone's using a Bluetooth or if they're just talking to themselves. • The awkward moment when you're licking your lips because they're dry but someone takes it the wrong way. • The awkward Moment when you see an obese person perched on a scooter. • That awkward moment when you're naked, trying to get dressed and your pet is staring at you. • That awkward moment when your chair makes a farting noise and no one believes it was the chair, so you try to do it again but you can't make the sound. • That awkward moment when you think you're doing really well at Mario Kart, and then you realise you're looking at your friends screen.

Medical Tips
Hypnosis & Pain Wouldn’t it be great if we could all go to our local hypnotherapist and ask him to take away the pain? Unfortunately this would be unwise, to say the least. Pain is there for a reason. It lets us know that something isn’t right in our body at some particular point in time, e.g. a broken bone, toothache, stomach cramps, etc. However, there is a different kind of pain that is treatable with hypnosis and hypnotherapy: Pain suffered through chronic illness, e.g. arthritis, chronic back pain, etc. Providing the patient is aware that the pain is indefinite and is attributable to their chronic condition, it is safe to teach them a form of self-hypnosis in order to help achieve a pain free existence from that particular illness. Hypnosis is a remarkable tool in helping people from all walks of life to deal with their continuing pain. It allows them to reduce or even completely remove medication for pain relief over a period of time. There is always a risk that continual use of painkillers will become addictive, whereas self-hypnosis is totally free from any side effects whatsoever. ‘But how can my arthritis be relieved through hypnosis?’ you may ask. Well, the pain comes from nerves that send signals to and from the brain, letting you know that all is not well. So what the brain is receiving and sending through our nervous system is crucial to how our body is feeling. Through relatively simple techniques, you can learn to change these signals from negative to positive, thus allowing you to alleviate pain and giving you literally a new lease of life. Since constant pain reduces the quality of life by not allowing us to complete even basic tasks such as cleaning the house or folding the laundry, we become angry and frustrated, thus compounding the misery. Every day the pain is reduced, allows us to become more positive and increases our confidence and self-esteem to pre- chronic pain levels. Sit up with your back straight and your shoulders back. your buttocks should touch the back of your chair. All three normal back curves should be present while sitting. A small, rolled-up towel or a lumbar roll can be used to help you maintain the normal curves in your back. Here's how to find a good sitting position when you're not using a back support or lumbar roll: Sit at the end of your chair and slouch completely. Draw yourself up and accentuate the curve of your back as far as possible. Hold for a few seconds. release the position slightly (about 10 degrees). This is a good sitting posture. Distribute your body weight evenly on both hips. Bend your knees at a right angle. Keep your knees even with or slightly higher than your hips. (use a foot rest or stool if necessary). your legs should not be crossed. Keep your feet flat on the floor. Try to avoid sitting in the same position for more than 30 minutes. At work, adjust your chair height and work station so you can sit up close to your work and tilt it up at you. rest your elbows and arms on your chair or desk, keeping your shoulders relaxed. When sitting in a chair that rolls and pivots, don't twist at the waist while sitting. Instead, turn your whole body. When standing up from the sitting position, move to the front of the seat of your chair. Stand up by straightening your legs. Avoid bending forward at your waist. Immediately stretch your back by doing 10 standing backbends. Next month correct lifting & driving postion...

HA,HA,HE,HE... The Indian in the middle of the road: Two guys are traveling by car on a main street in America and suddenly they see an Indian lying face down in the middle of the road with his ear glued to the ground! "Check it out" says one "he's listening to the ground! I bet he can hear what's approaching from miles away!". "No way" says the other. They both approach the Indian. "Five or six kilometers to the west ...", they hear him say in a soft voice, "yellow jeep, model Rangler with four people inside, two men, two women, the driver is wearing red flannelette shirt, the woman next to him is wearing a tight white shirt ...". The guys are amazed! "Wow!" says one. And the Indian, in a soft voice continues: "I was hit by them and they left me in the middle of the road ten minutes ago ..." The moTher in-law: My mother-in law fell down a wishing well. I was amazed, I never knew they worked. ELLO, ELLO: Police arrested two kids yesterday, one was drinking battery acid, the other was eating fireworks. They charged one - and let the other off. IT’S A FELINE ROMANCE: I saw this bloke chatting up a cheetah. I thought: "He's trying to pull a fast one."

