We are a nonprofit organization formed with the mission to support troops and their family members by providing care and comfort items and expressions of appreciation for their service and sacrifices.

Packing care packages for deployed troops is a way to show your support and appreciation for the service and sacrifices by our military members. We also provide support for troops at home, their families and veterans. We have had a very busy year, while working through the challenges of Covid. Some of the challenges include losing the support of organizations who traditionally support us with fundraisers. We had to stop volunteer groups due to our small space which put more work on our team of volunteers who worked singularly or in small teams. We met these challenges while supporting troops through deployments, quarantines, homeland activations. We continued with support from caring volunteers and donors who want our troops to know that America cares about and appreciates their service. We will be posting our yearly statistics soon. Please continue to support our troops by: ~ order needed items from our Amazon list ~ support us with financial donations for postage ~ send cards and letters of support

Mabry Mill & Lover’s Leap BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY, VA Mabry Mill (Milepost 176.2 of the Blue Ridge Parkway in Floyd County, VA) is one of the most photographed places on the parkway. We stopped by to take ours and we also got a photo at Lover’s Leap ( Scenic Overlook in Meadows of Dan, VA). Never really rode too much in Virginia but we will return. We Say Good Bye Gene Curtis McConnell Remembering Gene Curtis McConnell (Papa Gene)... July 15, 1935 ~ October 13, 2021 Thank you to everyone for your patience, support, kind words and prayers during the past few months, as my Daddy’s health declined. He left this earth October 13, 2021 just after midnight. It’s so sad when we lose loved ones, but it’s a blessing to know that he’s no longer confused from dementia and it’s a special blessing to know that he met Jesus that morning. He joined the US Army in February of 1955 and served in the Army Security Agency. His time in the military took him near and far (from Virginia to Greece, Japan and Turkey). His Army buddies became family and remained family until the day he passed. When I was 11, he took me to get my first motorcycle and he taught me to ride. Of course I was addicted to motorcycles immediately!
I also have great memories of helping him in his shop when I was a teenager, learning to sand, tape, prime and paint cars. I’m thinking I must have inherited his attention to details because y’all know I’m anal about the details in my drawings and tattoos. He was always a hard worker, had a great sense of humor and will truly be missed. I was blessed to have him as my Daddy. Rest in peace Papa Gene!

“Destiny” MAINE I would love to tell You the story of this bike. The love of my life bought this bike brand new in 2003! It’s a limited edition 2003 Deuce CVO Anniversary bike.
I had tears and went to sit on it. I asked the salesman where the bags were for it. He asked, it has saddle bags? He went out back and they were there. I knew this was his bike, I had the salesman confirm it by verifying the title. It was his bike. This bike ended up back in Maine for some reason... why I wanted to shop at that dealer that day? I’ll never know. I went to the credit union explained this insane but wonderful story. I was approved and the rest is history! The guys in service said the bike was suppose to be shipped out on a truck a few days earlier to another destination with 30 other bikes. I get goose bumps and tears telling this story. I named my bike “Destiny” and I hope you enjoyed the history, since I know he had a hand in me buying this bike!
Long story as short as I can describe it to you...
God is good! Love & life is good!
We were on again off again and couldn’t get our act together. I moved to Florida for 3 years and we kept in touch weekly. This bike was ”Mitch’s” baby. It won many trophy’s. He kept it mint. I decided to move back to be with him. In January 2013 I came back to Maine. I was only home for a week or so. We played phone tag. He stopped at my mom’s I didn’t go outside because like a total ass I didn’t want him to see me a mess. We had a blizzard and he went out to shovel his roof. He tragically fell off the roof. He lived alone. He passed away outside that day in the blizzard. His work sent the police to check on him & found him deceased. To say the least, this totally crushed me. The bike was left to his son in his will. His son didn’t want the bike. I told his sister Carolyn to bury the bike with Mitch. His kids sold it to a family friend’s son who lived in Georgia. Seven years later and still very heart broken I decided on a November Saturday morning to go to Big Moose Harley-Davidson in Portland, Me. I walked in there (now I never shop this store in the winter) the first bike on the sales floor by the door was Mitch’s bike. I can’t tell you how my body and heart felt when I saw his bike.
I would like to add I can home to visit in August 2012 and spent 3 wonderful days with him on this bike. He wanted me to ride it and said I couldn’t do it. I was scared to death since I was so afraid to drop it. I added the engine guard and lowered it. Debbie Stearns Michaud

