vertical!

“H “T

ow could we not support a school that has given our children so much? Thanks to Solebury our children are confident, well educated, compassionate leaders. The new Athletic Center will be a visible extension of what Solebury can offer its students; an education for the whole child. These improvements are critical to competing with our peer schools and will enable Solebury to continue to attract the best students for its community.” —Kenneth Klimpel and Whitney Parker-Klimpel, parents of Andrew ‘06 and Morgan ‘09

“I

s a 1980 graduate of Solebury my husband and I have been so pleased to see the new Athletic Center being built and plans for the theater and student center. Our daughter, Bella ’08 has had the opportunity to explore her passion in the arts and music and has had excellent teachers for her academic work. Our family is happy to be able to contribute to the continued future growth of our wonderful school.”

—Susan and Stephen Couture, parents of David ‘08

“A

he Chandor family is pleased to represent a small part that is enabling the construction of this much needed facility. The old facility has remained virtually unchanged since my late younger brother Craig’s days in the mid sixties, our son’s years in the eighties and more recently Craig’s son Douglas a couple of years ago. It is very pleasing to see the physical changes taking place on Solebury’s campus.”

t gives me pleasure to contribute to the building of this new center and to see the great changes to the campus. Don Musselman was a terrific coach who brought an intensity to making us competitive in many sports including football and wrestling. I think it appropriate that Solebury honor his contributions by naming a wrestling room after him.”

“W

e knew from the very first visit to Solebury that the nurturing and supportive environment, the excellent teaching staff and academic programs were the right choice for our son. We’re supporting the new Athletic Center as an important investment in the future of Solebury School. We feel a responsibility to give back so that Solebury is able to continue to retain and attract both staff and students that make it the wonderful school that it is.”

“E

—John and Annie Blasko ’80 parents of Bella ‘07

ach day, our sons have used facilities that were donated entirely by the generosity of others—virtually every one a stranger to us. How should we show gratitude to those persons who gave so much to Solebury School? The only way to ‘pay them back’ is to ‘pay it forward,’ by giving to the capital campaign to support not only our own students, but Solebury’s future students too. It’s the right thing to do.” —Bill and Holly Mullin, parents of Will ‘05 and Rob ‘08
