Best Experience of My Life by Julia Guerra Key Club has been the best experience of my life. Going into Mrs. Schweikert's room on Tuesday's was the highlight of my day, people there make you feel like family. Even though I wasn’t able to participate in every community service event, though the ones I went to left me with an awesome experience. Being part of something at Canyon wasn’t really my thing until my friend told me to join Key Club with her. At first it was

weird talking to strangers, something that isn’t my thing, but I have made new friends and memories that I won’t forget any time soon. My favorite memory of Key Club would be the eight-hour dance marathon, I’m not much of a dancer so dancing for eight hours was the hardest thing to do. Jasmine and I would jump up and down, wiggle some and maybe move a little, that was us dancing.

“Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined.” -Henry David Thoreau

Key Club By Jasmine Hinton This year I joined key club and I learned a lot about life. I learned what it means to put others before myself and better use my time by improving the lives of others instead of myself. I made friends, I shared laughs, and I've kept memories that won't ever fade. Key club has helped me help the community and better myself as a person, and for that, I'm quite grateful. - Jasmine Hinton

My Key Club Experience by Mark Paragas As I come to the end of my key club journey after 4 years I just want to say Key Club was the best thing that happen to me in high school. Key club is the reason why I am more outgoing and less shy in talking to people and am able to cheer my guts out. I love key club and being able to help the community. Key club brings friendship to another level, key club is your second family. Rtc was really fun we got to cheer and meet different kinds of key clubbers and were able to make great memories together as a family. I’ve been to all 4 rtc in my high school career and they are some of my most cherished moments in my life. Fall rally was after rtc, which was going to six flag magic mountain and that was a great experience also meeting all different key clubbers from Nevada, California, and Hawaii and it also helped me get over my fear of rollercoasters. Key club is the best club in high school and I will miss it so much but I knew it had to end at some point, but oh well key club will always be a part of my life that brought many friendships. Sadly, it took me 4 years to memorize the key club pledge. Key Club will lie deeply in my heart it’s like a 2nd family that I don’t want to lose forever but even though this was my last year in key club ill still continue to use the lessons it taught me. I hope more people join and experience great times together and make many memories because it’s worth it at the end. 8

From Strangers to Family by Kasie Sanders I first joined key club out of a request from a friend. It was pretty award at first, but then I got used to it so much that I ended up with key club being like my second family. I was a junior at the time, but now on my senior year; The family has grown. Old faces, new faces. I love everyone here in the club and will miss them all so much. No tears yet though.

“It doesn't matter how you graduated only that you did! Congratulations!

Enjoyable Experience Alex Guzman My moments here in key club were slow at first because I entered in the middle of November but I enjoyed it once I joined the crew. Plus I knew some members before hand which enhanced my club experience. I also made new friends here which was also plus. One of my favorite community services was the dance event because we danced for five hours and ate panda express. Key club is a friendly, energetic, and you can

be yourself in the club. I also adored the potlucks we had which were very delicious. Overall this was a enjoyable experience with everyone in key club.