Raleigh Clayton Area Riders - RCA Ride For Stacy Lee Brown
On August 28, 2021 the Raleigh Clayton Area Riders participated in a poker run by “Help Thy Neighbor Johnston County” to raise money for a former police chief, Stacy Lee Brown. Stacy dedicated 17 years to our police forces between Smithfield, Pine Level, and Micro. Unfortunately Chief Stacy was diagnosed with MS in 2009 then in 2010 he sustained an injury to his calf muscle during a pursuit of a robbery suspect that left him unable to walk. In 2018 Stacy was moved to a local rehabilitation center to do physical therapy but, due to the rehabilitation centers AC not working Chief Stacy was unable to control his body temperature because of his MS. He was left unattended for 23 hours and had heated to near heat stroke that caused his entire body to stiffen.
Because of this incident he has been in a rest home for the past 3 years to receive physical therapy and 24 hour care. Stacey just wanted to be home to be around the people he loves and who loves him. But his home was not fitted for his condition. So this poker run raised money to make his home accessible for him to come home and continue his physical therapy there. All together the poker run attracted about 100 bikes and raised $13,275.00. The Motorcycle Cannonball is the most difficult antique endurance run in the world! Lonnie Isam, Jr. is the founding father and he just wanted to ride the back roads with his antique motorcycle buddies. He felt the ancient motorcycles deserved to be tended and ridden. He wanted to pay homage to the long distance pioneer, Erwin “Cannonball” Baker, and other historical figures that literally paved the way across the country in the early 1900s. His logic was that if the motorcycle greats could make those miles on the early machines, many with no roads whatsoever, certainly modern riders could do the same. In September of 2010, founder, Lonnie gathered together a group of riders who shared his motorcycling passion. Along the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, 45 like-minded riders left the historically celebrated city of Kitty Hawk, North Carolina for a transcontinental journey to the shores of the Pacific Ocean. What played out along the miles of these great United States changed the sport of motorcycling forever. In 2012, the second iteration found 77 riders lined up at the starting line in Newburg, New York. The almost 4,000 mile ride to San Francisco played out exactly as the first run in as much that riders became a family as they struggled to get their ancient iron across the span of the nation.

As plans for the 2018 run were being laid out, the Motorcycle Cannonball’s beloved founder handed the mantle over to his business partner and friend, Jason Sims, before he quietly passed away in August of 2017. In 2018, the route was from Portland, Maine to Portland, Oregon. Rain, hot temperatures in the plains of South Dakota, cold temperatures and snow in the mountains of Montana, along with extreme winds in the Dalles of Oregon added to the everyday challenges of running an ancient machine through the country. Despite these obstacles, this route was recently voted the favorite from riders. In 2020 due to Covid 19 the event had to be postponed. This year (2021) the route was fromSault Sainte Marie, Michigan to South Padre Island, Texas. On September 16th (the 6th stage of the event) one of the check in points was at Myrtle Beach HarleyDavidson in South Carolina. This great event ended in South Padre Island, Texas on September 26th and the Grand Finale winner was #64 Dave Currier!
In 2014 a total of 101 riders started on the sandy beaches of Daytona, Florida and endured 16 days of riding to Tacoma, Washington The 2016 Race of the Century route from Atlantic City, New Jersey to Carlsbad, California was set. Lonnie Isam, Jr.

Amazing labor day weekend!️ Wind therapy with my girlfriend, Dana. We jumped on our bikes yesterday and hit Mackinaw City (a village on the northern tip of Michigan’s Lower Peninsu la). Got a room right on Lake Michigan! We got caught in a little rain, but ran across the old gas station, tried to find the hippie tree but no success. We hit the Mini Mac Bridge (see photo above), met some new good friends, and rode over 600 miles... priceless!

OHIO TO TENNESSEE I just wanted to share that I’ve enjoyed this Maggie Valley Group this Summer along with many of your pictures! My wife has MS and can’t walk. As you can see in the picture, we tow her scooter on a trailer behind the bike. This Summer we rode to Tennessee for the first time from our home in central-western Ohio. It was beautiful and we’ll definitely be back! Traveling is more of a challenge for us. But what we’ve learned is that the journey is sometimes more fun than the destination. Look around, count your blessings, and enjoy the ride!

