aurentia Exploration was created in 2017 by Hugues Guérin Tremblay (P.Geo.), Alexis Paulin Bissonnette (Eng.), and Maxime Bouchard (P.Geo. M.Sc.A.), all three being graduates of the University of Quebec in Chicoutimi. The idea for the business was born after the three noticed the growing needs of the rapidly expanding mining industry and entrepreneurial ideologies. Laurentia Exploration is a company of geologist consultants whose mission is to offer a wide range of geoscientific services and support at any stage of your project, as well as in the growth of your business. Whether it is turnkey projects, the realization of fieldwork, or an evaluation of the mining potential of a property, we are here to meet the requirements of our clients and exceed their expectations in collaboration and partnership. Geological services Laurentia Exploration offers different types of services ranging from prospecting work to the complete management of a project. • Supervision, management, and monitoring of drilling campaigns: a turnkey and quality service. • Exploration, prospecting, and mapping: regardless of the location and size of the project, we will make it happen for you. • 3D modelling: We have all the necessary tools to analyze your drilling data to better visualize your site, deposit, or orebody like never before. • Report writing: With qualified persons, we have the capacity to write statutory and technical reports for you and perform property valuation and NI 43-101 (in collaboration). • Geoscientific compilation: By NTS sheets, by region, or sector for potential assessment purposes, or to give advice on new properties. • Staff hire: For prospecting, mapping, drill hole logging, etc.
Summary of our development to date The various mandates carried out and successfully executed by Laurentia Exploration has given the company a solid reputation and influence in the field of mineral exploration in Quebec. The addition of 20 new employees since the beginning of this year has allowed the company to grow its operational capacity and thus collaborate with more clients, without compromising the quality of its services provided. The development and training of the employees with the most seniority in the company have enabled them to become project managers. Laurentia Exploration became a member of CONSOREM in 2020 and it intends to share with its clients the scientific input that can be obtained with this research consortium. u
