Two-story, 65,000 sq. ft. building with a total of 60-beds. Project features include 16-beds for traumatic brain injuries, a center of excellence for concussion and Parkinson’s disease, 44 acute rehabilitation beds with support space, a full kitchen, large therapy gym and an outdoor courtyard.
WEBSTER REHABILITATION HOSPITAL
WEBSTER, TX

This project involved the construction of a 55,000 sq. ft., two-story rehabilitation hospital that is equipped with cutting-edge technology. The hospital includes 45 spacious private rooms, offering patients the utmost privacy and comfort during their stay.
To accommodate the large-scale hospital, the construction team had to clear an existing 10-acre site, making way for excavation work and the installation of drilled concrete piers and foundations. The building’s structural steel framework was then erected, with careful attention given to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and life safety systems.
The interior of the hospital was finished to the highest standard, with intricate glazing, interior gypsum drywall, and luxurious finishes throughout. Exterior masonry and EIFS were utilized to create an impressive facade, while landscaping and site work were carried out to ensure the hospital blended seamlessly into its surroundings.

LAFAYETTE REGIONAL REHABILITATION HOSPITAL
This 48,000 sq. ft. rehabilitation hospital is a testament to the visionary design work of Dekker/Perich/Sabatini Architects. This free-standing facility is dedicated to the provision of top-quality healthcare services for patients with functional deficits resulting from debilitating illnesses or injuries.
With 40 beds, Lafayette Regional Rehabilitation Hospital provides ample space to accommodate patients in need of post-acute rehabilitation services. The hospital has been designed with a focus on creating a warm and welcoming environment that is both supportive and functional.
8,000 SQ. FT. LARGO, FL
This project consisted of an interior renovation located on the third floor of the existing hospital with the aim to convert the surgical suite into a rehabilitation space. The scope of work included demolition of existing patient bathrooms as well as all the interior space and converting the space into a 10-bed rehabilitation floor.

This project is a part of the larger Glenridge on Palmer Ranch expansion. The Kamberg Center features new construction of a 11,000 sq. ft. facility. The center features space for healthcare, rehabilitation, therapy, and a meeting center for public gatherings.
