Ed’s Note... Welcome to the October 2015 and ‘Halloween’ edition of the Costa Link. It only seems five minutes since we published the January 2015 issue. Doesn’t time fly, I’ve been told that is has something to do with my age, but I like to think it’s because I’m constantly busy here on the Costa del Sol with lots going on every month! Well summer is well and truly behind us, the clocks go back on Sunday the 25th of this month and the cooler darker evenings are moving in and I guess so is the rain… We get lots of emails every month from our readers but remember if you’ve got a joke or a funny short story or an event coming up send it to editor@costalinkmagazine.com and we will endeavour to get it published in the magazine for you. If you are planning a party or just a bit of trick or treating then get yourself down to Forget Me Not in San Pedro or Estepona (see page 13) they will help to cover all of your ghoulish needs. At least here in Spain we can look forward to trick or treating in the warm & not freezing our bits off! Enjoy…!

A Woman’s World A MEMO... FROM WOMEN TO MEN!

• The reason why our bras don’t always match our underwear is because WE actually change our underwear. • Cleaning the house is not necessarily “women’s work”; besides, most of the “dirt” and clutter is yours anyway. • The next time you and your friends joke about women in combat, take a poll to see which of you successfully aim at the toilet rim. • If you were really looking for an honest answer, you wouldn’t ask in bed. • The next time you joke about female drivers, research the number of accidents caused by rubber-necking mini-skirts. • Stop telling us most male strippers are gay: we don’t care. • Lay off the beans several hours before bedtime. • Please don’t drive when you’re not driving. • When you’re not around, I belch and fart loudly, too. • If only women gossip, how do males keep track of “who’s easy”? • We don’t mind if you look in the mirror to check your appearance IN FACT please do !!! • If you must grunt in reply, please develop a system to indicate a positive vs a negative grunt. • Eye contact is best established above our shoulder-level.

TOWIE SERIES 16...The new series will return to our screens on Sunday 4th October on ITVbe. Our Essex favourites will be back for more drama-filled action, but first, they'll be kicking off their fun in Marbella for two special hour-long episodes. TOWIE's newbies Kate Wright & Michael Hassini make their show debut in the Marbs special. The show kicks off its sixteenth series in Marbella, Kate and Michael will be topping up their tan’s alongside Jess Wright, Tommy Mallet, James Lock and co, and we've no doubt they going to cause a stir. Dan is no stranger to Kate as they dated for four years, but their romance ended just as he joined The Only Way Is Essex back in February. While he claimed their relationship was on and off, Kate insists Dan dumped her out of the blue, leaving her heartbroken. Especially as she then had to watch him making a move on Jess just days after... AKWARD!

THE APPRENTICE... Lord Sugar takes to the boardroom with Karren and Claude Fans got a first look at the new series of The Apprentice last month. BBC One teased the new series, which sees Lord Alan Sugar return to the boardroom with his advisors Karren Brady and Claude Littner, who has replaced Nick Hewer. It shows the trio looking majorly unimpressed by the candidates entering the room. Starting on weds 14th Oct on BBC1.

JEREMY CLARKSON IS COMING BACK TO THE BBC... A bit like Cinderella turning up to the ball, only taller and hairier. The former Top Gear presenter will host Have I Got News For You for one episode. He’ll be joined by the show's classic team captains, Ian Hislop and Paul Merton, when the series returns on 2nd of October. Just wanted to say Mr. head of the BBC has everyone just forget about that whole assault business?

facebook funnies...

I am trying to make friends outside the parameters of Facebook while applying the same principles. Therefore, everyday I walk down the street and tell passers-by what I have eaten, how I feel at the moment, what I have done the night before, what I will so later and with whom. I give them pictures of my family, my dog and of me gardening, taking things apart in the garage, watering the lawn, standing in front of landmarks, driving around town, having lunch and doing what anybody and everybody does every day. I also listen to their conversations, Being popular on give then the “thumbs up” and tell them I like them. And it works just like Facebook! I already have four people following me: two police officers, a private investigator and a is like sitting at the psychiatrist.

