Mission The DI seeks to develop the human resources of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, upgrade their scientific and practical knowledge, and provide them with exceptional capabilities in performing the Qatari diplomatic role, based on training and educational programs that use state-of-the-art scientific and technical means and internationally adopted curricula. It also works to prepare special reports, studies and research papers dealing with foreign policy and international cooperation to facilitate the process of decision making in foreign affairs.
