Spotlight On Talented Wollondilly HSC Students As Showcase Season Begins Five Wollondilly creators and innovators from the 2021 HSC will be celebrated alongside a selection of their top classmates, in one of eight HSC Showcases. Each year, the HSC Showcases display a selection of top major works of students across visual arts, performing arts and technologies. Member for Wollondilly Nathaniel Smith said this is a great opportunity for local Wollondilly young people, to have their achievements, creativity and innovation shared with the local and broader community. “Our local young people should be so proud of what they have achieved – not only completing the HSC in a year like no other, but producing work of such high quality,” Mr Smith said. “To see their work up on display should fill them with pride and confidence – it is no small feat to be included in an HSC Showcase.” Minister for Education Sarah Mitchell said the local students were part of only 260 HSC graduates to have been selected from across the state to be featured in the HSC showcases. “I’m so proud of these talented students and I strongly encourage our local schools, teachers and community members to get along and take a look at this year’s showcases and to celebrate their incredible work,” Ms Mitchell said. “It’s also really exciting that this year CALLBACK, ENCORE, OnSTAGE and SHAPE 2021 Seminars will be available for schools to watch online, from wherever they are in NSW.” ARTEXPRESS is now on at the Art Gallery of NSW, and at limited venues across the state throughout the year. as unsettling as it is exciting, and our young people’s mental health must be a focus. “New beginnings can be uncomfortable and anxiety-provoking, especially alongside all the hormonal changes that can occur as a teenager,” Mr Smith said. “We want parents, carers and community leaders to understand how to proactively support the mental health and wellbeing of our young people, including how to initiate these tricky conversations.” Minister for Mental Health Bronnie Taylor said acting early is one of the best ways to prevent small mental health issues from getting bigger and more serious. “We want all parents and carers to feel confident in talking about mental health with their kids on a regular basis, so they can determine as quickly as possible if professional support is needed,” Mrs Taylor said. “These sessions are for any parent or carer who is worried about their child and doesn’t know how to start a conversation about what’s going on in their lives,” said Mrs Taylor. “These workshops will address local challenges, point the way to local support services and allow the community to ask questions about what they can do to help young people who are struggling.” Headspace CEO Jason Trethowan said understanding suicide will be a key part of the training. “Suicide and mental health can feel like a really daunting subject to speak about with your young person,” Mr Trethowan said. “Parents and carers are best place to support change when they have access to resources and feel supported to manage difficult times.” Parents, carers and community members can register to attend the free workshops by visiting: https://www.eventbrite.com. au/o/headspace-nsw-parent-and-carersessions-34085927895

New Deer Control Program A Success A NEW program aimed at reducing the impacts of deer in the Penrith and Liverpool areas has been hailed a success with authorities removing more than 30 deer in a just a few weeks. Greater Sydney Local Land Services
2 March 2022 www.mulgoagazette.com.au
Senior Biosecurity Officer Gareth Cleal said the program was the first of its kind in the area, developed in response to community concerns around increased deer sightings and activity. “We currently have about 30 landholders taking part in the program and allowing control operations onto their various properties,” he said. “Their cooperation and involvement has been excellent and really helped us make a difference.” Mr Cleal said the program involved night-time ground shooting operations on the properties based in Mulgoa, Wallacia, Greendale, Bringelly and Cobbitty. “The operations are carried out by highly trained government and contract staff with comprehensive safety protocols in place,” he said. “Our team run similar programs in other parts of the Sydney including the South West throughout the year as well.” The program started in late October with more than 55 deer removed to date. “Deer have a range of major negative impacts including destroying native plants by trampling plants, grazing on them and ringbarking young trees, they have had a major impact on the variety and abundance of plant species,” he said. “They also pose a very serious safety risk to people, especially motorists and have a serious impact on agricultural production.” As part of the project, officers are also monitoring deer activity via regular deer pellet counting and the use of sensory cameras. “Undertaking this work pre, during and post control will allow us to determine if the program is achieving its aims and objectives,” Mr Cleal said, “Landholders can also help by registering with FeralScan, a free, easy to use online/mobile app to record deer and other pest animal sightings and control, damage and safety. “ For more information visit https://www. feralscan.org.au/ Ground control operations were wrapped up late last year and is expected to recommence in the coming weeks. r