A BANK ROBBERY with a difference!

Once inside the bank shortly after midnight, their efforts at disabling the security system got underway immediately. The robbers, who expected to find one or two large safes filled with cash & valuables, were surprised to see hundreds of smaller safes throughout the bank. The robbers cracked the first safe's combination, and inside they found only a small bowl of vanilla pudding. As recorded on the bank's audio tape system, one robber said, 'At least we'll have a bit to eat.' The robbers opened up a second safe, and it also contained nothing butvanilla pudding. The process continued until all safes were opened. They did not find one pound sterling, a diamond, or an ounce of gold. Instead, all the safes contained covered little bowls of pudding. Disappointed, the robbers made a quiet exit, each leaving with nothing more than a queasy, uncomfortably full stomach. The newspaper headline read: ENGLAND’S LARGEST SPERM BANK ROBBED EARLY THIS MORNING'....

kid’s these day’s no respect for their elders!

A woman in a supermarket is following a grandfather and his badly behaved grandson. He has his hands full with the child screaming for sweets, biscuits, and all sorts of things. The grandfather is saying in a controlled voice: "Easy, William, we won't be long". Another outburst and she hears the grandfather calmly say, "It's okay William. Just a couple more minutes and we'll be out of here. Hang in there”. At the checkout the little horror is throwing items out of the cart. Grandfather says again in a controlled voice, "William, relax buddy, don't get upset. We'll be home in five minutes, stay cool William." Very impressed, the woman goes outside to where the grandfather is loading is groceries and the boy into the car. She says, "It's none of my business, but you were amazing in there. I don't know how you did it. That whole time you kept your composure, and no matter how loud and disruptive he got, you just calmly kept saying that things would be okay. William is very lucky to have you as his grandfather." "Thanks", says the grandfather, "but I am William, this little buggers name is Kevin".

A life less dull!

with connie & evelyn...

Two little old ladies, Connie & Evelyn, were sitting on a park bench outside the local town hall where a flower show was in progress. The short one, Connie, leaned over and said, "Life is so boring. We never have any fun anymore. For £10 I'd take my clothes off and streak through that stupid, boring flower show"! "You're on!", said Evelyn, holding up a £10 note. So, Connie slowly fumbled her way out of her clothes. She grabbed a dried flower from a nearby display and held it between her teeth. Then, completely naked, streaked (as fast as an old lady can) through the front door of the flower show. Waiting outside, her friend soon heard a huge commotion inside the hall, followed by loud applause and shrill whistling. Finally, the smiling Connie came through the exit door surrounded by a cheering, clapping crowd. "What happened"? asked Evelyn. "I won £1,000 as 1st prize for 'Best Dried Arrangement'!"

DRAGON’S DEN The ones that got away…

Dragons' Den ended the new season last month, crushing dreams and tugging on our heartstrings with a few new Dragons and a changed format it seems that a decent sob story rather than talent is the key to success. The programme, which has proved to be one of the BBC's most popular and longest-running reality TV shows, has now been on our screens for a decade. For ten years wannabe entrepreneurs have paraded their wares in front of the Dragons, flogged their pet burial packs, cardboard beach furniture and foreign driving gloves (who knew?) and failed to make the cut. But for many who have been chewed up and spat out by Peter Jones, Deborah Meaden and the gang over the years, it seems being a Dragons' Den reject doesn't always hold you back.Undeterred by a panel of millionaires telling them their idea was rubbish, these tenacious businessmen and women refused to give up and have since been hugely successful.

So who were they and where are they now?

1. James Nash and his 'Cup-a-wine': James Nash's idea of a single-serve plastic glass of French wine with a tear-off lid was dismissed by the Dragons back in 2009. But Marks & Spencer thought differently and Nash's 'Le Froglet' is still on their shelves, proving popular with picnicers and workers wanting a lunctime tipple. M&S reported sales were up 12% at the start of this year and the product has won a series of industry awards.