SPOOKY TRAVEL DESTINATIONS When people are looking for a spooky destination, they usually pick famous castles like Bran, Romania, where Dracula supposedly lived, or the Paris Catacombs, but there are so many other, less known creepy locations, just waiting to be discovered. Take a look if you dare‌.. Centralia, USA: Located in the state of Pennsylvania, Centralia was a small town, abandoned after a fire started burning right under it. The local authorities ignited a landfill just on top of an unsealed coal-mine and thus the fire spread underground. The population was evacuated when the gas inside the gas-stations fuel tanks exceeded safe temperatures. Now Centralia is one of America’s most popular ghost towns, complete with smoking cracks in the roads, the occasional explosions and disturbing silence. The Hill of Crosses, Lithuania: Contrary to popular belief, the crosses placed on the hill neighboring the Lithuanian city of Siauliai, are not a symbol of death and pain, but of love and unconditional faith. Still the very sight of The Hill of Crosses can give anyone goosebumps. Continued on page 46...

The Hill of Crosses, Lithuania Continued: First recorded in 1850, the ritual of placing crosses on this hill is believed to date from 1831 as a symbol of the rebellion against the tsarist regime. During the Soviet period, the hill of crosses was considered a harmful symbol and has been destroyed more than once. But as soon as the crosses were taken away, other appeared in their place, over night. The people’s faith endured through the hard times and the number of crosses has grown from 130 recorded in 1900 to 14,387 big crosses and 41,000 small crosses, with the number constantly growing. Dilmun Burial Mounds, Bahrain: Uncovered by a Danish archaeological team while searching the former capital of the Bronze Age, The Dilmun Burial Mound field of Bahrain, is one of the oldest necropolis on Earth. It dates back to the time of the Dilmun, a very old civilization that prospered around 3000 BC, but that ultimately faded away. The mounds are of different sizes containing one or more chambers, bodies of the Dilmun and some of their items. The fact that it lies so close to modern settlements in Bahrain and that the tombs are not of Islamic origin has caused a lot of controversy. Although they are a fantastic archaeological find, the Dilmun Mounds of Bahrain are not something the locals are proud of. They actually want to pour concrete over them andcreate housing. The Dilmun buried their young in clay jars this is still spooking the current inhabitants of these lands today..... Continued on page 50...

Fort Riley, USA: Located on the north bank of Kansas River, Fort Riley was established in the fall of 1852 and remains an active military facility today. Practically every part of the compound has its own ghost stories. From the Artillery Parade Field, where a woman all wrapped in chains can be noticed, to the hospital, where the alarm continues to sound even though it was disconnected by the fire marshal, or the stables where an old-fashioned dressed gentleman rides his horse then disappears, its all a big horror story. Halstatt Ossuary, Austria: Painted Skulls - Known by many as one of the oldest settlements on the planet, with archaeological finds dating back to 5000 BC, Halstatt is also one of Europe’s most beautiful winter destinations. But the archaeological value of this place and the fantastic scenery are not the main reason tourists visit Halstatt. The main attraction of this small mountain town is the Ossuary of Painted Skulls. Human skulls to be precise, dried in the sun, bleached and painted by the families of the deceased. This tradition began in the 12th century, when burial places were no longer available and the remains of the dead were dug-up after a few years to make more room. The skulls were then bleached, painted and deposited in the ossuary. These proceedings are no longer necessary but if someone requests it, they can have their skull treated to the full works to this current day….