Myrtle MYRTLE BEACH, SC Myrtle Beach Harley-Davidson & The Harley Shop At The Beach kick started the Hurricane Alley Rally the right way....with a FREE PARTY! ~ It all started Monday, Sept 27th at RipTydz Oceanfront Grille & Rooftop Bar! What a view! ...and what a way to start the 2021 Rally from the 3rd floor with free food, live music, Rally giveaways, and H-D door prizes! ~ On Wednesday, September 29th, it was the Scenic Sunset Cruise. What a unique experience in the midst of Rally! Everyone’s ticket included dinner (provided by Wicked Tuna), 60 Minute Sunset Cruise with Crazy Sister Marina which included 2 drink tickets while on board the boat, complimentary Rum Punch and a 30 min open bar upon returning to Wicked Tuna where everyone enjoyed live music and free custom Rally giveaways! ~ Thursday, September 30th, everyone who came out got to jump start their their day the right way with a free breakfast at The Harley Shop At The Beach in North Myrtle Beach! It was free to all riders! They had a delicious catered breakfast provided by Eggs Up Grill under their large tent filled with New & Preowned Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Folks were also able to enjoy some free rally giveaways, and meet the the Harley staff and other riders.

e Beach ~ Also on Thursday night, September 30th, Myrtle Beach Harley-Davidson & The Harley Shop At The Beach had their 2021 Fall Rally Bike Night, presented by Steelhorse Law, and located at The Boathouse! All proceeds and donations benefited Caring In Our Lifetime (our local fight against Breast Cancer.) There was live music, food & drink specials, Rally giveaways, H-D door prizes and contests! ~ Friday, October 1st, was the 2021 Fall Rally Biker-Olympics at Harleys Roadhouse. Everyone enjoyed food & drink specials all day. Plus, live music, and GAMES! GAMES! GAMES! There was also Rally giveaways, free H-D door prizes, 50/50 Raffle & Donations to benefit our local Axemen and their support for Camp Can Do - Charlestons Childrens Burn Unit.
~ On Saturday, October 2nd, was the Fall Rally Scenic Ride. This ride was through 100 scenic miles of country and it started at Tavern in Surfside with free t-shirts to the first 150 riders! After party was sponsored by Boardwalk Billy’s. They had free food, live music, prizes, and more! As always, Myrtle Beach Harley-Davidson had many vendors set-up in the back parking lot during the Rally. The Harley Shop at the Beach had a large inventory of new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson Motorcycles. As always, Myrtle Beach HD and the Harley Shop at The Beach went above and beyond with their events that were spread out from Little River all the way down to Murrells Inlet! We had a blast and are so looking forward to Spring Bike Week 2022 and the Cruisin’ The Coast Rally! Hope to see you there!

I’ve been looking back over the last few months and thanking God for all the people I’ve met and the places I’ve been since I left Atlanta last spring, I’m in total awe of it all. Bullwinkle and I put roughly 25,000 miles on and we’ve been in 29 states since the first week of April. I have no clue how many people I met in all those miles and states but I’m sure the number is in the hundreds.
I have been incredibly blessed and inspired by what I’ve seen happening in the lives of the people I’ve met and spent time with this year. As incredible as all the places I’ve been and the things I’ve seen and done this year are, nothing means more to me than the personal encounters I had with a few older brothers that I’ve known for 4-5 years or more.
This summer I was blessed to ride in the Great Smoky Mountains, the Blueridge Mountains, the Ozark Mountains, the Rocky Mountains and the Black Hills of South Dakota. I rode across the Great Plains, the Mississippi Delta, the deserts of Oklahoma and Texas and everywhere in between.
The first few years on my journey the majority of people I met and ministered to were in their 20’s-40’s but this year I’ve started seeing a change in who is reaching out to me. Several men in their late 60’s to 80 have reached out to me wanting to talk with me about how they can know God as well as I do. I’ve sat in living rooms and backyards, across a table in bars and restaurants with men who said they have been following me for several years and have read the things I write and how much I rely on God. All of those men said, in one way or another, that they want what I have. I’ve cried with grown men in backyards, in bars, on sidewalks and many other places as I shared my story of faith in God through the darkest days of my life. I wept with many of those men as they renewed or put their faith in God for the first time and I have seen the tangible change in their lives and their relationships with their wives and family….there is no greater blessing to me than what I have seen in these men’s lives. I’m beyond thankful for the opportunities I’ve had to meet so many amazing people and become as close to many of them as I am with my own family...
I rode from Denver to the Gulf Coast of Florida to perform a renewal of vows for some friends on their 10th anniversary and was able to spend a week in Sarasota Florida before riding back to Denver. I rode up to South Dakota at the end of July and stayed with a friend for Sturgis Bike Week and I even managed to borrow a friend’s truck to make a quick trip to Upstate New York to pray for my brother who was diagnosed with cancer. I’ve been on the go almost nonstop for 6 solid months but they have been some of the most fruitful months I’ve seen in 6 years on the road. The people I met on this summer’s journey were as diverse as all of the states I’ve been in. I met a blind man in Kentucky who broke the land speed record on the Bonneville Salt Flats and the world champion pumpkin chucker in Cheyenne Wyoming. I met a lady who is running for the US Senate and the republican candidate for Governor of Illinois. I met a couple millionaires and dozens of homeless people and thousands of “average Americans” and each person I met blessed me in more ways than I can count… Everyone I meet is unique in who they are and what they do and they’re all trying to make a difference in their world the best way they know how.

