Since its founding, DeAngelis Diamond has followed an organic expansion model based on growing markets. The company has opened new divisions in multiple cities, eventually spreading to the major market of Central Florida with the Orlando Division in 2020.

DeAngelis Diamond’s Orlando office is lead by TJ Sellers. TJ brings 13 years of construction leadership experience and expertise to his division. He joined the Orlando team from day one and led the launch of the division. TJ works closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. He inspires the team to approach every project with the goal of delivering every project on-time and within budget, without compromising on quality.

Prepare to be impressed by the stunning interior renovation of the 4th and 5th floors of the CNL Tower I in Downtown Orlando. The construction work is extensive, featuring a brandnew connected staircase that gracefully unites the two floors, and a gorgeous glazing system that bathes private offices and conference rooms in natural light. Along with the new coffee bar, café, breakrooms, and workstations, you’ll find an inviting elevator lobby on the 4th floor that adds a touch of elegance to the space.
VENTUREX
NAPLES, FL | 30,000 SQ. FT.
The Lutgert Professional Center is a unique, sustainable luxury office in the heart of Naples. Designed to bring the outdoors in with natural light and expansive views of the coastal skyline, this building utilizes an innovative, modern design to create a place where people love coming to work every day.
Venture X occupies the 30,000 sq. ft. top level. Its mission is to provide high-quality, flexible spaces to business professionals allowing our members to grow their companies and exceed their business goals. Venture X provides a unique set of amenities and benefits that support business growth and professional development. DeAngelis Diamond managed the construction of the entire 60,000 sq. ft. project including the Venture X build-out.
NEOGENOMICS HEADQUARTERS INTERIOR BUILD-OUT
FORT MYERS, FL | 75,000 SQ. FT.
NeoGenomics is a premier cancer diagnostic, pharma services, and information services company serving oncologists, pathologists, pharmaceutical companies, and academic centers in their pursuit of providing better futures for people living with cancer. DeAngelis Diamond was hired to build the NeoGenomics Headquarters. The project consisted of constructing three separate buildings including their 75,000 sq.ft. office building. The value of the office build out was over $9.4 million dollars with state-of-the-art technology and high-end finishes. Some of the components of the office building include multiple conference and meeting spaces, training rooms, media center, kitchen & break room, a grand staircase, and spacious reception area.
CHURCH OF THE CITY - THIRD FLOOR RENOVATION
FRANKLIN, TN | 14,000 SQ. FT.
This project features a comprehensive overhaul of the current third-floor interior, which entails the demolition of the existing layout and the creation of a modern, dynamic office space.
One of the key features of this renovation was the installation of new windows, which allows natural light to flood into the space, creating a brighter and more inviting atmosphere. In addition to enhancing the visual appeal of the space, the natural light also has positive effects on employee productivity, mood, and overall well-being.
Another crucial aspect of the renovation was the creation of large, open collaborative spaces that encourage teamwork, communication, and creativity among team members. These areas were designed to promote brainstorming, group meetings, and informal gatherings, and are equipped with the latest technology and ergonomic furnishings to ensure optimal comfort and functionality.
ARTHREX, INC. GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS
INTERIOR BUILD-OUT
NAPLES, FL | 260,000 SQ. FT.
The Arthrex, Inc. Global Headquarters project includes the interior build-out of the 260,000 sq. ft. administration building. The interior office build-out includes executive conference rooms, small huddle rooms, private offices with glass wall systems, and open office areas. Multiple cafes are included through the space along with large training rooms. The build-out includes state-of-the-art technology throughout and included 6-levels of the administration building. The high-end lobby includes special acoustical plaster for sound dampening.
TERRACAP MANAGEMENT
NAPLES, FL | 4,800 SQ. FT.
This comprehensive tenant improvement for TerraCap Management’s space, which included the demolition of the existing space to make way for a modern and functional layout. The installation of new firewalls and partitions, along with a new ceiling grid and tile, helped create separate zones while maintaining a sense of openness. The addition of new casework, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), interior glass, and doors enhanced the aesthetics and functionality of the space, providing a contemporary and professional environment that is sure to impress.
DEANGELIS DIAMOND ORLANDO OFFICE
ORLANDO, FL | 3,400 SQ. FT.
The build-out of DeAngelis Diamond’s Orlando Office included the complete demolition of the existing office space on the 16th floor of the Regions building in downtown Orlando.
The 3,400 sq.ft. interior build-out includes private offices, open office areas, conference rooms and a café overlooking the downtown Orlando skyline. The build-out includes open ceilings throughout, glass walls at all offices and conference rooms, decorative wood and moss walls, and enhanced finishes throughout the space. The renovation occurred while the adjacent tenants remained fully operational.
BODINE PERRY
NAPLES, FL | 3,000 SQ. FT.
This impressive tenant improvement project undertaken for Welsh Commercial Real Estate involved an extensive overhaul of the existing space, complete with the removal of walls and the installation of new firewalls and partitions. The upgraded space also boasts new lighting fixtures and diffusers, updated ACT, revised sprinkler systems, a state-of-the-art fire alarm, and sleek new doors. With fresh paint and elegant wallpaper adorning the walls and stylish new flooring underfoot, the final result is a breathtaking example of sophisticated design that truly sets a new standard for commercial spaces.

In this standout tenant improvement project for Welsh Commercial Real Estate, every detail was thoughtfully considered and flawlessly executed, from the initial demolition of the existing space to the installation of brandnew firewalls and partitions, along with new lighting, diffusers, and an updated sprinkler system that ensures the utmost in safety and protection.