Danielle’s first day of trading as the owner was on Saturday 22nd January and she is excited to bring her hairdressing experience to the village. “I moved to the local area, coming from Penrith. I had another salon in Penrith for 8 years. I sold it to have my last child. After seeing an opportunity come up so close to home doing what I love to do, I couldn’t resist but to buy it” said Danielle to the Mulgoa Valley Gazette. She has been a hairdresser since 2005. Danielle started working after school and weekends before becoming an apprentice hairdresser. “I worked my way up managing the shop and then owned my last shop for several years” she explained. Danielle has many happy memories of her time working at the salon in Penrith. “I have trained up multiple apprentice hairdressers. I enjoyed glamming up many women, men, and children over the years. I liked all the chats and friends that I’ve made along the way between clients and staff” she reflected. With the local area growing, she has plans to help adapt with this. “I would like to accommodate for more clients, with the ability to fit in and take on new clients by putting on more staff and growing the business with new services” Danielle replied. She is looking forward to getting to know the community better. “I’m interested to hear the stories about the history of the area and how it has changed. I absolutely love the great chats I’ve had so far. The family feel is there. Being so close to home, we can relate to so much in the area. “The support I have already received from all the locals, I couldn’t appreciate it more. I hope to spread much joy when my clients walk out of my shop feeling relaxed and fresh again.” she ended.

Article Submitted by: Senior Minister Christopher Braga St Thomas’ Mulgoa | P: 47331635 W: gpachurch.online | A: 43 St Thomas’ Road Mulgoa Service Times: Sundays @ 9.30am People are very special. At times, it can be easy to think that life is all about possessions. Those possessions might be houses, cars and fantastic experiences, however, at the end of the day the people in our lives are what counts most. I look at my wife and kids and just think how precious they are. It would cut deep into my soul to see them hurt or lose them. This is not a surprise, since God made us for relationships. Relationships with other people and relationship with him. As human beings, we are made in the image of God and like him in our capacity to live in relationship with others. It means that love for God and others is at the heart of what it means to live a life of purpose in our world. What a staggering reality! We aren’t just another animal, but a special part of God’s world that each bear his image. It means our value doesn’t depend on what we own or what we do, but in the fact that we share a common humanity given to us by God. Spend some time this month just letting it sink in just how amazing this is! WARRAGAMBA BAPTIST CHURCH

Pastor’s Corner
Last month, a very dear friend Shirley passed away and she was 88 years of age. The last few years of Shirley’s life had not been easy, as she endured the debilitating effects of cancer. Yet, despite this, Shirley’s demeanour was always positive. She would smile and more intently ask how you were managing life. Shirley was a woman of faith; she had asked much earlier Jesus to be the Lord of her life. Shirley knew that life wasn’t about trying to be “good enough”, because none of us are “good enough”, but that she was to do her best in all the ordinary things in life. To love and care for family and friends, that is how Shirley expressed her faith in Jesus. Jesus had been her rock throughout her life, and she could lean on Him, and she trusted Him through life’s ups and downs. She had learnt the releasing power of forgiveness, to forgive those who had hurt her or let her down. Even as she suffered from debilitating poor health, she would smile. Shirley knew that Jesus was always with her. Jesus said “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am”. Shirley knew that she would come to a point in her life, where she would die. She had spent most of her life here on earth, preparing for that day when she would take that last breath to begin a life in eternity with Jesus. On that day, Jesus, Shirley’s gentle, and humble Saviour, stretched out His arms and welcomed Shirley home, to that place he had prepared for her. My prayer is that you too, will be prepared for that time, when Jesus calls you home. r Image: www.pixabay.com