I love what I do but I am acutely aware of the price I had to pay for the freedom I have to travel and minister so extensively. The price I paid was everything I had but I would go through all of the pain, suffering and loneliness again because my loss has resulted in multiple thousands of people being in a new or renewed relationship with God……

The Apostle, Disciple Matthew recorded Jesus saying in chapter 25 starting in verse 13 “ Watch therefore, for you do not know the day nor the hour.” 14. “ For the Kingdom of the Heavens is just like a man about to go abroad, who called His own slaves and delivered to them his possessions”. 15, “ to one He gave five talents, and two another two and to another one, to each according to his own ability. And He went aboard. The one with five, gained another five. Likewise the one with two, gained two more. And the one with one went and dug in the earth and hid what the Master had given him

Jesus told the one with 5 who gained 5 more = 10 and even the one with 2 gained 2 more = 4. With this reward = “ Well done, good and faithful servant, you were faithful over a few things; I will set you over many things, enter into the joy of your Master”. The one who did use what was given, Apparently The Lord demands that we use His gift to the fullest top off tank. Don’t be afraid and hide as verse 25 says, the positive is using it all up for His work. One will gain in life by using what is given. Life is the gift talent , and Jesus wants to give it abundantly. Speak life, witness your life in Him to others and the Kingdom of God will multiply to a harvest for eternal life, because of well done good and faithful servant ... Bikers Lo. He Came With Me
LIFE Six months ago, I lost my best friend. I always rode on the back of his bike with him, mainly because I was too scared to even drive as much as a moped. Four months ago I really started missing riding but knew I couldn’t get on the back of another man’s bike... Three months ago I bought a bike and promised myself I would learn to ride it well enough to be able to ride to his celebration of life. So, I got a permit. Two months ago was his birthday and End of Life Celebration. I did it. I gained enough knowledge to ride the bike an hour away to say my final goodbye to him. A month ago, I took two separate courses and got a motor cycle license. I asked Nicholas to come with me and help me ride. When I looked down, I saw a feather. So, I picked it up and tucked it in my braid. A week ago I decided I wanted to go to Sturgis, for the first time ever, in his honor & feel the wind like he did. Today, as I was packing up my camp to go home… I looked down and seen another feather, same size, same type. He came with me. I looked all over the vendor booths for a green bandana like his, but didn’t find one So, someone from a Sturgis Facebook Group mailed me one.

You Are Not Alone Day Story & Photos: Missy Elliott Johnson If I have said it once, I have said it a thousand times, You Are Not Alone Day (YNAD) is personally my most favorite Exiled MC Event. Those of you that have not attended a YNAD have truly missed an opportunity to witness the love and kindness shared throughout an entire community. The 13th Annual YNAD did not disappoint. In fact it turned out to be the most successful year in YNAD’s history. You Are Not Alone Day is held the first Saturday in October every year and is an entire day dedicated to raising money for families chosen by Exiled MC earlier in the year. Kendall Rae and Jackson Pegram were this year’s YNAD recipients, two beautiful and vibrant children dealing with serious health issues. The YNAD Poker Run included both motorcycles and several classic cars and trucks. Kickstands were up around noon and spectators cheered on as these cars, trucks and 100 plus motorcycles departed the Lake Gaston Volunteer Fire Department to enjoy a beautiful day of riding to support Kendall and Jackson. During the Poker Run, snacks and t-shirts were sold, a silent auction was available and lunch preparation was underway at the Fire Department. YNAD offers something for EVERYONE! Lunch was served after the Poker Run and it was then time for the Live Auction. There was a multitude of items donated for auction. Several crocheted blanks, numerous handmade items

