Transforming your living or working space can have a significant positive impact on your mental health in several ways.
Reducing Stress: A clutter-free and organized environment can reduce stress levels. When everything has its place and is visually appealing, it can promote a sense of calm and relaxation.
Boosting Mood: Brightening up your space with natural light, fresh colours, or personal touches can uplift your mood. Surrounding yourself with things that bring you joy or remind you of positive experiences can have a profound effect on how you feel.
Enhancing Productivity: A well-designed workspace can improve productivity and focus. It can help create a conducive environment for concentration and creativity, thereby enhancing your overall efficiency.
Promoting Relaxation: Creating designated areas for relaxation, such as cozy corners or comfortable seating, can encourage you to unwind and de-stress after a long day.
Increasing Motivation: Personalizing your space with motivational quotes, inspiring artwork, or goaloriented visuals can boost your motivation and drive to achieve your goals.
Encouraging Self-care: Taking the time to redecorate or organize your space can be a form of self-care. It allows you to invest in yourself and your well-being by creating an environment that supports your mental health.
Overall, transforming your space to align with your needs and preferences can create a positive feedback loop where your environment nurtures your mental well-being, and in turn, you feel more motivated to maintain and improve your space further.

Are you thinking about kickstarting a transformation? As we head into the second half of the year, now is a great time!
It all begins with changing the way you think. You can start by deciding to direct your mind over what matters. Imagine your brain is a vibrant garden. To cultivate the best blooms, you’ll need to weed out negative thoughts and plant seeds of positivity. Yes, it might involve a bit of mental weeding and watering, but hey, who doesn't love a garden party in their head?
Daily affirmations, meditation, and some occasional "me time" can work wonders. Your mind is your most powerful tool; just remember to keep it sharp, or at least humorously optimistic!
Next, is the body, the physical evolution. Let’s get physical! No, not just with '80s aerobics. Transforming your body isn't solely about sweating out those extra calories (though, that certainly helps). It’s about treating your body like the temple it truly is.
Have you ever tried arguing with a grumpy stomach? Spoiler alert…it wins, every time. Nourishing your body with wholesome foods, regular exercise, and adequate sleep can make you feel like a newly minted superhero. And hey, who doesn’t want washboard abs and the agility of a ninja?
Last but certainly not least, let's talk about the spirit. This might be the most fun transformation of all. Ever felt that life is a Netflix series and your spirit is the remote control? Well now is the time to binge-watch some spiritual awakening episodes!
From finding a higher purpose to practicing gratitude, these small acts can create seismic shifts in how you perceive the world. Attend a sound bath, engage in chakra balancing, or even laugh out loud at the absurdity of life’s little moments. Let your spirit soar!
So, there you have it, the trifecta of transforming your mind, body, and spirit. Remember, each step contributes to a more fulfilled, balanced you. It might seem like a juggling act at times, but with a little humour and a lot of heart, you've got this.
Grab your mental watering can, lace up your sneakers, and don't forget to keep that spirit remote handy. Let's transform together, lightly, spiritually, and with a dash of fun and humour.

Card: The Love of Your Dragon Reaches Out to You
The message from The COLE (The Council of Light and Energy) for this month, is that the realm of your truth is opening up.
For some of you, the message is that you are being encouraged by The COLE to connect with your heart and operate more from a place of love. They wish to remind you that you do not love with your mind. You love with your heart. They see many of you choosing when and where to come from love based on your mind.
For some of you, the message that your heart wall is ready to come down. The COLE have observed many of you with walls around your heart, in different heights and densities. In order to prepare your heart wall to be removed, you were required to clear your lower chakras, the solar plexus, the sacral, and the root chakra, as well as your throat chakra. This will allow for the energy around your heart to move.
For some of you, the message is To practice seeing the world through the eyes of love instead of through the eyes of fear and lack. You are preventing yourself from experiencing many of the things that you would prefer, keeping yourself blocked with a filter of fear over your eyes.
By practicing approaching the world from an energy of love, not only will you see and experience love, but you will also receive more love towards you.
With my pure love and appreciation, Energi Empress Priya

Transformation is an ongoing process that tends to appear ordinary, when, in fact, something extraordinary is taking place.

