l 13 octubre en Lawrence, Kansas, el secretario de Estado Kris Kobach contribuyó con su propia retórica de inmigración durante un debate con Ben Jonson director ejecutivo del Consejo Americano de Inmigración. Patrocinado por Lawrence Action Network for Diversity, los hombres se reunieron en Ecumenical Campus Ministries para tomar turnos al abordar el asunto.