As the auction started, I told myself to make mental notes of who donated what item but I soon found myself getting caught up in the moment as well. I laughed, cried and was in awe over the extreme generosity of those that donated and those that placed bids on these items. This community truly understands the importance of taking care of their own and I know Exiled MC appreciates and loves their community. and lots of gift baskets and bags donated by local businesses were up for auction. Robbie Dunn, Exiled MC President and Justin Steffey, Exiled MC Vice-President were the auctioneers and they did not disappoint. There was lots of laughter, a few tears at times and a huge amount of money raised.
The last “segment” of this year’s YNAD featured Legendary Lane taking the stage again this year and WOW, they did not disappoint! Everyone that stayed for the show had a great time of singing, dancing, laughing and having a good time. Legendary Lane provided a fantastic show to wrap up a very wonderful day. We know the world we now live in is sometimes difficult and most often just messed up. What if for just one day, you are able to be a part of something so beautiful, so full of kindness and love that you forget all the bad in the world? This is what YNAD is for me and I know I cannot be the only one that feels this way. Those that have attended YNAD will understand and those that haven’t attended the event are truly missing out. So, mark you calendars for the first Saturday in October next year, check out “You Are Not Alone Day” on Facebook and come experience this for yourself! I promise you will not be disappointed and you might just leave with your faith in humanity recharged and restored.

Southeastern Wisconsin Jeremy and I have been together since August of 2018. Harley-Davidson has been at the center of our relationship and the reason we met. I was set up to ride with him since I had never been on a motorcycle before and the Milwaukee rally was coming up. I had never met him before and was not expecting anything romantic to come out of it! We met in the morning …and after introductions I hopped on the back of his bike and off we went! It was an instant connection for both of us and we have been inseparable ever since.

In April 2020 he proposed inside the first Harley dealership we went to the day we met. He set it up as a surprise and I had absolutely no idea it was going to happen there! Now I am actually scheduled to take my riding class at that dealership this week (classroom learning starts tomorrow!). I got an ‘03 Wide Glide and he has been working on getting her ready for me. Soon I will get to ride next to him and I can’t wait for the next adventure!

Hello My Happy People! I don’t know about y’all, but for the past few months my little biker life has been rollin’. Me and my brothers with Unspoken Sons MC celebrated our 11th year anniversary. We didn’t go all out like we did last year when we rented out the Kinston Drag Strip but we still had loads of love and support from our biker community. It was pretty laid back. We had some grub laid out that could have fed an army and it was gone in less than an hour, just to give you an idea. I personally would love to thank everyone who showed up and help support USS. It really means a lot. I’m not one of the original memebers who help start the club but I came in just months before the first year anniversary. I got to see the changes the past 11 years the club has gone through. I’ve seen people come and go and I have some brothers who are like me who plan to keep those wheels rolling. What was cool about the party was how laid back it all was. We kept it pretty basic. No bands no thrills, just USS spending time with the clubs and our community that supports USS. When folks were leaving later that night. I had several people tell me, “ hey 2Timer, I f***ing love it here man, I love you guys.” This is commonly said to USS and it means a lot. Our retuired

