Fall Rally North (FRN): When: Saturday, October 18 Where: Six Flags Discovery Kingdom What: Fall Rally event is a 3 in 1 event: a fundraiser, a celebraUon of service, and a day of Key Clubbers coming together as one. The proceeds from the Ucket sales in addiUon to the funds raised by Key Clubbers are donated on behalf of the respecUve divisions to support our CNH Kiwanis FoundaUon’s Pediatric Trauma Program (PTP) Color Run: November 16 Next DCM: Madera South High School October 15 @ 6PM PST (For more info contact Lt. UNICEF Trick Or Treat
Scare up some funds and fun this Halloween by parUcipaUng in Trick-‐or-‐Treat for UNICEF. It’s a great opportunity to collect donaUons instead of candy or to bring club members together for a fabulous event or party. All money collected by Kiwanis-‐family members through Trick-‐or-‐Treat for UNICEF will once again support The Eliminate Project and help save moms and babies. Did you know? A proud parUcipant in Trick-‐or-‐Treat for UNICEF since 1994, Key Club has raised more than US$6 million for child survival and development programs around the world—from efforts to eliminate iodine deficiency disorder to HIV/AIDS iniUaUves in Kenya and Swaziland. StarUng in 2012 Key Club joined other Kiwanis Service Leadership Programs to Trick-‐or-‐Treat for UNICEF to raise money for The Eliminate Project. You could raise funds door-‐to-‐door, host a trunk-‐or-‐treat, zombie walk, horror fest, pumpkin smash, “Twilight” dance, haunted house or even an old-‐fashioned pumpkin pie baking (or eaUng) contest…or come up with your own idea! AROUND THE DIVISION
During the month of August, Clovis West Key Club a7ended the Madera DCM, Kaiser Park Clean-‐Up, had 2 Board MeeUngs, a7racted members during Club Rush, and had our very first meeUng today! (September 9). Looking at today's meeUng, we were able to to a7ract 100+ new corgis. We were able to present the objecUves, purpose, and qualiUes of Key Club InternaUonal. We informed the students about upcoming volunteer opportuniUes, events such as RTC and Fall Rally, and handed out boxes for the Trick-‐or-‐Treat UNICEF program. We were also showcased on the Clovis West Facebook Page! -‐Charles Vatanatham

Before school began, Key Club noUfied all Clovis High teachers asking if any help was needed in cleaning and seung up their classrooms. Nine Key Club members completed 96.5 combined hours of work. -‐Duran Samantha
