» Both efficient teamwork and conflict solving represent essential skills for successful professional and personal development. Participation in this seminar gave us the opportunity to analyse our previous experiences and build the strategy for our further work. SOFIJA GRINEVSKA Scholarship holder
Two three-hour online learning nuggets were moreover offered in May and June 2020. The first nugget dealt with “Personal goals and career.” The scholarship holders learned about methods for identifying their goals and milestones. The second nugget, “Emotional intelligence,” helped the participants improve their interaction abilities with others and become more aware of their own patterns of behaviour. In addition, individual career coaching was offered for the first time. These meet and greet interviews were carried out by an external career coach via telephone or Zoom. The scholarship holders were able to par ticipate on a voluntary basis through advance booking. This offer found an excellent response and a total of 35 interviews was conducted.
