Corporate Information 1. The Brand: Nimco is an existing company that has been in the market for over 100 years. In what it’s related to Fits All, Nimco commercializes orthopaedic and personalized shoes that are manufactured by Fits-All. Nimco’s main markets are Central and Northern Europe but the brand acts worldwide and the branding must express that. 2. Fits-All is a young dynamic industry that was founded in 1999 and it is the supplier for Nimco’s commercial project. 3. In 2010, a big change has happened in which the two companies have merged and now is their wish to make the brand Fits-All disappear and start together a new one : Nimco – Made4You 4. Nimco Made4You will trade orthopaedic solutions through professional partners (B2B), like orthopaedic shoe stores, hospital, clinics, patients associations, etc. 5. Web sites: www.nimcolab.com

About the project We wish to have a price proposal for the development of the brand and its main communication pieces, as a first step. 1. Branding Strategy together with us Garra must develop a concept, a market approach and application of the Brand and in the several supports. Global branding Design (concepts, imagery, colors, etc.) 2. LOGO Design Objectives: we wish to have a logo proposal. For this we will supply you with Nimco’s actual logo. 1.1 Refresh Nimco’s logo in which we wish to keep the lettering and the oval shape. 1.2 Emphasize the start of a new era for both brands, but without abandoning Nimco’s brand goodwill – the new logo must benefit from the solidity of Nimco and at the same time showing its new and renewed personality, expressing the modernity of this future oriented project. 1.3 Targets: actual and future clients described above. 1.4 Markets: global market, starting with Europe 1.5 Objections: radical changes in the Nimco logo or styling

Communication pieces: 2.1 Logo in vectors and style application manual 2.2 Office stationary: consisting in company letterhead paper; business cards; envelopes (all sizes); Report / Portfolio covers; Cd covers 2.3 Catalogues - a catalogue that reunites three existing ones: children’s catalogues; adult’s catalogues; and orthopaedic material catalog. These catalogues must have a neutral image and structure that will allow us to use them for more than one season. This catalogue will suffer an annual model and image refreshment. The Catalogue is expected to have about 50 pages; this number has to be confirmed. The concept in this catalogue can be the base for the electronic catalogue of the website. The catalogue comes in three languages. 2.4 Packaging: primary and secondary – shoe bags and all the transport boxes 2.5 Photography: we wish to have an estimate of studio photography of about 120 models/year (this is an estimate of the new or refreshed models every year). Please also give us a quotation for individual studio photo. 2.6 Website art: concept and example pages for catalogue/content pages, online store and forms. 2.7 Website and CMS proposal: after the image is agreed on we want a proposal for a new website and respective CMS; online store, web hosting and site maintenance. (additional briefing on the side). 2.8 All pieces must have an estimate time to complete and please accompany the proposal with a chronogram. 2.9 All material must come in an editable format that’s compatible with our graphic programs.