2. Shaun Pulfrey's ‘Tangle Teezer’:

Shaun Pulfrey's Tangle Teezer was given the brush-off in the den - he was told it was 'not a business'. But Pulfrey perservered with his product and the brush is now being sold all over the world, with celebrity fans said to include Victoria Beckham and Cara Delevigne. After being rejected by the Dragons, the Tangle Teezer has gone from strength to strength, turning over more than £23 million in the last year.

DRAGON’S DEN The ones that got away… 3. Rob Law's Trunki:

Rob Law was famously humiliated on the show when Theo Paphitis pulled the handle of one of his colourful ride-on children's suitcases. But despite being rejected as 'worthless' by the Dragons, the Trunki took off after the show and Law managed to get them stocked at John Lewis. Law had the last laugh as he now enjoys a turnover of over £7 million a year.

4. Rachel Lowe's Destination London board game: Former cab driver Rachel Lowe entered the den in 2005 with an idea for a destination-themed board game, using her experience as a cabbie in the capital to invent a game based on London. Her pitch was met with disdain from the panel, but since appearing on the show, Lowe's invention has expanded into a board game empire with a spin-off fashion brand called She Who Dares. Lowe was awarded an MBE in 2009 for services to business and promoting enterprise in schools and universities.

5. Natalie Ellis's Road Refresher dog bowl: Natalie Ellis pitched her no-spill dog bowl on the show in 2008. It's an on-the-go dog bowl with a floating plate inside which allows the dog to drink a small amount of water but restricts the flow. The Dragons rejected Ellis, but her company, Prestige Pets, flourished and now sells its products in 42 countries. Within a year the company had turned over £1 million and Ellis made her first million-pound profit in 2010.

Thiss is Molllyy... Meet Molly she is a small dog weighhing 6-7kg she was born on the 18th of March 2013. We rescueed her form a dog pound. She iss brown with white patchhes and of mixed breed. Mollyy is very shy at the moment but would love a new homee wtih lots of affection and cuddles.

A Man’s World

DANGER WHILST DRVING…

Driving to work this morning in the fast lane of the motorway, I looked over to my right and there was this woman in a brand new Jaguar doing just 50 kph, with her face right up to the rear view mirror putting on her eyeliner.

I looked away for a couple of seconds and when I looked back, she was halfway over into my lane, still working on that makeup.

As a man, I don’t scare that easily but she scared me so much that: I dropped my electric shaver, which knocked the toast straight out of my other hand. In all the confusion of trying to straighten out the car with my knees against the steering wheel, it knocked my mobile phone away from my ear, which fell into the coffee between my legs, splashed and soaked my trousers, ruined the phone and disconnected a very important call. DAMN THOSE STUPID WOMEN DRIVERS!

A DREAM WEDDING…

I made my girlfriend's dreams come true and married her in a castle. You wouldn’t have thought it though from the miserable look on her face as we were bouncing around!

A EARLY WARNING…

"Honey," said this husband to his wife, "I invited a friend home for supper." "What? Are you crazy? The house is a mess, I haven't been shopping, all the dishes are dirty, and I don't feel like cooking a fancy meal!" "I know all that." "Then why did you invite a friend for supper?" "Because the poor fool's thinking about getting married."

oo! h c Achoo! Achoo! A Achoo ! on a plane... Sneezing Achoo !

