We are 14, which means 14 years of us, and 14 times of fun.

Of course, this could not have been accomplished without the readers, who have pushed the team to deliver content that inspires and motivates. We have made it to 14 years of Tulip that have accompanied struggles and challenges but fortunately have resulted in a huge success

I would like to thank the entire team for this journey and for helping Tulip grow, for their unsolicited work hours and dedication and for being a part of this journey I would also like to thank our advertisers, for their incitement and contribution, without whom this level of greatness would not have been achieved.

NAIR ON FIRE

The Nair on Fire event at The Westin Mindspace in Hyderabad offered an exhilarating exploration of Kerala's culinary delights. Chefs Toral Sanghavi, Sara Jacob, and Vinod G Nair brilliantly showcased the diverse flavours of Kerala through a specially curated selection of dishes. The event featured a complete dining experience, beginning with a drink, followed by appetizers, a main course, and dessert, each infused with a distinct Kerala twist. It was truly a remarkable gastronomic journey.

Beginning with the welcome drink, Kulukki Sarbath, which translates to “shaken drink” from the method used to prepare it. Kulukki Sarbath boasts a distinctive flavor created by vigorously shaking a mixture of lemon juice, green chilies, basil seeds, sugar syrup, salt, water, and ice cubes.

For the starters, we enjoyed roasted fish and Chicken 65, each with a unique Kerala twist. Another appetizer we sampled was Pani Puri, but not the typical kind. This version featured two distinct flavors of pani: one resembling rasam and the other buttermilk-flavored. While it might sound unusual, it was, in fact, one of the best Pani Puris I've ever tasted. The sweet and spicy notes of the rasam-flavored pani puri and the sweet buttermilk flavor puri after created an absolutely perfect balance.

Next up was the main course: Pothichoru, a traditional Kerala dish. This meal features ghee rice made with red rice, accompanied by meat, vegetable-infused moru curry, coconut-based chutney, pickle, and occasionally topped with an omelette. rich flavour, Pothichoru is a well-balanced and incredibly delicious dish

Finally, we were treated to a special dessert: vanilla ice cream in jaggery syrup and topp what to expect from this c that melted in your mouth

A 26 years old model based in Hyderabad. A graduate in accessories designing from NIFT, Hyderabad. Few things you ought to know about her are she’s an avid animal lover and love to spend her leisure time painting canvases, watching K-dramas and sipping coffee while looking at a beautiful landscape.

How did you become a Fashion Model?

While I was pursuing my education at NIFT, I was a very shy girl. I Used to feel insecure about being tall and skinny but my seniors used to scout me all the time for their photography assignments. One fine day, few of my seniors signed me up for the Femina Miss India audition. They convinced me that I would prove my worthiness on a national platform and so I did. After being a participant of a renowned beauty pageant, I started scoring good modelling assignments. That’s how a camera-shy girl who couldn’t even walk in heels entered the world of fashion.

What is your dream to work for?

My dream is to work for myself and be my own boss in five years down the lane.

What is a typical day like in your life?

On a typical day, when I’m not shooting I wake up around 9 am and prepare my breakfast which is usually fruits with toast and coffee. After I finish cleaning my house, I grab a light lunch and then head out to the gym. My workout usually lasts for an hour. Post that I go around the area to feed the stray dogs and return home. I meet my partners to work

on our business model and after all the goals for the day have been accomplished, I cuddle with my cats while watching Kdramas until I fall asleep. On the day of shoots, I wake up around 4 or 5 am, grab my coffee and head out to the shooting location.

What does it take to be successful in the field you excel in? It takes a lot of physical as well as mental strength to excel in the competitive and ever-changing industry of fashion but one of the most important things which help to survive the cutthroat competition is being self-aware. If you know how you feel and what you want at a particular time in your life, you will be able to prepare yourself mentally and physically for the challenges to come.

What do you do in your free time?

I go to nearby cafes and sip hot coffee while chilling with my friends when I want to be out on my day off. When I’m at home, I love being creative and creating something new or just taking a nap with my forever lazy cats.

Amazing mix of good food and lovely ambience! The Wok Tossed Prawns, edamame dumplings and hand tossed Sichuan noodles were my favourite. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a good Pan Asian cuisine.

This Pan Asian restaurant, designed with a mini tropical forest theme and featuring both outdoor seating and cozy interiors, ranks among the best in Hyderabad.

