has become known as Valentine’s Day – and every year on Feb. 14, people celebrate it, usually with gifts and/or by romancing their significant other. However, Valentine’s Day isn’t just for lovers. It’s a day to show love and appreciation to everyone you love, including friends and family members. There are many ways you can express your love, including saying something nice, writing a letter or buying a flower from a street vender. But if you have the budget and want to celebrate your love on a larger scale, consider some of the following acts:

It doesn’t matter your religion, background, or culture, what it matters is that sometimes people fall for each other just because they see each other or they admire a quality in the person. In many countries people are not able to pick the person with who they are going to spend the rest of their life with. Sometimes families get involved and arrange a marriage that probably will not have a happy ending. Latinos are characterized by showing their love, by hugging, kissing
and demonstrating their feelings in public.

In addition, a bill to guarantee two-year work permits to undocumented workers will be discussed. Next week will be crucial for Kansas. The Kansas Legislature will define if some of the proposal move forward or stop. “There are several anti-immigration bills that will be submitted,” Melina Lewis, immigration activist pointed out.
