Big Trek for Dags4Life Glenmore Park resident Mark Hughes, together with three middle aged friends, started the group ‘Dags4Life’ earlier this year. Two of their children were diagnosed with Medulloblastoma, an aggressive and malignant childhood brain tumour. They’ve seen first hand their courage, determination and suffering as they battled the disease. Dags4Life supports brain cancer research through the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation, formed by world renowned neurosurgeon Dr Charlie Teo. The group will be walking the Hume and Hovell Track, a 420 kilometre trek through the bush from Yass to Albury in 22 days, from the 17th of October to the 7th of November this year. With over $31,000 raised so far, the group hopes to reach the target of $50,000. To help support them, donations can be made to the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation via the group’s website www.dags4life.org. For more information and updates, search Dags4Life on Facebook or Instagram.

FAITH – ANGLICAN Rev John Lavender P: 4733 1635 A: Cnr William Howell Dr & Pritchard Pl, Glenmore Park W: www.glenmorepark.anglican.com.au Service Times: Sundays @ 8.30 and 10.15am, 5 and 7pm. Plus activities for adults and young people right throughout the week.
Jesus Brings Pretty Much Everything! Contentment. Peace. Maturity. Freedom from anxiety. Joy. Hope for the future. Discernment. Love. Resilience. Humility. Compassion. These are just some of the characteristics and qualities of life that we all desire and highly value. The question is, where do we find them? Getting under way on Sundays in October at Glenmore Park Anglican Church (GPAC), we are going to be looking at the Bible’s book of Philippians. This was written by the Apostle Paul to the ancient Greek City of Philippi, shortly after 50AD and has a message that is absolutely timeless and relevant to everyone. Here are some of the great verses from this very short book of Philippians that we will be looking at and discovering how they can make such a great difference to our whole life and our whole world:“The God of peace will be with you”... “Look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of the others”... “Do everything without complaining or arguing”... “Shine like stars in the universe as you hold out the word of life”... “Rejoice in the Lord always”... “Let your gentleness be evident to all”... “Do not be anxious about anything”...
“The peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus”... “I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances”... “I can do everything through Him who gives me strength”... “My God will meet all your needs”... “Jesus – the name that is above every name”... At GPAC we have been so encouraged to discover all that Jesus brings! We would love to share this with all of you living in Glenmore Park and the surrounding suburbs. Please join us on Sundays, or at any of our other activities during the week so you too can experience the difference Jesus’ brings! Rev. John Lavender

Regentville through to MILO T20 Blast Schools Cup State Final
The Regentville Public School boys team have qualified for the 2014/15 MILO T20 Blast Schools Cup State Final after winning the Sydney West Regional Final at Blacktown International Sportspark last month. The greater Penrith area was well represented at the Sydney West Regional Final, with Stage 3 students from Regentville Public School, Blackwell Public School, Leonay Public School

and Holy Spirit Primary School all participating in modified games of cricket during an action-packed day. As the winners of the Boys’ Division, Regentville have progressed to the MILO T20 Blast Schools Cup State Final which will take place at Blacktown International Sportspark on October 29. If they are victorious at the State Final, Regentville will find themselves representing NSW at the inaugural MILO T20 Blast Schools Cup National Final at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in December. The prospect of playing on the Melbourne Cricket Ground certainly has the Regentville boys excited. “We had a great day and we’re very proud of our achievement,” the boys said. “We cannot wait to play in the State Final!” Regentville teacher and team coach, Karen Weir says the MILO T20 Blast is on their calendar each year. “Our school has been involved in the MILO T20 Blast for a long time now and we look forward to it every year,” she said. The MILO T20 Blast provides a great introduction to cricket for primary school aged boys and girls. “The success of the local schools is a reflection of the strong junior clubs in the area,” said Cricket NSW Senior Development Officer, Jonathan Lees. “We hope to see more boys and girls from the region playing cricket with their local club this summer as a result of the MILO T20 Blast,” he added. To find your local club visit www. playcricket.com.au. For more information on cricket in the Penrith area, contact Jonathan Lees on 0418 749 185