A SCARY TALE.. . A man was walking home alone late one foggy night, when behind him he hears: BUMP...BUMP...BUMP... Walking faster, he looks back and through the fog he makes out the image of an upright coffin banging its way down the middle of the street towards him. BUMP...BUMP...BUMP... Terrified, the man begins to run toward his home, the coffin bouncing quickly behind him... FASTER...FASTER...BUMP...BUMP...BUMP... He runs up to his door, fumbles with his keys, opens the door, rushes in, slams and locks the door behind him. However, the coffin crashes through his door, with the lid of the coffin clapping... clappity-BUMP...clappity-BUMP...clappity-BUMP......on his heels. The terrified man runs... Rushing upstairs to the bathroom, the man locks himself in. His heart is pounding... his head is reeling... his breath is coming in sobbing gasps. With a loud CRASH the coffin breaks down the door.... ...bumping and clapping toward him. The man screams and reaches for something, anything, but all he can find is a bottle of cough syrup! Desperate, he throws the cough syrup at the coffin...and..... The coffin stops.

HA,HA,HE,HE... I MET A GIRL FROM AMSTERDAM: I met a Dutch girl with inflatable shoes last week. I rang her up to arrange a date, but unfortunately she'd popped her clogs. IT’S MAGIC, NO REALLY: A magician was working on a cruise ship in the Caribbean. The audience was different each week so he did same tricks over and over. The problem was, the captain's parrot saw all the shows and began to understand how the magician did every trick. He started shouting in the middle of the show: 'Look, it's not the same hat. Look, he's hiding the flowers under the table. Hey, why are all the cards the ace of spades?' The magician was furious but, as it was the captain's parrot, he could do nothing. Then one day the ship sank and the magician found himself floating on a piece of wood with the parrot. They glared at each other but said nothing. Finally, after a week, the parrot said: 'OK, I give up. Where's the boat?' BAR TALK: A man walks into a bar with a roll of Tarmac under his arm and says: "Pint please... and one for the road." Kayak: Two Eskimos sitting in a kayak were chilly. They lit a fire in the craft, it sank, proving once and for all that you can't have your kayak and heat it too.

the bugatti and the moped.. A doctor goes out and buys the best car on the market, a brand new Bugatti Veyron - It is also the most expensive car in the world, and it costs him 1 million euro. He takes it out for a spin and stops at a red light. An old man on a Moped, looking about 100 years old, pulls up next to him. The old man looks over at the sleek shiny car and asks, "What kind of car ya got there, Sonny?" The doctor replies, "A Bugatti Veyron. It cost 1 million euro!" "That's a lot of money," says the old man. "Why does it cost so much?" "Because this car can do up to 267 miles an hour!" states the doctor proudly. The Moped driver asks, "Mind if I take a look inside?" "No problem," replies the doctor. So the old man pokes his head in the window and looks around. Then, sitting back on his Moped, the old man says, "That's a pretty nice car, all right...but I'll stick with my Moped!" Just then the light changes, so the doctor decides to show the old man just what his car can do. He floors it, and within 30 seconds, the speedometer reads 150 mph. Suddenly, he notices a dot in his rear view mirror. It seems to be getting closer! He slows down to see what it could be and suddenly: WHHHOOOOOOSSSSSHHH! Something whips by him going much faster! "What on earth could be going faster than my Bugatti?" the doctor asks himself. He floors the accelerator and takes the Bugatti up to 175 mph. Then, up ahead of him, he sees that it's the old man on the Moped! Amazed that the Moped could pass his Bugatti, he gives it more gas and passes the Moped at 210 mph. WHOOOOOOOSHHHHH! He's feeling pretty good until he looks in his mirror and sees the old man gaining on him AGAIN! Astounded by the speed of this old guy, he floors the gas pedal and takes the Bugatti all the way up to 250 mph. Not ten seconds later, he sees the Moped bearing down on him again! The Bugatti is flat out, and there's nothing he can do! Suddenly, the Moped plows into the back of his Ferrari, demolishing the rear end. The doctor stops and jumps out and unbelievably the old man is alive. He runs up to the mangled old man and says, "Oh my gosh! Is there anything I can do for you?" The old man whispers, "Unhook my braces from your side view mirror."