A man and a woman were sitting beside each other in the first class section of an airplane. The woman sneezed, took out a tissue, wiped her nose, then visibly shuddered for ten to fifteen seconds. The man went back to his reading. A few minutes later, the woman sneezed again, took a tissue, wiped her nose, and then shuddered violently once more. Assuming that the woman might have a cold, the man was still curious about the shuddering. A few more minutes passed when the woman sneezed yet again. As before she took a tissue, wiped her nose, her body shaking even more than before. Unable to restrain his curiosity, the man turned to the woman and said, 'I couldn't help but notice that you've sneezed three times, wiped your nose and then shuddered violently. Are you OK?' 'I am sorry if I disturbed you, I have a very rare medical condition; whenever I sneeze I have an orgasm. ' The man, more than a bit embarrassed, was still curious. I have never heard of that condition before' he said. 'Are you taking anything for it?' The woman nodded, 'Pepper.'

Medical Mayhem

Two operations....

Two little boys are in a hospital, lying on beds next to each other. “What are you in for?” asks one. “I’m here to have my tonsils taken out,” the second replies. “Don’t worry,” the first says. “I had that operation when I was four. They put you to sleep, and when you wake up, you get ice cream.” The other boy, now relieved, asks, “What are you here for?” “A circumcision.” “Whoa, good luck. I had that done when I was born, and I couldn’t walk for a year.”

Haven’t I seen you somewhere before?

A weeping woman bursts into her hypnotherapist’s office and declares, “Doctor, I have been faithful to my husband for 15 years, but yesterday I broke that trust and had an affair! The guilt is killing me. I just want to forget that it ever happened!” The hypnotherapist shakes his head. “Not again …”

It’s gone to the vote...

After a checkup, a doctor asked his patient, “Is there anything you’d like to discuss?” “Well,” said the patient, “I was thinking about getting a vasectomy.” “That’s a big decision. Have you talked it over with your family?” “Yes, we took a vote … and they’re in favor of it 15 to 2.”

HABITS OF PEOPLE WHO LOOK & ACT YOUNGER THAN THEIR REAL AGE...

How we work, sleep, spend our leisure time, and even think about aging all play a role in how old we feel. Here, science-backed tips to help you look and feel younger.

GET ORGANISED: People who live well-organised lives tend to live longer than less careful types, perhaps because they look after their health and wellbeing in a better way.

SHOP UNTIL YOU DROP: Shop regularly and you may live longer, found a 10-year study of around 2,000 people over age 65 in Taiwan. The researchers found that men who shopped daily had a 28 percent lower risk of dying early than those who shopped less often; among women, the risk reduction was 23 percent. Social contact, better physical fitness, and greater mental agility are the key factors.

series of web searches all showed increased activity in regions of the brain that control language, reading, memory, and visual ability. Those who already surfed regularly showed a significant boost in the areas that deals with decision-making and complex reasoning.

DON’T RETIRE YOUNG: Think positively about your time of life and you’ll live longer. A study into againg asked people 50 and over how they felt about a range of statements designed to assess their outlook on the future. Almost three decades later, follow-up research found that those who viewed aging in a hopeful way had lived an average of 7.5 years longer than those with a more pessimistic outlook. You’re more likely to HAVE A CURRY: Curry may boost your mental abilities, have better coping strategies and be more likely to according to research out of Singapore. FRANKFURT MOTOR SHOW 2015

The Frankfurt motor show last month was a great place to see the future of motoring, here are some of the top concepts that should become reality fairly soon. Thunder Power EV

This wonderfully named, battery-powered prototype promises a huge range – around 600km on a single charge and performance levels similar to a Tesla Model S. Developed in Taiwan it is backed by ex Bugatti and Ford employees and is hoped to be on sale in the next two years. Porsche Mission E

Porsche's show-stealer will be the basis of a full-scale production model by 2018 and able to travel over 500km on a single charge and offer the same sort of performance as a petrol-powered 911 Turbo. The Nissan Gripz

Nissan is planning to bring speed as well as practicality to the crossover segment. The Gripz is expected to be developed into a new Zbadged sports and rally car and if it keeps the outlandish looks, it will be incredible. Mercedes-Benz Concept IAA

The IAA is half luxury four-seat coupĂŠ and half shape shifter. As the car accelerates it actually changes shape to improve aerodynamics getting longer and sleeker in the process. The Concept Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo

A physical recreation of the digital car developed for a video game, The Gran Turismo gives the strongest clues yet as to what to expect aesthetically from the Bugatti Chiron, the hypercar the company is currently developing to replace the outgoing Veyron. 54

LaMb sHanks anD fLagEOLET bEans

Tuck into to the Hairy Bikers’ mouthwatering meaty favourite, a great winter warmer for a cold evening. The lamb shank is done when the meat has shrunk well back from the bone.

