The Housing and City Management Department had warning letter to the owner of the building which is Oka Dipa. He was planning to copy the success of Kertalangu cultural village which is built in a green belt area.
However, the similar condition didn’t apply for the museum. On Tuesday, January 12th 2010, the construction of the plant museum was stopped by the authorized department. A.A.Bagus Airawata, the head of Denpasar Housing and City Man-
agement Department, said that the building ha no permit and the owner also didn’t send the concept of the museum to the Mayor of Denpasar, IB Rai Dharmawijaya Mantra. “They didn’t apply for the permit and it doesn’t allow by the
mayor,” he added. Airwata said that the department doesn’t have any objection if the permit is already available. In order to prevent any problem, the department halted the construction until the process of arranging permit is done. He said that he saw 40 trucks unloading stones in the area. “When I saw the trucks, I predicted that it will be a huge building,” Airwata added. For the meantime, the museum for plants can not constructed.(kmb12)

For the case of death in uterus occurred around 181. “Death in uterus is mainly caused by the eating pattern of mothers that consumed lots of fatty foods, less exercise and less control to the doctor,” said Alit. In addition to deaths from accidents and natural death, death on the way to the hospital or called Dead on Arrival (DOA) approximately reached15.15 percent. (san)