The Year of the Wombat
Warragamba Wombats JRLFC are primed and ready to take the field for a fiercely contested 2022 season. Trial games begin this month, with the competition kicking off in April. Teams have commenced training, and the outlook for a full season is positive. The junior club is made up of teams from the Under 6’s to the Under 16’s. Girl’s League Tag are Under 14’s to Under 16’s. The Wombats are currently taking registrations for the new season. They are also looking at holding a Come and Try Day later this month, giving juniors the opportunity to experience rugby league. A new committee, which took over late last year has been proactive in working together to strengthen the club. 2022 will see the players take the field in new jerseys with different designs and they will welcome some new sponsors who have joined the Wombat family. “As a club, we are very much looking forward to an uninterrupted season ahead. We are keen to see the kids developing their skills and we hope they get a whole year out of it” explained Allison McMurray, Secretary of Warragamba Wombats JRLFC to the Mulgoa Valley Gazette. They are thankful for the volunteers that come together and work tirelessly to make sure that the club is a success every year. Volunteers are welcome to come onboard and assist them this year. Dates and times for upcoming games are sure to be published on Facebook soon. The local community is encouraged to come and watch grassroots football and get behind the Wombats. Brittanie the Playwright
Talented local performer Brittanie Shipway can now add playwright to her already impressive resume, thanks to her first play, ‘A Letter For Molly’, which will make it’s debut at the Ensemble Theatre in Kirribilli in May. Whilst out for a bushwalk with her Mum on Mother’s Day in 2020 and during the first lockdown, they found themselves lost. This led to conversations, where Brittanie began thinking about her Mum, and those generations before and the lives they lived outside of parenthood. The little moments that defined them. The next day, Brittanie sat down at her laptop at Fairlight Road in Mulgoa and began to write a play. The first draft of ‘A Letter For Molly’ was written in three days. “’A Letter For Molly’ is about a young painter Renee, who discovers she’s pregnant on New Year’s Day. With her vivacious best mate Nick by her side, she now faces a life-changing decision; whether to be a Mum or continue her current path. The women that came before Renee didn’t have the same choice, but does Renee really want to be the end of the line of such strong, independent women?” explained Brittanie. After sending the play to a friend, she was encouraged to apply for funding to workshop the piece with actors. “I was shocked to find out that nearly every grant I applied for was successful, from Australia Council for the Arts to Create NSW. Everyone wanted to hear this new play about mothers and daughters. In my own family, we have a history of Aboriginal heritage from up in Gumbaynggirr country; it’s a heavenly coastal slice of northern NSW” she stated. ‘A Letter For Molly’ will feature actors such as Ursula Yovich, Lisa Maza, Nazaree Dickerson, Joel Granger and Christie Hayes. Brittanie too will be joining the cast. “The Ensemble Theatre has played host to some of the greatest actors and creatives in the country. It’s an honour and a thrill to have ‘A Letter For Molly’ at such a prolific space and with such wonderful actors!” she beamed. Tickets to ‘A Letter For Molly’ are available at the Ensemble Theatre website at https://www.ensemble.com.au/ r

Latest @ Luddenham by Wayne Willmington At a recent meeting, the Committee of the Luddenham A H & I Society decided to cancel the 2022 Luddenham Show. This decision was made in the interest of the health and safety of volunteers and patrons and was taken after much deliberation and consultation. With the uncertain future of COVID-19, the changing circumstances and the unknown restrictions that may apply at showtime, the Committee made this tough decision with the health, safety, and wellbeing of the whole community in mind. Luddenham Show Society would like to take this opportunity to thank the local community, sponsors, supporters, volunteers, and exhibitors for their support over the years and look forward to working with you all in the future. They are now putting all their efforts into planning the 2023 Show to be held on the 4th and 5th March. The end of an era, with the Luddenham Pie Shop now closed. Alan opened the Luddenham Bakery and has continued continuously for thirty-four years, even battling cancer on the way. Luddenham Pie Shop was a real icon. When I tell people I come from Luddenham, they always comment about their pies and the shop. Alan told me that the main reasons were due to The Northern Road bypass and COVID-19. We have seen local Gemma Lee not have her lease renewed for Gemma Lees Café, next to the Shell that she has operated for the past eleven years. Gemma Lee has now moved her award-winning Café into the Luddenham Burger Bar, near the Post Office. Same great coffee and service from the new location. Make sure you check out the new look Café and Burger Bar. The crazy decision by Western Sydney Airport Co to object to more houses in Luddenham in areas out of the noise contours is just plain stupid. During March, you will be hearing a lot more about that with protest meetings being planned as well as national media coverage. Western Sydney Airport Co is wholly owned by the Commonwealth Government. Apparently, the Government Department has a different opinion to WSA Co. There is a lot of unhappy residents with the news that WSA Co objection is the reason that the final Aerotropolis plans have not been confirmed and we need WSA Co to withdraw their objection and save Luddenham. Further information is available from the Luddenham Progress Association via email luddenhampa@gmail.com. #saveluddenham v [Top] Al at his Luddenham Bakery [Middle] Luddenham Bakery [Left] Luddenham Show cancelled | Images Supplied