Probably the best Chinese restaurant in Hyderabad. The PanFried Noodles with mixed meat and Kung Pao sauce were excellent.

With its stylish interiors, attentive service, and an array of delectable dishes, Zega promises a memorable dining experience for both locals and visitors.

You have to go!! It is the perfect spot with amazing food. Superb rooftop café with a great view. It is one of the most exquisite Insta-worthy places in all of Hyderabad.

Its been an incredible journey till now, mostly full of lows. The initial years for any business are very difficult, you got to keep doing the work without expecting any fruit. The love and recognition is quite recent and it is a long journey ahead. We started this with a timeline of 15-20 years so in a way we are just getting started.

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

I wish everything in life was linear but thats not how it is right? You have to be ready for insane highs and dramatic lows. With Wisphot, I see crossing boundaries geographically. It is a challenge that keeps me up at night and I cant wait for that to happen. On a personal front, I want to be part of a program where I mentor women and help them take the leap in whatever way I can.

What risks and sacrifices does such an enterprise demand?

I've done a number of difficult things in life but nothing even comes close to that of running a business. It requires you to give up everything else. You give up on friends, family, your health, your mental peace trying everything you can to make the boat float. You are contantly fighting new devils, everyday is a new challenge. When we started, nobody was ready to lease out a place, once we had that, the employees did not have faith, once that got sorted, there were no customers, so there is always a new problem you are solving. Its difficult because we are so used to doing work and seeing immediate results, you put effort in school, you see good grades. You work hard in a job, you see incentives and bonuses but in a business the cause and effect and not immediate, so that is a huge challenge. You work hard today and you might see results sometimes an year later so that requires insane amount of discipline, dedication and patience.

I'm in France at the moment, driving and exploring the French Riviera with my familiy. We trekked 6 hours on foot at the Calanques National Park and it wasn't easy by any stretch of the imagination, but my 7 year old pulled it off and it was an insanely special experience!

It was when Sehr was 2 years old. I was unwell with a fever. She saw me laying down and to her, an ice cream was something that she related to “feeling better”. I wish someone told me what a wonderful experience it would be to have a daughter. I probably would have had Sehr a lot earlier. She’s such great company and is my best friend.

The Fashion Galore of Heeramandi

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's first ever screening show 'Heeramandi' has everyone hooked not just by the plot but by the extravagant clothing and accessories bringing back authentic mughalian aesthetics back to the modern era. The show is star studded with Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Sharmin Segal Mehta and Taha Shah Badussha as the lead characters.

Set during the British rule, the story takes place mostly in Heeramandi, which is a red-light district in Lahore, famous for its rich courtesan culture of that time. The tawaifs of this area served the nobles and emperors showcasing their music and dance which are said to be among the best, and people from all around the country used to travel to catch a glimpse of their performances The series also tells the untold stories of women in the pre independence era on how the roles changed and how despite having a lack of voice still faught for freedom. The plot revolves around the protagonist Alamzeb played by Sharmin Segal, who's an aspiring poetess but as she's the daughter of the chief courtesan, Mallikajaan(Manisha Koirala), she's pushed to become a Tawaif and to abandon her dreams- she fights for her dreams against destiny. She falls in love with a rich nawaab, Tajdar, which strirs up a lot of drama within her household Mallikajaan is notoriously cold hearted and treats her employees- the other tawaifs as nothing more than pawns and objects to sell. If someone wrongs her, even disobeys her slightly, she makes sure to get her revenge in the most brutal way possible.

Lahore during that time was considered as a twin city to Delhi for its rich culture with the accumulation of the nawabs, the British and Sikhs. This is seen in the fashion of women thee too, as they wore mughal zardosi,phulkaris, salwar kameez as well as European inspired fashion, with prints like chintz, toile de jouy and chiffon sarees which are often times made more exquisite with sequins

The costumes and aesthetics of the series stirred up quite an enthusiasm by the viewers for its beauty, which was done by the famous costume designers Rimple and Harpeet Narula, and they created 300 costumes over the course of two years for the show. A lot of research and thought has gone behind the creating of the outfits from studying the history, visiting archives and museums including the Calico Museum in Ahmedabad, and Victoria Albert Museum in London, restoring old clothes, and each cloth was thoughtfully designed to reflect the characters who wore them. The wardrobe is heavily influenced by what the classical singers of the pre partition era wore, including Noor Jahan, Shamshad Begum and actresses like Suraiya Jamal Sheikh Back then, stylists didn't really exist so people while dressing up, brought in a lot of personal style to whatever they wore. The designers stayed true to bringing authentic period fashion all the fabrics were authentically sourced even the prints seen are scanned replicas of what people actually wore during that time.