It was a cold, dark & windy... Halloween night, just outside Doncaster in Yorkshire, England, Neil, the town drunk was meandering his way home after the pub had closed. Somehow Neil got turned around and ended up walking through the graveyard in St Mary's church instead of taking the Tadcaster road home. The wind howled louder and Neil thought he could hear a voice calling his name. Suddenly, the ground opened up in front of him, and he fell down, down into an open grave. He could still hear the voice clearer and louder now, calling to him. Neil knew it was Satan, coming for him just like the vicar had said, on account of him being the town drunk. The hole was very deep and inside it was pitch black. His eyes adjusted to the darkness and after a few moments, and he made out a form sitting in the darkness with him. It called his name, and he scrambled away in fear, trying to climb out of that terrible grave. Then the figure spoke to him, 'You can't get out,' it moaned. Neil gave a shout of pure terror and leapt straight up in the air, caught the edge of the hole in his hands, and scrambling out for his very life, he ran for home as fast as he could go. Inside the open grave, his neighbour Tony sighed in resignation. He, too, had fallen into the hole a few minutes before his friend and had thought that together they might help each other climb out. Now he was going to have to wait until All Saints Day morning and get the gravedigger to bring him a ladder.

Strange but true... HALLOWEEN FACTS • It is very rare for a full moon to occur at the same time as Halloween. It has only occurred in 1925, 1944, 1955, and 1974. The next time it is said to occur is in 2020. • The word "Halloween" appeared in the Dictionary in the 1700s. • Dunking for apples arose from a practice of divining the future. It was believed that if you could hold an apple between your teeth you would have a fulfilling romance with whomever you choose. • According to ancient superstitions, if you stare into a mirror at midnight on Halloween, you'll see your future spouse. • The name "pumpkin" comes from the Greek word "pepon," meaning melon. Using pumpkins as lanterns at Halloween is based on an ancient Celtic custom brought to America by Irish immigrants. • The largest pumpkin grown was recorded on October 2, 2004 weighing 1,446 pounds. • The carving of pimpkins originated from the tradition of carving the faces of lost souls into hollowed out pumpkins and turnips. A candle was placed inside the carvings making the faces glow. The Halloween lanterns were placed on doorsteps to ward off evil spirits. • More than 93 percent of children go trick-or-treating each year in the USA. • Samhainophobia is the fear of Halloween.