Warradale Men’s Shed Celebrates 10 Years This month marks an important milestone for the community as Warradale Men’s Shed, will be celebrating their 10th Anniversary. To mark the special occasion, Warradale Men’s Shed will be having an Open Day on Saturday 2nd April from 9:00am to 2:00pm at the Shed. The community is invited to come along and see what the group does and what they have to offer. There will be a free sausage sizzle. Items made by the men will be available to purchase. A photographic exhibition of the history of the Shed will be on display. It will also be a great opportunity to ask questions about becoming a member. Warradale Men’s Shed was officially opened on 30 March 2012 by Jai Rowell, former Member for Wollondilly. The members had previously met in the Warragamba Town Hall, by courtesy of Wollondilly Council. The Shed received government grants and were assisted by the Warragamba Silverdale Neighbourhood Centre. The members had been offered the old Thirlmere Rural Fire Service Shed and had to dismantle and store it for about 12 months. Warragamba Workers Club generously offered to the Shed the present site and the land was remediated, slab laid and re-erected on its present site. Over the years, the original members have aged, and some have unfortunately passed away. Their contributions to the community have been massive and their workmanship and assistance valued. “Getting the new Shed was a great achievement. I was the Treasurer at the time. We helped elderly members of the community doing little ‘fix it’ type jobs” said Keith Webster, Founding Member. “After a busy working life, I had nothing to do. I found I could come down and talk about men’s health issues and use my skills as a fitter and turner” explained John Fulop, Life Member. “It took me a while to decide to join and then when I did, I was able to help out in the fitting out of the shed using my skills as a builder. I have made friendships and feel part of the group” said Rudi Jancek, Life Member. What does the future hold for the Shed? “The Shed wishes to continue to serve the community, particularly the seniors who might need a little help. We would like more members to enable us to continue what we have done in the past. We want to develop the area to ensure it is a safe working area and a Covid safe environment for the men to meet. Our hope is to help local men to have a productive, fulfilling retirement” ended Michael Davis, President of Warradale Men’s Shed. r Feature Article: [Cover] Warradale Men’s Shed members at the Official Opening on 30th March 2012 | Image: Keith Webster [Above] Some of the members of Warradale Men’s Shed after reopening (October 2021) | Image: Warradale Men’s Shed

Local yoga classes have now begun in Wollondilly Shire, taking place on Monday nights in Silverdale. The classes are organised and run by Amy Horder of You & Yours Yoga. They are held weekly on Monday nights from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at Silverdale Progress Hall. It is Breath-Centered Yoga. Amy completed her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Diploma Course in 2020. Her yoga journey began five years ago. “In 2017, I became quite unwell with a lot of fatigue and inflammation within the body. I was being misdiagnosed and prescribed medication and all I kept thinking through the process was that there had to be a better way than this. Then, I remembered Yoga as I had attended an occasional class here and there throughout the years and always felt great afterwards. From that day, I made the commitment to myself to do yoga daily, just on YouTube to start with” said Amy to the Mulgoa Valley Gazette. “After 4 years of committing to a daily practice, one day during a mediation session I had a feeling I needed to share Yoga with others. Yoga had helped and brought me so many benefits into my life. Imagine what it could do for others” she continued. Every yoga class/session is designed with a specific theme/ intention and proceeds in a specific order to obtain the most from a practice. They include initial grounding, breath-centered movement, Savasana, Pranayama, and meditation. There are many benefits associated with yoga. Some of these are reducing stress, controlling anxiety, boosting immunity, improving emotional health, enhancing self-awareness, calming the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight response), improving sleep, lengthening attention spans, and boosting daily mindfulness. For more information, including prices and private one on one personalised yoga, visit @You & Yours Yoga on Facebook, and Instagram or online at www.youandyoursyoga.com.

