DeAngelis Diamond was involved in multiple projects for Church of the City, including a comprehensive refurbishment of the interior office spaces situated on the third floor, which comprised of e a range of upgrades such as modernized lighting fixtures, and refreshed wall and floor finishes.
Additionally, the main lobby on the second floor underwent a renovation which included redesigned entryways, upgraded flooring and wall finishes, improved lighting fixtures, and the installation of new seating areas to create a more welcoming and comfortable environment for visitors.
Lastly, DD completed a mezzanine addition to the existing auditorium, which will provide seating capacity for up to 726 people. This new mezzanine level features state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, comfortable seating arrangements, and modern design aesthetics to enhance the overall viewing experience for audiences.

VENTURE CHURCH
The new Venture Church building, is a nearly 53,000 sq. ft. architectural marvel, embodying community unity and the spirit of the church. The focal point of the project is the grand worship-center, featuring soaring ceilings and a large gathering space to hosts church services and community events. Beyond the sanctuary, the build also features several classrooms for smaller gatherings and children services, as well as offices for the church’s professional staff. A vibrant playground and serene retention pond offer spaces for laughter, reflection, and gathering. The project also includes the landscaping of the grounds and parking lot design, which offers plentiful spaces for future church attendees.

NINA ISLER JEWISH CULTURAL CENTER
This project involved the construction of a multi-functional complex for the Jewish Federation of Greater Naples that is comprised of meeting rooms, community rooms, and classrooms. Designed to host a range of religious and community events, the complex also includes offices to provide a space for the Jewish Federation of Greater Naples to conduct its operations. The meeting rooms are thoughtfully designed to provide a versatile space that can be used for a range of purposes, from small-scale meetings to large community events. The community rooms are designed to foster community engagement, creating a space for individuals to gather, relax, and connect. The classrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, creating a dynamic and immersive learning environment.
DeAngelis Diamond has partnered with the Covenant Presbyterian Church of Naples for a complex, multiphase renovation project aiming to expand and improve their facilities. The project featured three key phases which included a significant 30,000 sq. ft. expansion on their fellowship hall, exterior renovation, and the construction of a new 34,000 sq. ft. new wing and administration building addition.
The fellowship hall expansion was designed to improve the church’s ability to host a wide range of activities, including social gatherings, youth programs, and community outreach events. It features ample seating capacity, modern audiovisual systems, and state-of-the-art lighting to create an inviting and engaging environment. The education classrooms have been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and flexible learning space for church members of all ages. Lastly, the new commercial kitchen is a key feature of the expansion, providing a fully functional and modern cooking and dining space for congregants and guests.
The last phase of the project focused on the construction of the new wing of Covenant Church, covering 34,000 sq. ft., along with a new administration building spanning 10,000 sq. ft. Additionally, a brand new outdoor recreational area of 0.56 acres provided a space for the community to gather and engage in a range of activities. The project also entailed the demolition of existing structures to make way for the new construction, ensuring that the new buildings were integrated seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.
