2021 is quickly proving that nothing can stop the Movement. With more Crusaders comes the initiative to keep creating and cultivating new programs to offer. WWMG has successfully implemented multiple programs to assist growing the strength, skills and Worth of each and every Crusader. The Empire Enrollment Program (EEP) is designed to encourage Crusaders to build relationships within the motorcycle community, to cultivate the Empowerment. Once a Crusader has referred five (5) completed Crusader Members, she will receive one year of membership for free. This can be used for herself or to pay it forward to another woman. She will also receive the “EEP Award” and badge of honor. The Mentorship Program is offered to build skills and confidence on the open road. Whether you are a beginner or advanced rider with skills to sharpen, this is the program for you. Keeping safety and legalities in mind, we pair an enrollee up with a Crusader for guidance. This is a free and volunteer service, hence Both parties participate at their own risk. (Release and Indemnification Form required for participation). The Road Renegade program exemplifies the absolute strength, determination and Empowering Inspiration of these ladies. Each month we honor a “Renegade of the Month” on our WWMG Sisters Support Page. At the end of the year we vote on one of these spectacular ladies to become our “Road Renegade”. These are some of the most amazingly moving stories of strength and perseverance against a variety of odds that life has to throw. This Road Renegade receives a year membership, a patch to wear with honor and a few other gifts from WWMG. Apprenticeship Program allows for Crusaders to become more involved with the Movement. There are opportunities for a Liaison Chapter Leader Internship Program as well as the State Ambassador Apprenticeship Program. Cultivating leadership skills is just one more way to pay the Empowerment forward for our Crusaders. All of these programs can be found listed on our website, WOMENOFWORTH.BIKE.