The MRI or CT of your back shows Aortic Calcification – What Does This Mean? On these reports, radiologists frequently report “calcification of the abdominal aorta” as an incidental finding, especially in people over 50. The patient is often unaware that this finding has been made nor of its importance. It means patient’s major arteries are losing their normal elasticity, turning into bone. Research shows that calcification of arterial walls truly ‘resembles bone formation’, with the same cells, proteins, cell-cell communication molecules used in bones. Studies demonstrate the presence bone forming cells and bone resorbing cells in vessel walls, new bone matrix proteins in the arterial wall, allowing crystallisation of calcium. In severe cases, fully formed bone is seen. Such ‘cardiovascular calcification’ is a systemic disease, and is: 1. A marker of generalized vascular disease 2. Significantly associated with raised blood pressure (systolic) and (pulse) 3. A likely contributor to calcium loss from bone 4. An independent predictor of cardiovascular events such as: a. heart attack, stroke, b. bypass surgery, c. balloon angioplasty, d. stent placement, e. and all-cause mortality in both cardiovascular and renal patients. A ‘Coronary Calcium Scan’ measures calcification of heart arteries. People with a calcium score over 400 are almost 15 times more likely to have cardiovascular disease than people with uncalcified
arteries. A 2004 double-blind placebo-controlled study looked at 181 postmenopausal women divided into three groups, who were given daily for three years either: 1. a placebo 2. minerals plus Vit D (500 mg calcium, 10 mg zinc, 150 mg magnesium 8 μg vitamin D3) 3. minerals plus Vit D, plus 1000 µg vitamin K1 After three years, the placebo and minerals plus vitamin D groups had worse arterial stiffness and higher pulse pressure. However, arteries of group receiving vitamin-K remained flexible (uncalcified), their pulse pressure normal. Vitamin K is found in some greens and fermented foods and is very important for maintaining cardiovascular as well as bone and dental health. Yet most patients attending the clinic have never heard of vitamin K, nor which foods are good sources. Most will not be getting enough. If you’d like to know more about how diet can help keep bones, teeth, and blood vessels healthy, feel free to call us at the clinic.

How To Help Your Child Solve Problems Growing up is about learning foundational skills for life and few skills are more important than problem solving. It may be tempting to “jump in” and solve problems for children, but whenever possible it’s fantastic to involve children in solving their own problems. It takes five steps to solve a problem: 1. Identify the problem 2. Think of possible solutions 3. Consider the costs and benefits of potential solutions 4. Implement your plan 5. Evaluate to see if the problem has been resolved When children are little, you can help by giving them the words to identify the problem, e.g. “You want to finish the puzzle, but there’s a piece missing”. Instead of directing children to try your solution, prompt children to think of their own possible solutions with a question like, “what could we do about this?” Younger children may need help to think of possible solutions. You can begin by offering two ideas. “Perhaps we could look for the piece or try a different puzzle?” This is an effective ageappropriate way to give younger children choice in how they respond a problem. When children are older, we can support more open-ended brain storming. Children may want to immediately try the first solution that comes to mind. We can prompt children to think ahead and consider consequences with a simple question like, “I wonder what would happen if we tried that?” Maintain curiosity and resist judgment. Remember that the point of such a question is to support children to stop and think before acting. If a child’s solution doesn’t work out, we can support resilience. It is natural to feel frustrated or disappointed when we don’t succeed at something, but problem solving is all about trying again. It may be helpful to offer to work together to figure out what went wrong. When children succeed in solving their own problems, they feel more confident and in control of their lives. These positive experiences support greater wellbeing and relationships across the lifespan.