You see a lot of shararas, ghararas, churidars, anarkalis in the show along with the irreplaceable saree, as these were the staple wear for the courtesans. And the colour palette was also carefully selected To give the feeling of the past, muted tones of colours and shades of cream were shown throughout. For the costumes of performances, jewel tones were selected to bring in vibrancy to make the character stand out and be the centre of attention.

The jewellery too is notable, as all the pieces are real and worth crores of rupees. In an interview with Sucharita Tyagi, the Heeramandi actor Richa Chanda jokingly said “If I would wear all of it and run then I could make another film of my own, if I wore all of it cumulatively ” It is Shri Paramani Jewlels who have been credited for the creation of the jewelry in the series who had earlier designed Deepika Padukone's royal jewels for Bhansali's Bajirao Mastani. There were a total of 10,000 pieces which weighed over 300 kilos that were made for Heeramandi And all the jewellery took inspiration from mughal jewelry, and showcase what accessories looked like in that age with essensial pieces like Jhoomar, nath, and hathphool

Trishala Kamath(@trishkamath put together this Alamzeb insprired look which is a golden gharara covered in different types of embroidery works including zardosi. The band consists of 5 individuals – P V Sai Sandeep, the frontman and guitarist; Aryan Satya, on keys and vocals; San Joseph, the drummer; Krishna Kumar, the bassist; aaRBee, the lead guitarist and vocalist and Vaishnavi Puvvada, their manager.

Q What is the origin story of your band? How did you all come together?

Sai Sandeep draws from the brilliance of A.R. Rahman and the talents of renowned singers like Karthik and Haricharan. His stint as a pre-finalist on Paadutha Theeyaga, hosted by the legendary SP Balasubramaniam, adds to his musical pedigree Aryan Satya finds inspiration in the emotional power of music. Starting his musical journey with the electronic keyboard in class 3, he has since been driven by the joy of creating and sharing music Sam Joseph discovered his passion for music in the rhythms of church music. Self-taught through YouTube tutorials, he mastered the drums within months and formed a band in college, deepening his commitment to music. Krishna Kumar is a skilled musician who captivates audiences with his intricate melodies While teaching guitar, he freelances as a bassist, adding depth to Melotrance's sound. aaRbee traces his love for music back to his Christian upbringing. Starting as a selftaught guitarist in church bands, he later pursued a career in music teaching before his passion for performance led him to Melotrance For Vaishnavi Puvvada, music has always woven itself into the very fabric of my existence. It began at the tender age of three, my ears enchanted by the timeless melodies of Lata ji. Over the span of 24 years, I've immersed myself in various musical roles - as a vocalist, a fledgling keyboardist, a lyricist nursing a broken heart, and presently as a band manager

The origin story of our band is rooted in a shared passion for music and a series of fortunate events. We all met through mutual friends and quickly realized our musical chemistry and shared vision. Initially, we started jamming casually, but as our synergy grew stronger, we decided to form an official band Our diverse backgrounds and influences have shaped our unique sound, and over time, we've developed a strong bond both on and off the stage

Our music is best described as Regional Fusion, blending elements from various styles to create a unique sound. This fusion allows us to explore different musical landscapes, keeping our sound fresh and dynamic Our goal is to create music that resonates emotionally with our audience while pushing the boundaries of traditional conventions.

Q How do you handle mistakes or technical issues during a live performance? Handling mistakes or technical issues during a live performance requires a mix of professionalism and quick thinking. First and foremost, we stay calm and maintain our focus on the performance. If a mistake happens, we smoothly improvise or adapt to keep the flow going, often turning a potential error into a unique moment. For technical issues, our sound team is always ready to troubleshoot, and we have backup plans, such as alternate equipment or simplified arrangements The key is to stay composed and ensure the audience remains engaged and entertained.

Q What do you enjoy the most about performing live?