IngrEDIEnTs

• 300g (10½oz) dried flageolet beans, soaked overnight •2 tbsp olive oil •4 lamb shanks •1 large onion, finely chopped •2 carrots, finely chopped •1 fennel bulb, finely chopped •4 garlic cloves, finely chopped •A few sprigs of thyme •1 red chilli, finely chopped

•1 tsp sweet smoked paprika •1 bay leaf •1 tbsp tomato purée •A small tin of anchovies, drained and diced •250ml (9fl oz) white wine •1 ltr (1¾pt) lamb or chicken stock or water •4 ripe tomatoes, peeled and deseeded •Finely chopped parsley, to garnish •Flaked sea salt •Freshly ground black pepper

•Put the soaked flageolet beans in a large saucepan and cover them with fresh water. Bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and leave the beans in the water until needed. •Heat the oil in a large flameproof casserole dish, brown the lamb shanks on all sides, then remove them from the pan and set them aside. Add the onion, carrots and fennel to the dish and cook them over a medium heat for about 10 minutes until they’re browning round the edges. •Add the garlic, thyme, chilli, smoked paprika and bay leaf and stir, then add the tomato purée and anchovies. Stir again, then pour in the white wine.

Bring to the boil, then reduce by half. •Preheat the oven to 170°C/fan 150°C/gas 3. Return the lamb shanks to the casserole. Drain the beans and add them too, then pour over the stock or water. Bring to the boil, then put a lid on the dish and place it in the oven. Cook for 1½ hours, then add the tomatoes and season. •Cook for another 1-1½ hours until the beans and lamb are very tender. The sauce should be quite well reduced. If you want to reduce it further, boil on the hob for a few minutes. Sprinkle on the parsley before serving. This is a complete meal, but a salad to follow is nice.

Strangebuttrue...

With the clocks going back this month we thought we’d look into TIME, these fascinating facts will hurt your brain... 1. Time passes faster for your face than for your feet (assuming you’re standing up). Einstein’s theory of relativity dictates that the closer you are to the centre of the Earth, the slower time goes – and this has been measured. At the top of Mount Everest, a year would be about 15 microseconds shorter than at sea level. 2. What we think of, as a day – how long it takes the Earth to rotate – isn’t 24 hours. It’s 23 hours, 56 minutes and 4.2 seconds. The reason it’s 24 hours from sunrise to sunrise is because every day the Earth moves further in its orbit round the sun – and the change in its position lengthens the day slightly.

3. When the dinosaurs were alive, there were 370 days in a year. The Earth’s spin is getting slower because the moon’s gravity is acting as a drag, so days are getting longer, by about 1.7 milliseconds per century. 4. On Mercury, a day is two years long. 5. Time passes slower the faster you move. If you flew to the star Sirius at 99% of the speed of light, then flew back again, the people you left behind on Earth would have aged more than 17 years. But you would have aged less than two and a half years. 6. The universe is 13.8 billion years old, give or take. If we compressed that into a year – with the Big Bang happening at 00:00:01 on 1 January – then the dinosaurs would be wiped out on 29 December, and modern humans would appear at 11:54pm. Christopher Columbus would sail across the Atlantic one second before midnight.

