Located on a privileged piece of land next to the sea in South-West Kea, and built for a Swiss-Italian couple, this holiday residence’s design was driven by the necessities of contemporary holiday housing and respect for the island’s architectural tradition.

Πρόκειται για την αποκατάσταση ενός παλαιού κτίσματος και την επαναφορά του σε μία σύγχρονη λειτουργική κατοικία. This old building underwent a restoration that transformed it into a modern functional residence. The initial impression was that there were several limitations and restrictions, but ultimately the redesign and restoration presented a complex design challenge.