Capricorn
Aquarius
Pisces
Aries
Taurus
Gemini 68
You Capricorn’s have had to struggle though uncertain times lately but with Saturn’s helping hand things will start settling down for you this will last for the next year. Change is still a theme but now you can focus your energy on achieving goals and building some security. Mercury and Venus making favorable appearances up until the 12th this will increase the balancing and stabilizing affect of Saturn. Friday the 5th sees you focus your attention on career and personal goals. Serious thinking and communication will help formulate new plans for the future. Hard work may be in store but you should relish the opportunity to reap the rewards for past efforts. There could be advancement in the career or some other kind of recognition, and the opportunity to take on more responsibility. Aquarius, October 2012 marks the beginning of a challenging Saturn transit for you. For most people this presents many obstacles and can be a bit depressing. However Uranus is transiting in your skies tending to bring exciting opportunities and this will somewhat alleviate the stagnating influence of the Saturn. The middle period of October is much more this is the time to push ahead with your goals an initiate any new changes needed in your life. From Monday the 15th Mars & Uranus are in your sign. This will bring a very spicy and attractive energy and should stimulate your love life if that’s what you’re after. If not, then this is a very creative energy to channel into anything you are passionate about. You can take a few risks at the moment and push your luck, but boastfulness or arrogance won’t help your cause. Pisces, Mercury and Venus are in your skies for most of October - directly affecting you from the 12th to 20th. The Mercury transit is helpful and gives you the ability to express yourself clearly and tactfully. You will need to draw on this because the Venus transit will likely highlight some major differences between you and loved ones. It could be that you are in need of love and affection but are not being satisfied, or it could be the other way around people want attention form you. Tuesday the 16th looks to be the day when these issues will come to a head, you will have to make the extra effort to give some ground but do not lower your standards, just try and keep the peace. Now is not the time to push your luck or try to get your way over others. Don’t take any risks and if you are provoked or challenged by others, it would be better to make a tactical retreat and conserve your energy. Aries the September 29th Full Moon in your sign will have a major influence for the first couple of weeks of October. This full moon highlights the opposites in your life because it comes half a year since your last birthday. Time to weigh things up and see if there are any imbalances in your life that need addressing. The sensitivity, excitement, and unpredictability of the full moon will have a much more positive affect on your close relationships. You could also have a great deal of fun socialising, as you will attract very interesting or odd types of people. From Oct 7th to 21st, Mars will boost your ego and your energy levels. You have a magnetic appeal now, which will attract others. From the 15th, you’ll be feeling electric and spontaneous. The weekend leading up to this transit would be ideal for trying something different and initiating positive changes in your life. Taurus, Mercury & Venus are in your skies for nearly all of October expect these planets to have a major influence on your life. This combination is very sociable, light-hearted, and generally pleasant, giving an appreciation for beauty and art. You are most affected by this friendly influence from October 12th to 20th peaking on Tuesday the 16th. So get your friends together this is a great day for partying. Venus makes an appearance mid month settling things down slightly, if there are any niggling issues with loved ones now is the time to sort them out. Venus will also increase your attractiveness and need for affection, so with the focus on personal interactions from Mercury, you could have some stimulating encounters. If you are in a relationship Venus will now bring some hot loving, if you are single October is looking lively to be the month of lust and love… Gemini, October 2012 is a bit of a mixed bag for you but the helpful full moon in late September means that things should be interesting; to say the least, this will last for the first couple of weeks. That full moon & Uranus, bring you positive changes and some excitement. It will shine the light on your relationships, bringing the unexpected and more interaction. The focus on growth and happiness now turns to your love life and finances with a Venus in your skies from October 12th to 20th. Your need for love and affection is amplified greatly now and will peak around Tuesday the 16th.This is also going to increase your need for self-gratification, so you may have to be a little more careful when it comes to stuffing goodies in your face… and show some restraint with the credit card.

Take full advantage of this great opportunity to make substantial gains in any area of your life. The nature of this energy means that you do have to make some effort, because you should be feeling so contented and happy that you just let it slip by. You may have to think twice about which way you are headed or it could cause some relationships dramas due to lack of communication or negative thinking. The Sun & Jupiter combo will makes you very, very attractive and physical, and willing to take a few risks, because you will be feeling confident and assertive. Think before you leap leo‌. Virgo, things are looking very good now for some substantial gains from Saturn these start to take effect in early October. This foundation building and achievement-oriented transit will last for one year. You should get some idea of what is in store from the 3rd to 12th. This is an ideal opportunity for serious long term strategic planning. Venus ensures that your loved ones will be on board and Pluto will bring deepening existing love relationships or bring an intense new love into your life. From October 7th to 12th, Mars brings the only real irritation this period. From the 13th you should notice a big difference with more energy and self-confidence, and your path should be cleared of obstacles. The weeks ahead promise a massive increase in your personal power and ability to make positive transformations. Libra, with the full moon a the end of September falling around your birthday, the spotlight for the first two weeks of October 2012 will be on your home life and your close relationships. This moon exposes the opposites in your life and also exposes your inner emotions to the world. You may feel out of your comfort zone and more anxious or edgy at the moment but that is to be expected. Mars is in your sign from October 7th to 21st giving you strength and a strong sense of purpose. Now more focused and determined to achieve your goals, Mars will allow you to harness the wild energy of the Uranus moon and initiate positive changes in your life, instead of letting change happen to you. This also applies to relationships, as you will be giving off a very exciting kind of attractive energy, Oct is the month of love if you are attached or single‌ Scorpio, you are now entering a very productive phase of your life where hard work and taking responsibility can lead to great achievements advances in your career and well earned recognition. Mercury will be ruling your thinking and communication, and it aligns with Saturn on Friday the 5th. This is a time of serious thinking, constructive dialogue and making long-term plans. Although Saturn can be a heavy influence, given your other long term influences this transit will be more about applying yourself and focusing on some major gains in life over the next year. Hard work, persistence and determination will be very well rewarded. You are building a strong and secure foundation, taking on more responsibility and setting yourself and your family up for a stable and prosperous future. Sagittarius, the main theme this October is again trying to curb your enthusiasm and show some reserve with Jupiter opposite your sign. This is not a big problem early in October but becomes important later. The sun in your sign from October 2nd to 13th increases optimism and confidence levels you can expect things to fall your way, especially around Tuesday the 9th. From October 12th to 20th Venus in your skies means you are going to have to be more careful with how you spend money due to a tendency to not worry about consequences. In relationships, you should maintain high standards and not accept second best. Mars opposite Jupiter in the sky will bring a sexy transit this month, if you are single you may meet the girl/boy of your dreams‌. This is a great time to take up a sport or hit the gym physical activities will be a good way to release the build up of pressure.