Rooting out Prejudice With the constant bombardment of minute-by-minute news these days via the internet, social media and even oldfashioned television, it doesn’t take long for some phrases to burrow their way into our collective consciousness. One recent example is “Islamic State” (IS), also known as ISIS and ISIL. Try to cast your mind back just a few months and ask yourself if any of these terms were known to you. Almost certainly, the answer would be no. Yet in the space of just a few months they have made their way onto people’s lips because of the activities that have been perpetrated so notoriously by adherents of the organisation known to most Australians as Islamic State. Al-Qaeda, once occupying a similarly prominent part of our day-to-day current affairs concerns, seems to have faded into oblivion, at least by comparison. The actions of IS have, quite naturally, evoked a response of one sort or another from those who have witnessed their actions. Most people have, rightly, condemned the horror of the acts of IS, from their imposition of a reign of terror on Iraqi citizens who don’t subscribe to their twisted and extreme version of Islam to the broadcast via social media of the beheadings of three westerners, one of whom was a British aid worker. There are some, of course, right here in Australia, perhaps even here in Western Sydney, who have embraced IS and their worldview and have even made attempts to join the movement overseas. For those of us who condemn IS, it is important to not allow
our rejection to all that IS stands for to cloud our judgement and feed a prejudice we may be harbouring, perhaps one that is even unknown to us. All too often people will witness an objectionable but isolated incident undertaken by a particular religious, political, ethnic or cultural group and, due to a preexisting prejudice against that particular group, immediately use that isolated incident to justify their prejudicial stance. As I write this column I have heard of a mosque in Logan, south of Brisbane, being targeted with anti-Islam material and offensive images because of recent events by IS. This is disturbing and deserves to be condemned. One can only wonder whether the perpetrators of this criminality secretly revel in the actions of IS as a means of giving them what they see to be justification for the expression of their hatred. As Christians it is important that we look inside ourselves and seek to root out any prejudice we may be harbouring. All major movements, religious or otherwise, include members who live out the creed of their movement imperfectly, even violently at times. We must have the means to separate “the sinner from the sin” and not allow the actions of a small minority to derail the common mission of all people, of all creeds, to work for a world where peace and justice reign supreme. Our parish is a vibrant and active Christian community. If you would like to join us, particularly those who may not attend our Masses regularly or new residents in the area, we would love to welcome you here as part of our friendly, inclusive and familyoriented community. Looking forward to welcoming you! Blessings and prayers, Fr Robert Riedling, Parish Priest

