DeAngelis Diamond served as the Program Manager for the all-new addition to the Blakeford at Green Hills community. This addition included 51 new independent living units, a 20,000 sq. ft. memory care unit, and major renovation work across a majority of the existing common spaces within the community. Our team assisted the owner in solicitation and management of the design team, general contractor, and support consultants from the initial concept, final design, construction, and closeout of the project.

The all-new Vitality Senior Living community brings luxury to the senior living experience. This new community featured the ground up construction of a 3-story independent and assisted living building, a memory care building, and 12 patio homes all encompassing over 200,000 sq. ft.

13,000 SQ. FT. SARASOTA, FL

The Glenridge North Community expansion focuses on the development of private homes and villas on a 60-acre site within a senior living community. Initial work included land clearing and the creation of streets and retention ponds throughout the property in preparation for the residential homes. Several models of club-style homes and villas offer future residents a variety of options when it comes to a comfortable living solution.
