Witness Daryatno alias Jampes expected to become a key witness on the case causing commotion to Bali community, even stated to withdraw the explanation he once gave to investigator. Bravery of Jampes to withdraw
his explanation in the Probing Document (BAP) was surprising. Previously, before the session began, Jampres was predicted to give information that would aggravate the position of the accused. Firmly, Jampes stated his explanation mentioned in the Probing Document was merely falsehood. He knew it was wrong but condition has forced him to do so though he was aware of the legal consequence that should be faced. Continued on page 6