F I N A N C I A L Economic & Currency News... Q2 2012
sees biggest fall in Spanish house prices Q2 2012 sees biggest fall in Spanish house prices Average Spanish house prices fell by 14.4% in the 12 months up to June 2012, according to the latest figures from Spain's National Statistic Institute. The figures indicate that prices are likely to continue to tumble into the close of the year.
Fig1 : Resales fell by 15.7% and new builds by 12.8% The fall in house prices in the second quarter of 2012 was the biggest in over 30 years, as the SPanish housing market struggled to shake off the fallout from the extensive property boom, which collapsed around the start of 2008. The decline was the biggest since the INE began compiling the current data in 2007. House prices have now fallen for 17 quarters in a row, around 35% since their peak in 2007. On the positive side, it can be seen that foreign buyers of Spanish property including funds, investors, and residential owners have increased since their lows in 2010. There has been a rise of around 33% since 2010 in buyers from abroad, and is perhaps a sign of foreign investors adding Spanish property to their portfolio.

The EU has been busy! Germanys constitutional court finally cleared the way for the ECB to start buying bonds of struggling euro zone economies, by giving the green light to the ESM – the European Stability mechanism, however Germany insisted that it could veto any increase in Berlins contribution to the €700billion (£560bn) ESM, this still does not help Spain, Spain has to make a formal application for the euro zone to buy its bonds The EU is also proposing to give the ECB powers to oversee euro zone banks, this has received negative response from some non-euro governments over concerns that the new rules could weaken their bank, the UK has been vocal about this, as the new law would mean that EU countries would need to give up some sovereignty over its own bank!! The US launched its 3rd round of Q.E last week – (Thursday 13th Sept) this aggressive form of QE will pump $40billion into the US economy every month until it sees a sustained upturn in the weak jobs market. The fed said it would only purchase mortgaged backed securities hoping in part to unstuck the housing sector in the US............. Keep a close eye on inflation figs for the US. And finally.......................... poor old Greece they are trying everything to get cash into their country, Greece is now demanding millions of Euros from Germany for Germanys war crimes, with Greece saying it has the right to claim millions as it was forced to accept unfavourable terms during the 1950’s negotiations................. SO YOU THINK YOU KNOW YOUR CARS.... The new Toyota GT86 and the Subaru BRZ have both just been launched and are identical in every way other than the badges, but this is no new idea have a look at the cars below and see if they are what you think they are????????? Is this a Triumph form the early 1970’s? – No it’s an Austin Victoria made in Spain, it is actually an Austin 1100 with the front and rear end of a triumph. It was also sold in Australia as the Austin Apache. The Ford Taunus of the late 70’s onwards were the same cars as the Ford Cortina right up until production stopped in Turkey in 1994, some 10 years after the Sierra replaced the Taunus and Cortina throughout most of the world. The Nissan Santana is what was known as Volkswagen Santana in most of Europe, In Spain it was called the Passat. In North America, it was known as the Volkswagen Quantum. In Mexico, it was named the Volkswagen Corsar, while in Argentina it was sold as the Volkswagen Carat. Production ended in 1988. The later shaped Sanatana in 1991 was also manufactured by Ford and named the Versailles. The Pretty Opel GT is not an unfamiliar sight on the Spanish roads, but take a closer look- This is the Saturn Sky sold in America. It is also sold in Korea as a Daewoo G2X. Instantly recognisable as a Land Rover Discovery – only it’s not! This is a Honda Crossroad, built between 1993 and 1998 at the time when Rover were producing Honda cars under their name. Honda called an end to the partnership when BMW bought Rover.

