The JP Morgan Chase Bank was part of the larger, ground-up construction of the Inn on 5th, a multi-purpose build also featuring space for a hotel and retail. The new bank, spans 6,000 sq. ft. on the first floor of the building and features spaces for banking services as well as private offices for staff.

The facility provides space for customers to meet with banking staff via the open, walk-in service counter with space for several tellers or the private offices where bank staff can meet customers individually. The all-new bank also provides a drive up option with ATM services for a convenient on-the-go service.

New construction of 16,000 sq.ft. Corporate Bank headquarters and wealth management offices. The offices are located on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor features the bank with 4 drive-through teller lanes and 1 ATM drive-up lane.
Renovating 9,000 sq. ft. of office space for future Commerce Trust tenant. With upgraded finishes this new office will impress both staff and clients. A new, modern reception area will greet incomers as they come in, offering a relaxing seating space as they wait. Private offices and conference rooms are designed to give ample room for staff to work and come together for collaboration. A separated break room gives employees of Commerce Trust a place to relax and step away from their desks. The new office will also include plenty of storage and an IT closet to house equipment for digital security and storage.
Comprehensive tenant improvement for TerraCap Management’s space, which included the demolition of the existing space to make way for a modern and functional layout. The installation of new firewalls and partitions, along with a new ceiling grid and tile, helped create separate zones while maintaining a sense of openness. The addition of new casework, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), interior glass, and doors enhanced the aesthetics and functionality of the space, providing a contemporary and professional environment that is sure to impress.
