lieutenant governor' s note To the division I serve, Thank you all for entrusting me in being your ltg and giving me this crazy opportunity. I will work endlessly to make sure our division will become the most spirited and interconnected and productive it could be and I hope that I will make you all proud. To my IP LTG, Michelle Ho, Thank you for being so so supportive and sweet and being the most kind role model I could ever ask for. You did AMAZING during your term and I will never forget how hardworking and caring you were towards our small but mighty division. I know it was hard to carry on a brand new division after the split from D1 5, but you did an extraordinary job. I LOVE U SO MUCH MICHELLE! I can’t believe that I have been officially installed as Division 1 5 South’s Lieutenant Governor for the 201 8-201 9 term. I can’t even put in words how excited but nervous I am for this upcoming term.
love,
Thank you Belugas! Let's have an amazing start to the new term!

CLUB UPDATES: Halo Club Show
The Ayala Halo Club Show as hosted by Halo Club with the purpose of gathering funds for mentally disabled children. The performers of the show were students of the Ayala dance production team and children from other dance groups in Chino Hills. This was their first show to ever be hosted. They managed to raise over $2500 for their cause. The majority of the guests were parents and family of the dancers who were an enthusiastic crowd. The members were friendly to the attendees of the event while they were selling either food or tickets. They quickly resolved any issues with change, as there was initially a lack of it. None of them slacked off throughout the event, even when the show was in session and there wasn’t much to do. The members were given permission to watch the show if they wished and there was no conflict with their tasks.

District Convention 201 8
DCON 201 8 was a weekend that I will never forget. I am so thankful to have met so many CNH bees from backgrounds of all sorts and made new friends and best key club buds this weekend. On Day One (Friday), we wore Key Club casual and showed our passion and spirit for our Regions and Divisions! It was a fun night with our first General Session, a Region Session with R1 3+R7, and workshops! The following day, we wore business professional and attended many workshops and two General Sessions. It was a day of learning about Key Club and experiencing the Caucus Session and House of Delegates was truly an honor. The Executive Board of CNH was chosen: Jonathan Lum as DGovernor, Zoe Yao as DSecretary, and Kara Yoshiyama as DTreas. On the final day, we all had to say our farewells and head on home. Although D1 5S only had 5 attendees in total, I hope that next year at DCON 201 9, we will have an increase of attendance! Overall, DCON 201 8 was an amazing experience. Thank you CNH!