Support For Wollondilly Camps And Music
School
Wollondilly businesses impacted by school COVID safety measures in late 2021 now have access to a grant program to help them get back on track for 2022. The $14 million grant program will be available to businesses whose services schools were restricted from accessing in Term 4 of 2021. The restrictions primarily impacted overnight camp providers and music education instructors and services. Member for Wollondilly Nathaniel Smith said the grants will be available to businesses in the Wollondilly region that rely on schools for income and provide educational experiences for students. “I’m really pleased to see this Government step in and support the businesses that have been hit hard by COVID-19 over the past two years – especially ones that provide crucial educational experiences to our students,” Mr Smith said. Eligible businesses and not for profit organisations will be able to apply for one-off payments equal to 40 per cent of their decline in Term 4 2021 turnover compared to previous years, up to $15,000. Minister for Education and Early Learning Sarah Mitchell said the grants would offer a much needed lifeline for these business in Wollondilly to refocus on delivering quality programs for NSW school students. “Camps and music programs give students incredible experiences that create lasting memories and can have a profound impact on their development. We need these businesses to continue to provide this to Wollondilly students,” Ms Mitchell said. “The grants will be available through the Service NSW app and be easy for the businesses to jump in and apply quickly. We want Wollondilly businesses to receive support and be able to get back on their feet as soon as possible.” Guidelines for the grants will be available in February, with businesses expected to apply for grants in April through their Service NSW for Business profile. r Restrictions primarily impacted overnight camp providers and music education instructors and services | Image: www.pixabay.com
Make Shaving the World Your Mission: Possible The Leukaemia Foundation has set a mission for the whole of Australia to raise awareness of blood cancer and stand in solidarity with the 110,000 fellow Aussies currently living with the disease, by participating in this year’s World’s Greatest Shave. The mission, should you choose to accept it, is to either shave, cut, colour or wax (ouch) your hair and raise vital funds for the growing number of Australians impacted by blood cancer. Today, 50 Australians will be newly diagnosed with blood cancer such as leukaemia, lymphoma, or myeloma, and by 2035, that number is expected to double to 100 people each day. Blood cancer can develop in anyone and at any age from children to adolescents, young adults to working adults with families and older Australians. Sadly, there are no screening programs available for blood cancers and there is no way to prevent blood cancer through lifestyle change. Leukaemia Foundation CEO, Mr Chris Tanti said, with the incidence of blood cancer continuing to grow, we cannot afford to sit by and allow this cancer to increasingly wreak havoc on families across Australia. “There has never been a more vital time to get behind World’s Greatest Shave and raise much needed funds to support Australians impacted by blood cancer. By signing up, you are ensuring blood cancer patients have access to the right information, support and care they need to fight the disease as well as someone to turn to every step of the way,” said Mr Tanti. How you choose to participate in World’s Greatest Shave and share this with your community is entirely up to you. Many Australians will choose to lose their locks, colour their cuts or wax their waves at home, in smaller COVID-safe gatherings, or at local hairdressing salons; with some set to live stream their brave feats on social media. In 2022, World’s Greatest Shave will again ‘go green’ thanks to a partnership with Sustainable Salons. This means ponytails snipped from those taking part in the event can be turned into wigs for those who have lost their hair due to the impact of cancer treatment, with shorter hair clippings transformed into compost and floating booms to absorb oil spills at sea. Plus, for the first time ever, one inspiring shaver will also win a hero-worthy set of wheels thanks to Suzuki Australia who are giving away a blue Jimny worth $35,000. Officially ramping up to ‘Shave Week’ between March 16-20, World’s Greatest Shave hopes to raise $18 million, the single biggest source of funds that enable the work of the Leukaemia Foundation.

Adopt a Friend for Life! Our Kitten Adoption Program enables us to find homes for stray and unwanted kittens. Each kitten has a health check. They have had their kitten vaccinations, been desexed, microchipped and have a product called Advocate applied, which controls fleas, intestinal worms and heartworm. We also worm them for tapeworms. We have 4 lovely kittens ready for adoption now! The kittens are 17 weeks old. There are 3 females and 1 male. They all have playful personalities and are so much fun to watch when they play together. When you adopt a kitten you are making a long term decision. Cats can live up to 20 years if provided with a loving caring home. Kittens have certain requirements including providing a balanced and nutritious diet which you will need to change to an adult formula after the age of 6 to 9 months. Your kitten needs a yearly vaccination to protect it against diseases. Routine flea and worm medication must be also given. If you are interested in adopting one of our kittens, feel free to pop in for a visit. Please feel free to pop in anytime and meet the team at Orchard Hills Veterinary Hospital. Call 4736 2027 to make an appointment.

Can you believe it’s March already? As we all adjust to the new normal, our local community remains resilient and positive in light of the pandemic. School and work have well and truly resumed for the year, and the familiar sounds of whistles and cheers will soon take over our suburban fields with weekend sports. In this edition, we follow those quiet achievers that inspire us and make our home a better place. Some of the best stories have yet to be told. If you know someone or would like to share your own story, we’d love to hear from you. Please continue to support small business. They are the lifeblood of our communities and are working hard. We thank you for supporting our advertisers. We hope that you’ve already started ticking off some of your goals for 2022. I sure have! Enjoy ‘Your Community News’. Remember, believe you can and you’re halfway there.