Glenmore Park Football Club Storage Facility Completed
Classes held on Tuesday evenings at Surveyors Creek Public School and Thursday evenings at Glenmore Park Public School Age graded classes from 4-years-old to adults The first class is complimentary Contact David on Ph: 4751 3494 or 0408 609 464 State MP for Mulgoa Tanya Davies, last month visited the Glenmore Park Football Club grounds at Blue Hills Oval to inspect the completion of the newly built storage facility attached to the canteen. The project was completed as a result of the NSW Government’s Community Building Partnership Grant program which the Club had applied in 2013. Tanya Davies was accompanied by Councillor Ben Goldfinch representing the Penrith City Mayor, Michael Rooney, President of Glenmore Park Football Club and Graham Moore, Football Club Treasurer. Tanya was impressed with the quality and size of the purpose built new facility. “I am delighted to see the tangible results of the NSW Government’s financial support via the Community Building Partnership grant program. These grants provide our local communities with much-needed facilities such as this storage shed at Blue Hills Oval” said Tanya Davies. The NSW Government provided $40,273 for the construction of the facility with Penrith City Council managing the project. “We are really happy with the support we got from the NSW Government and Penrith City Council to have this storage facility built. It means so much to our players, especially our juniors, to be able to store their playing equipment and clothing onsite; up till now we’ve had to transport all our gear off site to a storage depot” said Michael Rooney, Glenmore Park Football Club President. “This will save our Club about $3,000 every year and reduce
the effort that our Club volunteers have to expend to transport equipment to an offsite location. All this can now be dealt with onsite” said Graham Moore, Glenmore Park Football Club Treasurer. “This is less money that the Club has to expend on storage and more money we can put back into the football community in Glenmore Park” said Graham Moore. Thanks to the project management support from Penrith City Council staff such as Mitchell Sammut, the storage facility at Blue Hills Oval has been completed on-time and within budget. “Due to the high costs involved in constructing these purpose built facilities, community organisations such as Glenmore Park Football Club would not be able to fund these projects without the financial and specialist assistance of State and Local Governments” said Tanya Davies. Submissions to apply for the 2014 Community Building Partnership grants have now closed and the successful applicants of this year’s grants will be notified before the end of the year. FAITH - FOOTHILLS VINEYARD CHURCH Pastor Paul Marshall W: www.fvc.org.au Sunday Service Time: 9:30am @ Regentville Public School
Soul Matters If you have ever wondered whether God is real, you wouldn’t be the first. But the Bible teaches that we can know that God is real with some certainty. I don’t just mean accepting the idea that God is real, but knowing it from our experience. If we think about hearing God speak, the Bible also teaches that when we ask God something it is important to truly expect him to answer. If we have a doubtful mind, and we are sceptical inside, we should forget about hearing much from God. I suspect that the reason is quite straightforward: we won’t actually listen for an answer! Inwardly our attitude towards God is such that the channels are closed from our end. This is important because according to the Bible, God is spirit. This means that the engine room of our relationship with God will be the inside of us – the non-physical part of us or human spirit. In other words: God’s Spirit speaks to our spirit. So when we are closed off to God inwardly, we will struggle to hear Him or to experience His love. Even if we attend church or see a genuine miracle, inward scepticism would prevent us from knowing that God is real. So if we are sceptical our lives are not a good way to test whether or not God is real. Think about it this way: if someone is courting us romantically but we feel half-hearted about their advances, this inner resistance will limit the extent to which we hear them or receive their love. In the same way, being wholehearted and unreserved
towards God allows us to receive God’s words and love – the channels are open from our end! This applies also to the promises in the Bible about the work of Jesus Christ to die to pay for our sins so that we can be forgiven and find peace with God and ourselves. If we are reserved towards Jesus we will struggle to experience the power of God’s forgiveness to free us from our guilt and shame. But when our inner channels are open towards Jesus, we can experience God’s love like this in a real way. Similarly, our expectation that God can heal our minds, physical bodies, or hearts opens the way for this to be part of our experience. And this helps us to know that God is real. As you read these words you may be facing a hopeless situation, wondering whether God is real. If so, I urge you inwardly to allow the sort of unreserved attitude towards Jesus Christ that opens the channels from your end. And I join you in praying for his love, peace and power to come to you by His Spirit in such a wayy that yyou know that God is real.
Glenmore Residents Invited To Lend A Helping Hand On McHappy Day As the McHappy Day countdown begins, Glenmore residents are being encouraged to purchase a $1 Helping Hand at their local McDonald’s restaurant to help raise much needed funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). An impressive 690,000 Helping Hands were sold in 2013 and this year they are hoping to beat the overall McHappy Day fundraising record to raise over $3 million in total on the day, so RMHC can continue to provide programs and services to support seriously ill children and their families. Glenmore residents will be able to show their support for RMHC by buying, signing and displaying a Helping Hand at their local restaurant for just $1 from Wednesday 1st October, up until McHappy Day on Saturday 18th October. All proceeds from Helping Hands sales are donated directly to RMHC to support programs such as the Ronald McDonald Family Room program, which provides a haven for families within hospitals to give them a break from the stress of many hours spent by their child’s bedside. Corporate Helping Hands will also be available for businesses to purchase in $10 and $50 increments. Glenmore businesses will be able to post a Helping Hand in their local restaurant and will also receive another to display in their office. “Helping Hands give members of the community the opportunity to show their support for McHappy Day and make a real difference to the lives of seriously ill children and their families. We have been delighted with the number of sales of Helping Hands in previous years and with the help from the local community, we hope to see more hands displayed in our restaurant.” said Ian Garton, licensee, McDonald’s Glenmore Park. What your donation means to RMHC1: • $130: Could fund one nights’ accommodation for a family at a