What we enjoy most about performing live is the energy and connection with the audience. There's something incredibly exhilarating about seeing people respond to our music in real time, whether they're dancing, singing along, or simply feeling the emotions we aim to convey The live setting also allows for spontaneous moments and improvisation, making each performance unique. Sharing these experiences with our bandmates and feeling the collective energy of the crowd is truly the most rewarding aspect of live performance

Q What are you goals for the future of the band? Anything that fans can look forward to?

Our goals for the future of the band include expanding our reach by touring more extensively and connecting with a broader audience. We also plan to release new music, exploring fresh sounds and pushing our creative boundaries Fans can look forward to an upcoming album that we're currently working on, along with some exciting collaborations and innovative live shows. The Deccan Project

is a band made up of five members: Sai Madhav, also known as Maddy, on vocals; Vivek on drums; Nikhil on guitar and backing vocals; Srikanth on keyboards; and Kanakraj on bass. Tarun serves as the sound engineer, and Shreya manages their media. All the members attended VNR VJIET and were part of the college music band Crescendo. After graduation, they found they missed making music together and decided to reunite to form The Deccan Project, spearheaded by founders Vivek and Nikhil.

Q How do you balance your musical pursuits with other responsibilities outside the band?

I believe our shared passion for music and strong friendship have enabled us to balance both our jobs and our band commitments. Most of us work IT jobs during the day, and then come together to make music after our 9 to 5 shifts What sets this band apart is our mutual desire to perform music Reaching the point where we can do shows and play for large audiences is a result of each member's dedication and enthusiasm, which we actively channel into our music.

Q What was the best piece of advice you have received regarding music?

One piece of advice we've received and would like to pass on is that "the time you have in college is incredibly valuable; any skill you pick up could become your dream career " This is true for us as well we each learned to play an instrument during our four years in college, and now we get to pursue what we're most passionate about

Q In what ways would you think your band is unique when compared to others?

The music you hear through your headphones, the studio-recorded version, is incredibly complex, with numerous layers of instruments and beats There are usually sound engineers, producers and a lot of artists that work together to give you that perfect sound. When it comes to performing it live, it is essential to convey the same emotion and energy The Deccan Project excels at delivering this experience to their audience. With over 10 years in the industry, they have perfected the art of engaging and exciting their audience during live performances. I think that is one of the reasons why we are called “Hyderabad Party Band”, it is our forte and this is where our strength comes from Another aspect that sets us apart from other bands is our keen interest and dedication to the gear we use. We constantly research the latest equipment and find the best fit for our genre of music. The collective effort each member puts into bringing the best to the band distinguishes Deccan Project from others.

Q Is there any mistake that you did that stuck with you and how did you overcome it?

Nothing specific comes to mind immediately. What helps us move past mistakes is that all the members are easy-going, and we've been friends for over a decade We handle issues together and never single out any individual for blame Sure, there have been times when someone played the wrong intro or song, but our chemistry makes it easier for us. Whenever a member makes a mistake, the others step in, calmly remind them, and we move on

Q Is there any advice you would like to give to aspiring musical artists? I would advise them to make music with genuine intentions It's all about having the right motivation opportunities will come if you're passionate. The best part about playing music is being part of many intimate events and experiencing the warmth and magic from each crowd.

Q Anything you would like to say to your fans?

We have released our first ever single – Ento Babula Kashtalu It's a humorous and fun take on a conversation we had about arranged marriages The song has a funky, pop vibe Another message I'd like to share with everyone is that music can indeed be a viable career option. As a band, we want to make a change in the society and reassure all parents that pursuing a career in singing and performing music can be incredibly promising I hope that by observing us, people can gain the confidence to one day tell their parents that they aspire to perform and create music professionally

Niraval the Band

comprises six members: Vaishak, who serves as the drummer and backing vocalist; Sweekar, the lead vocalist; Sagar, the bassist and founder; Joel, the guitarist; Jay, who plays the keyboard; and Rajesh, who contributes with the saxophone and flute. They initially crossed paths at regional music appreciation sessions known as Varnam at Moonshine Project in 2017.

Q What is the story behind the name of your band?

Sagar, our founder, coined the name It derives from the Sanskrit term Neraval or Niraval, signifying improvisation As a band, we infuse songs with our unique twist and flavor, which inspired the name Niraval.

