Choose a Job You Love, and You Will Never Work a Day in Your Life By Jon Lubrano, President, Atlantis Pools Inc.

arly on when I first started working in the pool business, I was very fortunate to have a few mentors who shared their extensive pool knowledge with me. As I worked for various pool companies, I made mental note of the business practices I liked and wanted to replicate, and things I would never do when I had my own company.
Since starting my business several decades ago, we have striven to be the pros in the field of pool service and repairs. We are known for taking jobs and fixing broken pools that other companies turn down and won’t touch. Other pool companies hire us to do their repairs. We are proud of all we have accomplished; yet humble and filled with gratitude to our customers for letting us serve you.
When I started my company, my top two priorities were to provide the best service for my customers and hiring the best people who had a passion for making repairs and providing a great service.
Servicing and repairing your pools, has allowed me to provide for my family, pay for my son’s college education, and now my business is giving a new generation the ability to provide for their families. Most of my staff has young children, and I hope that they will be able to send their children to college as I have.
My motto has always been treat others as you would want to be treated, and that goes towards my customers and staff. We are not perfect, but we try our hardest to provide the best experience possible and we work very hard to make sure we are extremely knowledgeable and excel at what we do. In an industry where there are multiple safety hazards on every job, the most important rule is safety first for our customers and our staff. I hold my staff to very high standards, as we know our customers expect the best from us.
My life has surpassed my dreams, and I am truly grateful. I am no Bill Gates or Elon Musk, but my life has made a difference in my community. It may be a small piece of the American dream, but it is a piece of it. Here at Atlantis we love what we do and we hope it shows. We thank our customers and hope that we will serve you for many years to come.
