receiving the best of the best. Additionally, most diamond brokers require a non-refundable deposit from their clients when trying out different diamonds to buy. Not the Diamond Reserve! Kaeleigh claims, “I try to get customers educated, hone in on what exactly they want in quality and I bring them diamond options they could want, free of charge.” As a result, every client leaves assured in their purchases or at least in the experience they had with The Diamond Reserve. Kaeleigh also emphasized that all her jewelry is handmade in Denver, not factorymade in Los Angeles or New York. The quality and experience that The Diamond Reserve offers is one-of-a-kind, especially in such an up and coming city like Denver.

Kaeleigh is a self-made girl boss in the diamond industry and her company thrives on the idea that educating customers on diamonds is most important. She has worked hard to re-brand the company that she started working with four years ago and is now owner of. In an industry predominantly run my men, Kaeleigh has broken through the norms and set herself and her brand apart from the others. By only carrying the best of the best, providing customizable jewelry and ensuring a fabulous customer experience, Kaeleigh remains Denver’s top and most trusted diamond broker. The Diamond Reserve focuses on ensuring that every client gets an exclusive, private, and educated experience when looking for a diamond. Kaeleigh’s motivation for wanting to upgrade the diamond industry and become a boss of her own company came from the corruption that tends to occur in the market. Kaeleigh mentions that “the typical jeweler tries to steer the customer away from the education of diamonds.” As a result, she bought the company, with a mission to help boost the knowledge of diamonds for consumer. For The Diamond Reserve, it is most important that the client gets fully educated on the buying process and on the specific diamonds they are looking to purchase, to ensure a completely satisfactory experience. So, what sets Kaeleigh and The Diamond Reserve apart from all the other jewelers and diamond brokers? Well, if you look at larger cities like San Francisco, Chicago and New York, they all have private (not jewelry store chains) jewelers. This was not something that had come to Denver prior to Kaeleigh’s entrance into the industry. Kaeleigh explained that The Diamond Reserve is an appointmentonly company and that they speak with their potential customers in advance in order to know a little bit about what they are looking for before they come in for an appointment. Because The Diamond Reserve’s focus is on educating customers on diamonds, all clients can remain confident in their purchases, knowing they are

When it comes to girl power, Kaeleigh’s got it down. Although there are women in the industry that are jewelers, Kaeleigh remains one of the only female owners and dealers . She understands all aspects of the industry, including the fact that it is highly important that diamond dealers trust her so that she only works with the best in the industry. When asking her how she rose to being the boss of her own company at age 30, Kaeleigh says, “I am a highly motivated individual. I was in touch with the right people and was able to make a substantial diamond buy for someone my age, who hardly worked diamonds before.” Kaeleigh has gained much trust within the diamond industry, allowing her to also gain more leverage with diamonds that she does not own. In other words, trust her enough that they will lend her their diamonds for potential clients. Her trust among the industry is yet another way Kaeleigh has become Denver’s biggest diamond broker and ultimate girl boss. After working with a diamond dealer that believed in her and put a lot of trust in her, Kaeleigh was able to break into the diamond aspect of the jewelry industry. Although she does not work with a lot of women in the fine diamond business, she hopes that will change as the industry is shifting away from only keeping their businesses within the family. Because the diamond business tends to remain within one family and continues to be passed down through each family member, it becomes difficult for people outside of each family to make it in the industry. Kaeleigh hopes to help change this, which has the potential to allow more women into the industry. As for The Diamond Reserve’s future, specifically, Kaeleigh hopes that the business continues to grow. She also plans to continue to educate customers and make them aware that “there is a service out there that is willing to educate you and find you something that is the best fit for your needs.” That service can only be provided to clients at The Diamond Reserve.