Ronald McDonald House. • $125: Could cover the cost of one educational tuition session for one child through the Ronald McDonald Learning Program. • $50: Could help keep one Ronald McDonald Family Room open each day. Now in its 24th year McHappy Day has raised over $28 million for RMHC with funds going towards building new Ronald McDonald Houses, Family Rooms and providing more resources for other programs such as the Ronald McDonald Learning Program. In order to meet the growing need from families, RMHC is aiming to build or extend five Houses, open 12 more Family Rooms as well as extend and develop other programs such as the Ronald McDonald Learning Program over the next few years. In addition to Helping Hands, people can get behind McHappy Day by simply dropping in to one of over 920 McDonald’s restaurants across Australia on Saturday 18th October to make a donation to RMHC or by buying a Big Mac ($2 from every Big Mac will go to RMHC). Donations can also be made via www.rmhc.org.au/ mchappyday
Four Simple Steps To Staying Safer This Season Tips To Help Your Family Family Become Become S wim S eason R eady Your Swim Season Ready ‘Is your family swim season ready? ’If the answer is less than ‘yes’, the consequences could be dire. “Aussies simply love the water. Yet sadly, accidental childhood drowning claims the greatest number of young lives than any other trauma, said Keryn Daley, from Dive In Swim Academy, in Penrith. In 2012/2013, 40 children between the ages of zero and 14, drowned in Australian waterways. But not all accidents prove fatal; one quarter of children admitted to hospital following a non-fatal drowning, will be left with a brain injury resulting in lifelong disabilities. However, industry experts, Swim Australia - the leaders in learn-to-swim and water safety - insist, drowning can potentially be prevented, by actively applying four simple steps: the EnergyAustralia SwimSAFER ‘Layers of Protection’. “Applied together, each layer helps supports the other. If one layer fails, the remaining active layers will ultimately kick in, potentially helping to save that child’s life, said Swim Australia CEO, Ross Gage.
1. Be Aware: Don’t let the kids out of your sight. 2. Be Secure: Keep fences and gates locked up tight. 3. Be Confident: Learn to Swim, and how to get to safety. 4. Be Prepared: Always have a plan in case of emergency. “Help prevent drowning any time, any where, any season by enrolling your kids in year round swimming lessons, never let them out of your sight when in or around water, and always practice the house rules: ‘I never go swimming without an adult, concluded, Ms Daley.

Do you Have a Child who has Difficulty Calming Him or Herself? One of my boys would get very angry at times and needed some support to calm himself. I was concerned that if he didn’t learn the skills to calm himself, he would think that anger was an appropriate means of expressing himself. I didn’t want him taking his anger into adolescence and beyond. The following strategies are from the Second Step programme which I have taught in primary school. In the programme, children are told that they should do some deep breathing in situations where they find they are having strong feelings, such as being overexcited, angry, or upset. We tell kids that it’s ok to have strong feelings, but doing the first thing that comes into your head (like hitting or screaming at the other person) will not solve the problem. When we have strong feelings it can be hard to think about what to do. Calming down helps us to think again. It’s easier to calm down if we try as soon as we start to have a strong feeling. You can use ways to calm down in the classroom, at home, and in the playground. It also helps to get children to identify where they feel their anger (for example, tummy, head, hands). Support the child to locate where he or she feels the feeling (anger, sadness, distress, overexcited, etc) in his or her body. The answers I have heard from kids range from the feet (to run), the fists (to get ready to fight), the heart, the tummy, and the head. This one is for young children, up to 6 years of age. Put your hand on your tummy to check out how you are feeling, and l. Say “calm down” to yourself, using a slow voice 2. Take three deep belly breaths 3. Count to 4 slowly Your tummy is right where your belly button is. Putting your hand there helps you check in with how you’re feeling. It also makes sure you do the right kind of breathing to help calm down. The wrong way to do belly breathing is to puff up your chest, tense your muscles, take a noisy gasp of air, and hold your breath. The right way to do belly breathing, is to take a breath that makes your tummy move out when you breathe in, and in when you breathe out. Breathe in slowly through your nose and out through your mouth. It should be so quiet that you can’t hear it. It’s a good technique for parents to use as well! Many parents reported that their young children in the programme would coach them to do these things when they were showing signs of getting angry. Next month I’ll give you the techniques for children older than 6 years of age.

