ocated at 1515 Village Drive, its home since 2003, PeaceHealth Cottage Grove Community Medical Center and Clinics is a 40,000-square-foot facility that features state-of-the-art in-patient care, personalized primary care and a complete Emergency Department. Emergency Medicine: PeaceHealth Cottage Grove Community Medical Center’s Emergency Department is equipped to deal with emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week, offering emergency medicine close to home. Cottage Grove built its new PeaceHealth hospital in 2003. Medical Unit: The hospital’s medical unit provides inpatient care, including wound care, IV therapy and Hospice. Physical Therapy Service: The physical therapy department sees outpatients from the community as well as patients who are in the hospital. Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to
6 p.m. Radiology: The radiology department offers Ultrasound, Low Dose CT, Digital X-ray and Digital 3D Mammography Screening. Cottage Grove Clinics: Providers at local clinics special-