Q What’s the dynamic of your band and how do you resolve issues?

We don't operate under a single band leader, but rather are open to new ideas and constructive feedback Criticism and discussions are solely aimed at improving the band Each member contributes their thoughts and opinions, and together we decide on the solution in regards to what’s best for the band and the audience While disagreements may arise, we always find a common ground by the end of the day

Q What are some of the major influences on your music, both individually and band-wise?

As a band, we draw inspiration from a diverse range of artists, both Indian and Western We admire legends like Ilaiyaraaja Sir, A.R. Rahman Sir, Amit Trivedi, Vishal-Shekhar, and many others from the Indian music scene Additionally, we're influenced by various genres of Western music Our vocalist is a devoted fan of Backstreet Boys, while Vaishak and Joel are fans of old-school rock and metal

Our bassist enjoys rock, metal, and hip-hop, and our keyboardist and saxophonist are passionate about classical music Each member's unique musical tastes contribute to the way we perform and shape our sound.

Q What was your most memorable performance as a band?

In my view, every performance holds its own special significance. Each show brings a different audience and atmosphere, making every experience unique Stepping onto the stage is inherently memorable, so selecting just one standout moment from the multitude is quite challenging

Q Are there any rituals or traditions your band has before the performances?

We're all big-time foodies Before each show, we enjoy experimenting with various cuisines as part of our preparation and source of energy. So, exploring new food has become a ritual for our band.

Q How do you connect with your fans?

Our music resonates with our audience, and their reception is the biggest appreciation for us. It's through their reactions that we learn what resonates with them and what doesn't Like many emerging regional bands, we believe in showcasing our unique qualities through our music and performances. Our approach to presenting music and our performances forge a connection with our fans If we notice any signs of disinterest from the audience, we take it as constructive criticism We retreat to our jam rooms, reflect on those points, and return with solutions for a better performance

Q Do you have any upcoming projects that people can look forward to?

We are currently shooting a lot of interesting content that is going to come up very soon We are also working on our original music and that hopefully is going to be released by the ned of this year I hope it’s a project that the audience can connect to and is able to enjoy it as much as we enjoy creating it

Octavez the Band

comprises five members: Rajashekar, the lead vocalist; Rohit, who plays the keys; Boney, the bassist; William, the guitarist; and John, the drummer. The band's inception traces back to 2019 when Rajashekar and Boney first conceptualized the idea of forming the group.

Q What is your favourite venue for performing?

Our musical journey has developed significantly through our performances at Tabula Rasa We were frequent performers there throughout 2019 In 2020, we had the opportunity to perform at a Sankranti family gathering for Chiranjeevi Sir, which was another unforgettable experience for us.

Q Is there any artist that you would like to open for?

We would love to perform for Yuvan Shankar Raja sir. Of course, we would love to perform for a lot of other legends but we personally connected with Yuvan sir’s music Even at private shows, we perform a lot of Awaara songs.

Q Do you have any other favourite songs to perform?

We love to perform Pachani Mandara Poovalle from Awaara. When we first performed this song, we did not expect the audience to get hyped but the reactions were absolutely amazing that it remains in our setlist for years Some of the other songs we love to perform are Urvasi Urvasi from Kaadhalan by A R Rahman, Gulabi Kallu Rendu Mullu from Govindudu Andarivaadele by Javed Ali and Maate Vinadhuga by Sid Sriram These are also some of the crowd favourites

Band Rudhra

is a five-member group featuring Raghavendra as the lead vocalist and founder, Jayanth on drums and a founding member, Chiranjeevi on violin, Sai Manoj on keys and as the supporting vocalist, and Karthikeya on guitar. They formed the band in July 2023.

Q Can you share some memorable moments from your journey as a band?

Receiving appreciation from various music and movie directors, both as individual members and as a band, during our shows are some of our most memorable moments. Many guests frequently return to our club performances and express their admiration, often telling us, "We are big fans of your band " This encouragement motivates us to keep going. Recently, we had the opportunity to perform alongside music director Sricharan Pakala for the song release of the movie SATYABHAMA, where our singer Raghavendra performed a song titled "O CHANDAMAMA."

Q What kind of music do you like performing?

We perform a mix of melodies and upbeat songs in Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil. Our set-list ranges from melodies to folk tunes to fast-paced songs. Our guests particularly enjoy our Tollywood and Bollywood mashup songs, which are also among our favourites

Q What’s are some of your biggest achievements?

