Though the responsibilities of marriage, motherhood, and managing a business are great, the rewards are greater, and the possibilities are endless for this mortgage “mom boss.” Quality Lending Group is making major moves in Houston and is set to open a new branch location in Jackson, MS, in the Spring of this year. It’s important to her that she not only remember where she came from, but to do what she can to empower the community she grew up in.

ife. Mom. Boss. It's this divine order that has set the tone for the supermom, superwoman, and CEO we all know as Cenaca Cyprian. Cenaca started her journey in the mortgage industry in 2006 in her hometown of Jackson, MS. After weathering the storms, tests, trials, and the crash of 2008, she moved to Houston, TX, met the love of her life Donald Cyprian and started a family. Driven by her passion to help families with homeownership and refinancing, she ventured back into the mortgage industry as a loan officer. Though this journey has had many ups and downs, Cenaca not only managed to land on her feet, but persevered to victory. Like many, 2020

Cenaca is a mentor to many young entrepreneurs and an inspiration to her two beautiful daughters. She and her husband pride themselves in how they are setting an example of a good work ethic for their girls to follow, instilling this mindset in them at an early age. Cenaca attributes her success to faith, fortitude, and the unwavering love of her amazing and supportive husband, who is her biggest cheerleader. The sky's the limit for Cenaca and her company. She has been divinely positioned for success and is in awe of God for all He has done for her. Coming from humble beginnings, she can’t help but to give God ALL the Glory for how He is writing her story and showing His faithfulness. started off as her most challenging year as she faced job termination, market freezes, and the public health crisis. In the midst of uncertainty, she decided to take a leap of faith and applied for her brokerage license. Unbeknownst to her, this was the first step in the direction of unprecedented success and prosperity. In August of 2020, Cenaca launched Quality Lending Group, LLC, the only African American female-led mortgage company in the Greater Houston area. This bold and brave move has not been easy. But six months later with eleven employees and eight million dollars in production, Cenaca has no regrets.
