Land arrangement in front of Latu Market Suspected to become café Mangupura (Bali Post) -

The arranging process in front of Latu market in Abiansemal, suspected to be use as night life entertainment or café. According the information in the area, at first the area will be use as parking lot. The project itself already violates the law where it is too close to the river. The locals said that they are very disappointed with the project because it is using a productive land and also violate the regulation about the river. After further investigation, the project is also don’t have the permit from the authorize department in Badung regency. In addition to café, there is a possibility that private villas also will be built in the area. The source of the information explained that

the investor was coming from the owner of the mineral water company in Bali. In order to make the project can run smoothly, there is a member of Badung house of representative who supports the project. While the head of Abiansemal district, IB Oka Dirga, admitted that the project doesn’t have the proper permit. “I don’t know what the project is for but we will investigate it right away,” he added.
