PARTNERSHIPS
We embarked on a number of partnerships that build the collective strength of our inputs into society. You can read about our partnership with the Western Cape Government to build successful outcomes in low fee/ no fee schools on pages 16-18. We have a long-standing partnership with Rutgers University which allows for knowledge exchange, training and innovation opportunities to shape our programmatic interventions.
In 2018 we signed a partnership with Learning in Reach to accelerate and consolidate the provision of Early Childhood Development (ECD) services in the Lavender Hill Community. Learning in Reach, led by Leanne Reid and her team from Lavender Hill, have done some amazing work to build a strong ECD culture of excellence among the ECD service providers as well as extend the reach of the ECD network to ensure that no child is left behind.