FINANCIAL NEWS The Euro & World Round Up

The Pound has made good ground against the Euro recently

With only 55% of Greek people turning out to polling stations, that was enough for Alexis Tsipras to return to power and resume his position as Greek Prime Minister. The Syriza party gained 35% of the vote and will now form a coalition with the Nationalist Independent party. Now Tsipras has been re-elected the Greek people face a difficult road ahead as austerity measures are going to be tough. However talks of a ‘grexit’ are now over which should settle the GBP/EUR currency pair.

the Eurozone economy certainly is improving it would appear that recent strength in the EUR is more of a function of GBP and USD weakness than anything else. We cannot ignore the migrant crisis either as it stands, this is indeed a horrific situation for all involved but on top of this it is starting to weigh heavily on European coffers. With such great uncertainty on what we may see next from this, this is another factor holding back the Euro and pushing the GBP/EUR rate back towards 1.40.

Of course the news from Greece and the fact that we did have a member of the Federal Reserve campaign- U.K. Expectations are for a slight improvement so this ing for a rate hike has seen quite a flow from Euros may give Sterling an early morning boost. back into Dollars, leading to less demand for the Euro and in turn it becoming cheaper to buy. A look at what's in store for you during October 2015...

Capricorn

Aquarius

Pisces

Aries

Taurus

Gemini 66

Capricorn, the first week of October 2015 will be quite demure. Tendencies will be more toward the analytical than the dynamic. The second and third weeks of October 2015 are a lot more exciting your love life will be travelling toward new horizons. This term could bring a romantic trip or one with a sentimental objective, perhaps even a long distance relationship. October 2015 is an important month for you in professional terms, with the Sun and Mercury bring change and clarification to deals you’ve been working on for a while now. A situation gets un-stuck or clarified and success starts to shape up. Money will come as a consequence of these successes. If you have to make important decisions, do so calmly after analyzing the situation from all angles! You have to avoid excesses and burdening yourself, maintain your energetic balance and physical shape. Take care of yourself this month. Aquarius, the Sun and Mercury will be opening up new horizons and transcending frontiers, at an intellectual/spiritual level as well as physical this October. You may get involved in a study with your partner, or find a new path of personal development. October 2015 is a very dynamic month for Aquarians financially. You might encounter events related to banks or insurance or other financial institutions. If you are thinking about making an important transaction don’t sign up for more than you can pull off! Try for restraint, clarity, honor and legality with everything concerning money! It’s possible you’ll experience a tendency toward restlessness, anxiety, over-analyzing this month. Try not to give too much attention to minor issues! Pisces, considering the Mars-Jupiter-Venus conjunction in your sign October 2015 could be a fabulous month. The trio will develop a lot of energy you will have a need for a lot of affection. If you are single now you will have favorable circumstances for finding love. It’s a month during which you might find your soul mate or if you are in a relationship do great things with your partner. On the work front October 2015 is a month of collaborations and team efforts. Everything evolves toward freshening up business or extra income. Money is a hot topic for you in October 2015. But everything is up to others, and success and material benefits come with their help. Steer clear of taking risky, impulsive, extravagant financial decisions! October 2015 is lively, but very stressful. You socialise a lot, but tend to think of other rather than yourself – put yourself first for once have a little me time! Aries, the Sun is shining it’s light on your relationships this month, emphasising the importance of your loved one in your life. From the 9th Mercury regains it’s normal flow, after 6 weeks of being retrograde. Communication comes easy again and any issues are resolved sooner. Expect October to be a very active month for Arians professionally. It might be hyperactive in fact, just expect an extremely demanding time. Lack of discipline could cause some problems ‘it’s time to knuckle down at work Aries.’ Money doesn’t come easily and it could be spent with ease if you’re not careful. If you rely on discipline, prudence and strategy, you’ll go places this month! As regards your health and wellbeing it’s more important than ever to temper down your tendencies toward excess and to plan things so you’ll avoid exhaustion.