Do you or a Loved one Have Cancer? What happens when you hear this devastating news? Your whole world is shaken to the core. There is fear and trepidation. What you want then is re-assurance, hope of recovery, quality of life, emotional and physical support, a future. Of course you will work with your doctor, your specialist, your oncologist and you will do all they advise you to do, whether that be radiation-therapy or chemo-therapy. Let me share with you a brief story of my mother who was diagnosed with aggressive life-threatening cancer over a year ago. I have walked through this deep valley with my mother. As a health-professional I was fearful too, and felt ill-equipped to help her. I wanted to become more empowered, to learn everything I could. I went overseas to Japan to learn natural oncology support. I found out about powerful super-nutrients and protocols that do not contra-indicate professional medical intervention. These nutrients are designed to support a person whilst having their conventional therapies. They are evidencebased, highly researched and used in over 40 countries overseas to bring quality of life and to improve the effectiveness of chemotherapeutics and cancer treatments. I can advise and educate a person living with cancer on the optimum nutritional requirements and other lifestyle interventions for their particular cancer. My mother is alive and well and powering on with new life and confidence. I can’t guarantee outcomes but I will absolutely do all that I can to help you. Every patient is unique. I also work with Blue Mountains Cancer Help www. cancerhelp.net.au as one of their accredited therapists. They are a wonderful organisation offering support and information for Blue Mountains residents affected by cancer. Helping people with cancer is my passion. I would consider it a privilege to partner with you and your doctors to bring you the best possible outcome. I welcome your enquiry. Sapphires Cafe Clears the Air Sapphires Cafe has adopted a smoke-free policy in and around its outdoor dining area, a move that is well ahead of the legislation that comes in to effect in July 2015. Owner Jenna Vicary, a smoker herself, said the introduction of the ban was a positive move and one which has no negative impact on the business. “We have a great family friendly area here at Sapphires Cafe. Smoking is a personal choice and one which shouldn’t impact on others,” Ms Vicary said. “There hasn’t been any impact by adopting the smoke-free outdoor area. I think people’s attitudes are changing when it comes to smoking in outdoor dining areas especially where there are children. “We haven’t had any issues with anyone smoking in the area. People tend to do the right thing which is why it has become such a great area for families and mother’s groups.” Changes to the Smoke-free Environment Act 2000 will come into effect on 6 July, 2015. Penrith Mayor Ross Fowler OAM said businesses can start implementing the changes now rather than waiting for them to become enforced. “I applaud the initiative of Ms Vicary in applying a total smoke-free area at the cafe,” Cr Fowler said. “Community attitudes are shifting and it is pleasing to know that the feedback at the cafe has been overwhelmingly positive. Such changes enhance the experience of outdoor dining for everyone. “Once the legislation is in effect next July, fines do apply. Adopting the legislation now allows businesses to phase in compliance through educating their patrons avoiding the threat of fines.” Areas for smoking will still be made available however they cannot be located in or within four metres of the seated dining area and must comply with all other requirements of the Smokefree Environment Act 2000.

Finance Ready Buyers Win the Deal The Spring buying season is well and truly here and house hunters know just how competitive it is. When the right property comes along you need to move quickly and you can only do this if your finance is ready to go. Having a Pre-Approval is key but as I’ve written previously, not all pre-approvals are equal. In fact most pre-approvals are little more than a letter stating your borrowing capacity and not worth the paper they’re written on. I have lost count of the times that we have helped clients out of a sticky situation after committing to a purchase based on a dodgy pre-approval from a bank, which was then revoked once the application was actually assessed. To get a full Pre-Approval you must ensure that you submit a full application and have that application cation go through the full credit assessment process, ess, something that surprisingly isn’t usually done. e. If your bank gives you a pre-approval in less than 2 business days, chances are it has not been fully assessed. Armed with a Pre-Approval, Real Estate Agents know that you’re serious and this can mean getting the inside running when a suitable property comes up. At Great Aussie Dream we always ensure that our clients receive a full Pre-Approval and can also arrange up front valuations and provide free property reports to assist with your research. Call us on 4733 8592 if we can help.

Honesty and Self Esteem During a workshop I gave on self-esteem, participants did an exercise on integrity. They were asked to respond to this question; ‘If I had 10 percent more honesty in my life what would I say or do?’ Here is a sampling of the responses. • I would say openly to someone that they aggravate me and bother me. • I would tell my husband the truth about my small purchases. • I wouldn’t laugh at jokes that I find stupid or racist. • I would say ‘No’ when I want to say ’No’ • I wouldn’t be afraid to apologise and make amends to someone I’ve hurt. • I’d admit my weaknesses more easily • Jealousy wouldn’t keep me from giving compliments People who want to increase their self-esteem conquer their fear of showing who they really are, becoming more honest and more transparent with those around them.

