Waxhaw Sk8 Park
Skateboard enthusiasts flock to this outdoor venue in downtown Waxhaw to practice their tricks. The park offers impressive obstacle ramps and expansive concrete ground features. The half-pipe, quarter-pipe, decking, rails, ramps, and bowl are well-suited for skateboard lovers of all ages and skills and it's free to use. Helmets are required. Town Creek Park This park features a paved trail which provides easy access for strollers, road bikes, and handicapped visitors. The trails of the park connect to the Carolina Thread Trail.