Taurus, Mars and Jupiter go hand in hand this month to give you a corker. Love is in the air every time you look around (thank you John Paul Young) but you know what we mean! Eros’ dart could knock you out anytime, anyplace leaving you entirely defenseless. Be careful, though: the unleashed amorous energy could push you to act crazy and make decisions you might regret later on. The Sun will shine it’s light at work things become clear, you have more freedom to move and make decisions. If you in the work of advertising of organizing or entertainment maybe even events expect to shine. Expect to be in top shape and full of energy this month you tend to be hyperactive, so you should take up a sport or do something that gets your muscles working. Gemini, Saturn’s effects this month will be favorable for meeting the one or maybe just a bit of pre Christmas fun! Jupiter, Mars and Venus all get involved. This complex astral configuration promises your sign a FANTASTIC month, with offers to make any heart content. On the work front Mars, is in conjunction with Jupiter. It’s a good omen, showing that if you put the effort in the rewards will start flowing. If you work in the areas of property and real estate expect a very profitable month. Your creative-artistic pursuits could also be successful, and so could advertising, presenting or representing. If you set your goals very clearly and you don’t lose your way, you could achieve everything you set out to (and even a bit more!)

Cancer

Leo

Virgo

Libra

Scorpio

Sagittarius

Cancer, Pluto the perfectionist, is hovering over your sign at the moment if you want to change something or take an important step in regard to your relationship, you can dare to now. If you’re single and looking for love, now is a great time to meet MR or Miss Right. For that to happen you need to go out, get partying maybe travel or sign up on to a dating site. At work you are very agitate. You need to get down to it and solve issues that have been stagnant and holding you back. The Sun eclipse brings you a financial surprise that could be related to living arrangements, property or family. In October 2015 you overbid, take risks, disregard advice. So there’s risk of creating health issues by your own doing, try to relax and rest up when you can. Don’t say more than you should and listen carefully to what others have to say!

Leo, after six weeks of being retrograde, Venus resumes a direct motion in your sign. From the second week of the month expect relationships and your home affairs to get back to normal. On September 26th Saturn moves into your sign making you feel a lot more relaxed about things the pressure that affected your family, home, or properties have now disappeared. On the work front you will now gain the freedom to make changes, of overcoming a impasse or at least a term during which nothing much has happened. You yearn for success and appreciation, as always, but now what drives your most important actions is money. And you can make good money, if you know when to go all in and when to pass. But you risk losing if you go too far into uncharted territory. Don't overspend and don't accumulate debt this month!

Virgo, October 2015 is a month specifically made for passion! Venus, Mars, and Jupiter are all getting involved to give you some romance…! Under this rare and powerful configuration you can fall in love at the smallest gesture. Although be warned you shouldn’t fall all the way yet, but keep a level head, you could risk falling for the wrong person. On the work and finance front In October 2015, the Mars-Jupiter conjunction gives Virgo’s a lot of strength and confidence, urging them toward grand scale action and bold initiatives. You have at your disposal huge achievement-energy that, targeted toward wellpicked objectives, can bring remarkable results. The Sun eclipse promises Virgo’s something new or a surprise of a financial nature. Remain modest and pragmatic! When something seems too good to be true, make sure it’s actually real. Libra, Mars, Venus and Jupiter are all in your sign this month bringing with them the chance of relationship-related fulfillment. But the above-mentioned configuration could come with a price tag maybe this love will be secret or it comes with restrictions or limitations. It could be forbidden love, illicit or that’s out of the public eye for whatever reason. On the work front the Sun in your skies will make you shine, stand out, and attract success. The Sun emphasizes your leadership abilities, organizing skills, and talents in general. Your mind is sharp, full of new ideas, and everything around you is dynamic and renewing. You also excel in activities related to craftiness, physical flexibility and agility this month. The Sun’s presence will also give you energy and vitality. Mercury makes you perspicacious and you’ll be very quick-witted life and soul of any party!