In the quiet moments of our lives, when we can feel the wounded remnants of who we once were or aspired to be - those emotional echoes reverberate throughout our entire essence, tamping down our authentic innate joy which is always seeking to express itself.
The weight of the past - like dense, salty sea water crashing against the shore, eroding our resolve and slowly wearing us down. Our life experiences, ingrained habits, and self-limiting beliefs hold us back from the deeply fulfilling richness of life. Surrender is the remedy! Like a valiant liberator granting the elusive freedom that leads to transformation and joy. To truly understand this, let’s imagine the life of a butterfly.
Imagine the life of a butterfly, its existence begins wrapped tightly in a cocoon. The transformation that it undergoes is not immediate or effortless. It struggles, pushing against the confines of its past form. The cocoon represents the old patterns that once served as protection - but now it restricts growth. In its moment of breakthrough, the butterfly releases these old constraints and embraces its new form, joyous and free.
This transformation is similar to our own journeys. We too must struggle and push against the old patterns that confine us, ultimately breaking free to experience the beauty of our true selves. The struggle is necessary, for it strengthens our wings and prepares us for flight.
Letting go of old patterns is an act of courage and self-love. It requires us to step out of our comfort zone and directly confront those familiar yet stifling habits and beliefs that no longer serve our highest good. The process can be painful because it involves peeling away layers of our identity. But within the layers of pain lies the gift of renewal and potential transformation.
For years, I lived in the shadows of self-doubt and fear. These patterns were forged in the fires of past failures and criticisms. One day I got fed up and I decided to surrender these old scripts. Through simple observation of my self-talk, journaling, and the unwavering support of my closest friends, I began to dismantle the walls of my cocoon.
I reluctantly let go of the need for perfection and control - and embraced my vulnerabilities. This resulted in the discovery of an inner strength that I had never known. The surrender of my old patterns led to an unexpected joy: confidence and self-acceptance I never thought possible. Today, I lead a more fulfilling and confident existence through the power of surrender.
The joy that follows the surrender of old patterns is profound and transformative. It is a joy birthed from freedom—the freedom to explore new possibilities, to embrace change, and to live more authentically. When we let go of what no longer serves us, we create space for what does. This newfound space invites creativity, love, and growth into our lives.
In surrendering, we often stumble upon hidden passions and talents, forge deeper connections with others, and find a sense of peace that transcends our previous level of understanding and awareness. The unexpected joy is not just a fleeting emotion but a sustained state of being that enriches every aspect of our lives.
As we let go of the old patterns that once weighed us down, we find ourselves stepping into a realm of infinite possibilities, unexpected joy, and profound transformation. Much like the butterfly, we break free from our cocoons, fully prepared to embrace the vibrant richness of our existence. This path of surrender isn’t without its challenges, but the rewards are deep and enduring. Embrace the journey, trust in your power to evolve, and welcome the freedom that awaits you. Your wings are ready—it's time to fly!
Take a few moments each day to identify the patterns that hold you back.
Journaling can be a powerful tool to uncover these hidden scripts, but if time is limited, even brief notes or voice memos can help.
Reflect on what triggers these patterns and how they impact your life.
Practice mindfulness to observe these patterns in your daily life without immediately reacting to them. This doesn’t necessarily mean long meditation sessions; it can be as simple as taking a few deep breaths while waiting in line, listening during a conversation, or even while taking a walk.
Becoming the observer is the first step to change.
Surround yourself with supportive people who encourage your growth. This could be friends, family, or colleagues who understand your journey. If possible, consider therapy or support groups, which can provide invaluable guidance.
For those balancing tight schedules or budgets, there are many free or low-cost resources available online.
Be willing to embrace the discomfort of change. Understand that the struggle is part of the transformation.
Start small; even minor changes in routine or perspective can lead to significant growth over time. Remind yourself that change doesn’t have to be immediate to be impactful.
Acknowledge and celebrate your progress, no matter how small. Each step forward is a victory. Create small, achievable milestones and reward yourself for reaching them.
Whether it’s a quiet moment of reflection, a small treat, or sharing your progress with a friend, these celebrations reinforce positive change.