PAWS A WHILE With Orchard Hills Veterinary Hospital 377 Wentworth Rd, Orchard Hills Ph: 4736 2027
Growth of the Orchard Hills Veterinary Hospital Since purchasing the Orchard Hills Veterinary Hospital 4.5 years ago, Camille and the team have worked steadily to grow the business. Starting off with 1 veterinarian and 4 nurses, Camille now employs 3 veterinarians (with a current advertisement for a 4th veterinarian), 6 fully qualified veterinary nurses, a Practice Manager, 2 trainee veterinary nurses and a kennel hand. Massive growth in 4.5 years from 5 staff to 13 staff! One of the unexpected bonuses of owning a business was creating 8 new local jobs! Each new team member provides a new skill set and knowledge base which we use to provide better care for your pets. New Practice Manager – Renai Renai has grown up in the Penrith area and has seen many changes over the years. After managing a local business for 12 years, Renai was delighted to combine her three greatest passions together: managing a business, customer service and her love for animals. Renai joined the team in August 2014 where she was warmly welcomed by all. Renai has 3 furbabies including: Tasha (Labrador x Staffy), Ally (Golden Labrador) and Cooper (a naughty young learning Labrador). Renai adores her pets and spends every spare minute with them, when she is not busy being a wife and mum to 4 adult children. Renai enjoys nothing more than spending time with her family, cooking, renovating and roadtrips. “I feel very fortunate to be a part of the team here at Orchard Hills Veterinary Hospital. New Trainee Veterinary Nurse – Lizzie Lizzie completed work experience at Orchard Hills Veterinary Hospital in June 2012. Lizzie then joined our team as a Kennel Hand
in June 2013. Lizzie is in the process of completing her Certificate II in Animal Science at TAFE, as well as her Higher School Certificate. She enjoys everything about being a Kennel Hand, learning lots and getting a head start on some nurse duties, as she wishes to go on to study Veterinary Nursing at TAFE. Lizzie has had many animals during her life time, at the moment she has two cats (Moo Cow and Missy), and a Labrador cross (Sonny). “After a week of work experience, I never thought only a year later would I be working here at Orchard Hills Veterinary Hospital, but I wouldn’t work anywhere else! Everyone here is always willing to help out and share their knowledge where ever possible. Lizzie was promoted to Trainee Veterinary Nurse in September 2014. New Trainee Veterinary Nurse – Jemma As a lifelong animal lover, Veterinary Nursing was an obvious career choice for Jemma, who joined the team at Orchard Hills Veterinary Hospital in September 2014. Having completed the Certificate II in Animal Studies in 2013, Jemma is currently completing her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing at Richmond TAFE. Growing up on acreage, Jemma was surrounded by many dogs and horses, and was involved in the local Pony Club. Jemma continues to enjoy spending time with her 5 beautiful dogs, along with horseriding, cooking and spending time with family and friends. Jemma is grateful for the opportunity to work with the team at Orchard Hills Veterinary Hospital, and looks forward to increasing her skills in all areas of veterinary nursing. Please feel free to pop in anytime and meet the team at Orchard Hills Veterinary Hospital. Call 4736 2027 to make an appointment. Check us out on Facebook and online at www.orchardhillsvet.com.au.

KEEPING FIT WITH RJ Rj Tierney (owner) Pure Fitness Penrith Ph: 4732 2884 rj@purefitness.net.au www.purefitness.net.au
Spring Back Into Shape Winter can be a tough time to find the motivation to exercise, so if you haven’t been active these last few months, now is the perfect time to start. As the weather warms up, we all get a bit of a boost in our motivation levels, but if you jump straight back into an intensive exercise routine, without building up your strength and fitness base, you could potentially be setting yourself up for injuries. Here’s a few of my tips to help you bounce back and get your training back on track. • Make sure you warm up properly. A slow walk or steady jog will increase the blood flow to your working muscles. • Take the time to gradually increase your training load. Start at a level you feel comfortable with and progress from there. • Pay attention to your technique. Improper technique can be dangerous and may lead to injuries. Ensure your trainer shows you how to do all of the exercises correctly and safely. • Make sure you get sufficient rest to allow your body to repair and recover. Just remember, nutrition and exercise are equally important in a healthy lifestyle. Happy Training! Rj