The weather has been on time people. Since the start of my new job, I’ve been able to cruise in the sunshine man and I dig it. Day shift is definitely a game changer for me! I’ve been working around the house and spending time with the family and my club. I’ve been able to make a few more rides and brothers and sisters, this ol’ boy has needed it. I’m even getting back in the market for another sled, man. I got my mind set on a Road King. I have been riding now on my ‘08 Nightster now for nearly 8 years. Understand, I’m a big ol’ boy and I had to make some changes to that blacked out sporty to make it comfortable as I possibly could. 18 in. apes and forward controls sure helped quite a bit, but I’m ready for a big boy bike now. I’ve done my time and paid my dues. I’ve put my family at the front of my priority list and I will continue to do that, but Daddy is ready for a more comfortable ride y’all! I’ve ridden my Nightster to S.C. and many trips from Goldsboro to Gastonia when my kids were living there. I’ve been to the outer banks in the pouring rain and let that Harley rumble through the mountains of N.C. It’s not been the most comfortable ride, but she’s kept me in the wind. So, like I said, I’m going to be in the market and I’m thinking a Road King is what I’m wanting. Wish me luck. Since I was talking day shift, let me tell you...It’s great to get the weekends off. I work full time at a facility that makes insulin. I was a tech engineer but I went into facility maintenance. So the stress level has damn near went away. Which is fantastic, by the way. I’m 45 years old and I’m just tired of micro management. I’m tired of the man trying to stand on my shoulders to get a machine up and running. So, to walk around fixing doors, installing computer support arms, and changing A/C unit filters is just a stress free life. The pay is nearly the same and I’m not killing myself for it. With that said, I get my weekends off and I’m able to attend more club activities. One was this past weekend Oct. 3rd. We had our annual Daytona Ride to remember our fallen brother. Daytona who was killed 10 years ago while leaving the club heading back home. He was just leaving an intersection when he was hit by a drunk driver at 100+ MPH. It devastated his family and our club. Daytona, which his name is Jerry, was a kind soul. A happy go lucky kinda guy. He loved playing music and hanging with his brothers at the club. He was reserved yet comical. The ride for Daytona was perfect. We met at the Lighthouse in Kinston around 10 am and made a 60 mile run around southern Lenoir County to the edges of Wayne County. We ended up back at our club house for a time to celebrate his life and remember. His brother, Gambler who is also a retired member of Unspoken Sons, also came out to remember and celebrate Jerry’s life. I can’t help to feel good in the soul when I see our retired members show up. It’s like seeing a family member you’ve not seen in a long time. So it’s always good.

Big Ed... Before I end this, article of course me being me. I must add what’s going on in this mind. I want to send out a thank you to all the medical staff and public service people. You alone was enough last year when this PLANdemic hit. You didn’t need a jab in your arm to take care of the sick. Y’all came in fighting not knowing what may happen to you or your families being in contact with the sick. You people were hero’s and now Joe Biden is doing his best to make y’all zero’s if you don’t comply with his Nazi like mind set. I think it’s a damn shame and I feel we are loosing our country to a falsely elected, corrupt government. Call me a tin hat wearing nut job if you want to, but if you don’t feel like something is wrong in your soul with what’s going on in this country then you might need to get checked out. So, like I said. I want to thank everyone who was there when the country was being over ran with fear and corruption. Hey people y’all be safe out there, we’ve got some more great riding days ahead before a cold DARK winter starts, so get out there and ride folks. I will be right out there with you. The SouthCentral Bike Fest held its 4th Annual Bike Rally on June 10, 11, and 12 at the Fire Department Training Grounds in Chase City Virginia. This rally is held annually to raise funds for the Mecklenburg County Cancer Association (MCCA) and The Barksdale Cancer Foundation (BCF) of Charlotte County. All proceeds are given to local cancer patients in Mecklenburg and Charlotte counties to help with medical bills, transportation, lodging, and food while traveling to doctors and treatments; expenses that are not normally covered by insurance. The rally started on Thursday night with a barbecue plate dinner furnished by The Chase City Chamber of Commerce. Entertainment was provided by the obacco Road Band. Plenty of delicious barbecue, socializing, and entertainment was enjoyed by all. Campers and Vendors began to arrive and set up. On Friday, gates opened at 12 with Vendor shopping and music by DJ Mike West. There was an on-site ‘Visit Your Vendor’ event among our Guests & Vendors, a Cruise-In, and later that evening entertainment was provided by The Feature Attraction Band. Saturday dawned with a full line of activities including music by DJ Mike West, Poker Run, Vendor shopping, Motorcycle Rodeo Games, and ViTVEET’S Bike Sound Show. Multiple 50/50 drawings and raffles were held throughout the day. Raffle tickets were sold for a gun from Big Mike’s Guns and Gear and a mini-bike from Larry Shook; drawing was held and prizes awarded later the same day. And of course there was lots of delicious food and cold beverages provided by Big Mike’s Food Truck, Pork-N-More, and Turbo’s Snowballs.
Poker Run Winner: Dennis “Coconut” Talbott. The South Central Bike Fest ended the night with dancing to music provided by the Misbehavin’ Band. We’ve all been touched by cancer in some way - either personally or through someone we know and love. Since our first event in 2018, we’ve managed to raise funds every year to support our two local cancer foundations - a little more each year. And each year it’s been supported by some amazing Sponsors, Vendors, and Attendees - even during our 3rd year when it rained literally all weekend long.
One of the major events every year is the Bike Show that’s organized by Robbie Dunn. Prizes of souvenir tumblers and cash were awarded to the winners who were a generous lot. Many donated some or all of their winnings back to benefit the two charities.