Twelve priests were about to be ordained. The final test was for them to line up in a straight row, totally nude, in a garden while a sexy and beautiful, big breasted, nude model danced before them. Each priest had a small bell attached to his penis and they were told that anyone whose bell rang when she danced in front of them would not be ordained because he had not reached a state of spiritual purity. The beautiful model danced before the first candidate, with no reaction. She proceeded down the line with the same response from all the priests until she got to the final priest (Carlos). As she danced, his bell began to ring so loudly that it flew off and fell clattering to the ground. Embarrassed, Carlos took a few steps forward, and bent over to pick it up. Then, all the other bells started! Q. What streets do ghosts haunt? A. Dead ends!

A duck walks into a post office and asks the man behind the counter: 'Do you have any corn?' The man answers politely: 'No, we don't have any corn here.' The next day, the duck enters again and asks: 'Do you have any corn?' Annoyed, the man answers: 'No! We don't have any corn.' This goes on for a couple of days until finally, when the duck asks 'Do you have any corn?', the man gets so upset he yells: 'NO! For the last time we don't have any corn, and if you
ask again I'll nail your beak to the counter!' The next day, the duck returns and asks: 'Do you have any nails?' The man answers: 'No.' Then the duck asks: 'Do you have any corn?'
Why was the vampire scared of playing poker? Because of the high stakes! Three engineering students were gathered together discussing the possible designers of the human body. One said, “It was a mechanical engineer. Just look at all the joints.” Another said, “No, it was an electrical engineer. The nervous system has many thousands of electrical connections. The last one said, “No, actually it had to have been a civil engineer. Who else would run a toxic waste pipeline through a recreational area?”

RESTAURANTReview... Bangkok Restaurant, Nueva Andalucia I have been to the Bangkok Asian Restaurant before and always really enjoyed it but now it has all changed and is even better! They are still offering their “eat as much as you like” menus, and the old favourites are still on the menu, but the new selection is massive and even includes a large selection of grilled fish and steak dishes. Our party of four decided to order some of the new dishes and chose the prawn and crab meat in an oyster shell and the mixed starter of chicken satay, spring rolls and battered prawns to start. For the main course we choose the grilled entrecote with terraki sauce, crispy panga fish with salt and pepper, the Bangkok prawns in sweet and sour sauce, and a chicken thai curry, mixed veg with chilli sauce, mushrooms with garlic as well as the mushrooms in soy sauce, and a crispy chicken salad – enough for a starving army you would think! Once we had polished it all off and we were overcome by greed, we ordered some pad thai prawn noodles with peanut, chicken with sweet chilli pepper and stir fried bean sprouts with duck. Then after we had again finished, we were asked if we wanted more!!!!!! The food was as good as ever and along with six large beers, three bottles of wine and some water it came to a shade over 100€ the staff are fantastic and the food quality is perfect – How do they do it???