Scorpio, the first week of October 2015 is ambitious, but tense: you set the bar REALLY high. The second and third weeks are a lot more dynamic and even luckier! Venus, Mars and Jupiter will satisfy your heart and offer fulfillment if you are single now is a great time to meet MR or MISS right. Socialising, friends or group activities facilitate your path toward happiness. At work you will have admirers too. The Mars-Jupiter conjunction brings solid support for achieving your goals in October 2015. Collective activities put you in a good light; you’re an excellent leader you’ll gather lots of people driven by the same interest or passion. The second and third weeks are good for popularity and promise luck and opportunities. During the second part of October 2015 your physical shape becomes better and better, so you end the month in top shape.

Sagittarius, Mercury, resumes its direct motion on October 9th 2015 near the North Node of the Moon. Around this date an event might take place, a revelation or a decision that will have great impact on the future of your relationship. It could also be a significant event for your partner. Friends or collective initiatives impact on your love life this month. You could meet your soul mate through a friend or at a public event. Venus, will turn your attention toward someone you can look up to; and that could make threads of your career get tangled with those of your heart. October 2015 has excellent professional potential for Sagittarians. Opportunities will certainly present themselves. Analyze and use them! Don’t rush into things, because you might make mistakes, but don’t let opportunities slip by either! Think about your projects in perspective, long term!

KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCK One day there is a knock at Mrs. Jones’s door. There is an salesman standing outside. Mrs. Jones is not really interested, but is willing to give him a chance: "If you are able to guess the ages of my three daughters right, I will listen to you. I will give you two hints. First: The product of my daughters’ years of life is 36. Second: If you add the ages of my girls, the sum equals my house number." The salesman listens to these hints and complains that he needs more information to answer the question right. Mrs. Jones agrees: “Ok, I will give you one last tip: The oldest of my daughters is at her grandmother’s at the moment.“ After a little while, the salesman gives the right answer. A guy walked into the local welfare office to pick up his check. He marched straight up to the counter and said, “Hi. You know, I just hate drawing welfare. I’d really rather have a job.” The social worker behind the counter said, “Your timing is excellent. We just got a job opening from a very wealthy old man who wants a chauffeur and bodyguard for his beautiful daughter. You'll have to drive around in his Mercedes, and he'll supply all of your clothes. Because of the long hours, meals will be provided. You’ll be expected to escort the daughter on her overseas holiday trips and you will have to satisfy her sexual urges. You’ll be provided a two-bedroom apartment above the garage. The salary is €200,000 a year.” The guy, wide-eyed, said, “You’re b*llsh*ttn' me!” The social worker said, “Well, yeah...but you started it.”

A desperate looking woman stood poised on the edge of a high cliff about to jump off. A filthy tramp wandering by stopped and said, “Look, since you’ll be dead in a few minutes, and it won’t matter to you, how about a bit of how’s your father before you go? She screamed, "NO! sod off! You filthy old git! He shrugged and turned away, saying "Okay, I'll just go and wait at the bottom then."

Q. What streets do ghosts haunt? A. Dead ends! Vampire 1: "I once went so long without fresh blood that I nearly died." Vampire 2: "How awful!" Vampire 1: "Yes. Fortunately, I found some in the neck of time."

72

A vampire bat came flapping in from the night covered in fresh blood and parked himself on the roof of the cave to get some sleep. Pretty soon all the other bats smelled the blood and began hassling him about where he got it. He told them to go away and let him get some sleep but they persisted until finally he gave in. “OK, follow me” he said and flew out of the cave with hundreds of bats behind him. Down through the valley they went, across a river and into a forest full of trees. Finally he slowed down and all the other bats excitedly milled around him. “Now, do you see that tree over there?” he asked. “Yes, Yes, Yes!” the bats all screamed in a frenzy. “Good” said the bat, “Because I sure as hell didn’t!” Q. What happened to the guy who didn't pay his exorcist? A. He was repossessed.