Our main vocalist, Raghavendra has performed in more than 900 shows like clubs, private shows and television shows including being a finalist in Padutha Theeyaga Program. He has sung along with the legendary Shri Balasubramanyam Garu in the Swarabhishekam Show He has also performed in the presence of some famous personalities such as Mr Mano Garu, Mr Koti Garu and Sunitha Garu. Jayanth, our drummer, has performed more than 500 shows. He’s an India Book of Records Holder. He’s the winner of National Talent by Indywood He has also featured in a child prodigy show of Zee TV, was appreciated by legendary artists like Drummer Sivamani and SS Thaman.

Chiranjeevi, our violinist was a student of legendary violin player Kalaratna Shri Ashok Gurjale. He has performed in more than 100 Carnatic shows He has also worked for the movie industry and given many violin instrumentals.

Sai Manoj, has participated in various television shows and can play the keyboard in both classical and western styles

Karthikeya, our guitarist, holds the Indian Book of Records 2023 for being the youngest guitarist in India to compose and release instrumental music on more than 20 international music streaming platforms. He has been a part of Telangana Wonder Kids program and played guitar in their events

Q What is the future of your band?

Five years from now, we envision ourselves releasing our own independent music and embarking on tours We aim to create and share our unique sound with a wider audience, performing live at various venues and festivals. Our goal is to connect with fans globally, bringing our music to different cities, and establishing a strong presence in the independent music scene

Q. What styles of yoga are you proficient in? Which style do you specialize in or prefer to teach?

I am exposed mainly to Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha and a bit of Iyengar yoga styles. My teaching specialization is mainly in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga.

Q.Can you describe your teaching philosophy and methodology?

I believe that every person is a convergence of different life experiences or histories, that make’s everyone as unique as possible and therefore learning to see beyond the body is my main philosophy to teach yoga I place a huge emphasis on letting each person be aware of his/her own body and mind’s needs, accept it and let yoga do its magic by surrendering to the practice.

Q.How do you ensure the safety and wellbeing of your students during yoga classes? By providing a sacred space to practice at one’s own pace and preference, explain the intention, technique and benefits of each asana and allow one to explore the depth of practice using soft breathing

Q.Have you worked with people of different skill levels and abilities? How do you adapt your teaching to accommodate various levels?

I mainly work with students at beginner and intermediate levels and provide suitable modifications based on one’s abilities and skills

Q.What do you believe are the key benefits of yoga, both physically and mentally?

I have tried various kinds of movements and exercises in the last 20 years, but nothing can come as close to yoga as being the best holistic practice for the body and mind When practiced consistently, yoga has the potential to tap into one’s inner journey which can lead to real peace and contentment in life.

Q.How do you incorporate elements of mindfulness and meditation into your yoga classes?

Breath is the foundation of my yoga classes and whenever one is focused on the breath, that is a sign of complete presence or mindfulness. Throughout the class, I keep reminding the students to focus on the breath and let the breath guide one’s own awareness. Apart from this, I make it a point to also include a few minutes of pranayama either at the beginning or end of the class.

Q.Can you provide an example of how you handle challenging situations or difficult students in a class setting?

Fortunately never had to deal with such situations so far and I am blessed to have met really good and consistent students

Q.How do you stay updated with current trends and developments in the field of yoga?

Learning plays a huge aspect in my growth as a teacher I invest a lot to learn from the best teachers across the world as I believe that only when I am a curious good student, would I be able to deliver impactful teachings to my students.

I also read a lot of yoga books, websites and journals to keep up with the trends

Q.What motivates you to teach yoga, and what do you find most rewarding about it?

I discovered yoga quite late in life, but since the time I took to this practice, there has been no more looking around for a better option. It has changed me inside out and I wish I was introduced to this practice at a much younger age. So, my motivation to teach yoga is to deliver the same benefits that I experienced through this practice to as many students as I can Yoga helps one uncover their true potential and it is highly rewarding to see students understand this and grow through this practice, both on and off the mat.

Q.Anything you would like to add for this upcoming International Yoga Day? Yoga holds space for everyone irrespective of age, gender, injuries and other health histories. All one has to do is just show up for themselves on their mat and let the practice lead to true organic growth and transformation.
