Laugh It Up For A Cause The month of March kicked off with, well, a kick! The deSatnick Foundation Comedy Show took place on Friday at Congress Hall and featured comedians Jeff Caldwell (who David Letterman called “very, very funny”) and Brad Trackman (who you might recognize from Comedy Central). Proceeds benefited The deSatnick Foundation, which provides awareness surrounding spinal cord injuries as well as financial and emotional support for survivors and their families.

Weird Sea Creature
Did You Know?
What We’re Reading
The Water Bear isn’t a bear at all, but a nearly microscopic, eight-legged sea creature. What we love about it most? After being dried out for 10 years, it can come back to life. In fact, there’s not much this little guy can’t survive. Radiation? No problem. Extreme temps from -328 to 304-degrees Fahrenheit? Fine. Outer space? Child’s play. No kidding — scientists sent water bears into orbit for 10 days in 2007.
Cape May Stage was founded in 1988 by Michael Laird. His first show happened on a makeshift stage with a trash-picked set; starred Tom McCarthy, who later acted in The Wire; and was themed around the sea because pieces of driftwood were easy props to come by. Laird held three shows a year at various venues around the island. He would nail down seating without permission. Today, the theater regularly draws Broadwaycaliber and Emmy-nominated actors who perform in a converted, 1853 church on Lafayette Street, the Robert Shackleton Playhouse.
These Truths Jill Lepore It’s a history of the United States — rare for a one-volume book! As it it is nearly 1,000 pages, we will likely finish by Independence Day. So far, we’re captivated by the story as much as the elegiac writing from this New Yorker magazine alum.

Where We’re Eating
Here’s what the EZ team had for dinner this week
E
very week, the Exit Zero crew goes for lunch (or dinner or, maybe even on occasion, breakfast) at one of Cape May’s excellent dining establishments. Then we give you the skinny on what we ate, what we talked about (or some of what we talked about), who spat their drink from laughing too hard, who served us, who we bumped into and, you know, the general vibe. The place: The Mad Batter on Jackson Street. Contrary to island legend, this place was not won by Harry Kulkowitz, who opened the restaurant in 1976, in a poker game. But the idea for the space WAS conceived of by Harry in a poker game. The amazing story: Harry was an Army vet. In 2014, during a speech marking the 70th anniversary of D-Day, President Barack Obama gave Harry a shout-out for lying about his age in order to enlist. Harry passed away in 2017, but the restaurant continues to be run by the Kulkowitz family. The bartender: Stephanie Sharp, whose last name describes her skills behind the bar. Zing! Come to find out, she’s also got skills as a bookkeeper and graphic designer, so you know Jack (who loves people with strong work ethics) was trying to recruit her for a sidegig at Exit Zero. The drinks: A Tom Collins for Katie, a negroni for Jack and a bayberry cocktail for Diane. The conversation: Katie’s mom always tells her that young people are on their phones too much. But, as we look down the bar, it’s the baby boomer set who seem attached to their devices. Also, has anyone seen that Abducted in Plain Sight documentary on Netflix? We mean… what is THAT about!? Diane took notes on what else we discussed, but we don’t remember what “penis vacuum” is supposed to mean...? The food: A hummus platter and a plate of angry wings. “They seem not so much angry as mildly perturbed to me,” Jack said. We also ate the grilled vegetable ravioli (which appeared a popular choice at the bar) and the chorizo paella with scallops. No sausage was left behind. The last scallop: We couldn’t part with this scallop, the last remaining morsel on any plate, but then again we couldn’t eat it… we were all too stuffed. So we debated for a bit what to do. In the end, Katie took one for the team and polished off the final bivalve of the evening. They’ll never accuse the EZ crew of wasting food. The takeaway: Our food choices are better than our note taking.

Ramblings From The Editor
A
Ideas, idle gossip and occasionally important odds ’n’ ends... by Jack Wright
s I write, I am horribly hungover, but more of that later. In much more important news, there’s a press conference you should attend at Convention Hall if you care about our planet in general, and our area in particular. Clean Ocean Action are hosting the event on Monday, March 18 (at noon) to call for opposition to planned seismic testing in the Atlantic. As you might know, the federal government wants to begin offshore oil drilling in the Atlantic Ocean — before they do that, they need to carry out seismic testing to search for oil and gas deposits. Although there are no predetermined precise locations for the planned testing, government papers say that seismic activity would happen “from Cape May, New Jersey to Cape Canaveral, Florida.” I don’t see this as a political issue — it strikes me as just a pure common sense issue. Experts say there is no way to avoid harmful effects to our marine mammals,
top 20 lists of cities which they reckon will suffer most — Ocean City is top, followed by Miami Beach. Sea Isle is seventh, Atlantic City is 10th, Avalon 11th and North Wildwood 16th. We need to stop messing with this planet before it really starts messing with us. And now, that hangover... it was a BAD one. Happened after a night at the newly renovated Brown Room, which I have to say looks pretty fantastic. The biggest change is the bar, which made a 90-degree turn and has been increased in size — the bartop is pretty spectacular, and those white bartender vests are pretty cute. Overall, a lot more space, which is a good thing given how busy the place gets. Cape May-based Coastie wife Jessica Manfre has been voted the US Coast Guard Military Spouse of the Year. Jessica was a tower of strength during the government shutdown, setting up a food pantry at the base. Congratulations, Jessica!
³ commercial and recreational fisheries, our tourism industry and sensitive coastal environments. It would be horrible for the ocean in general and, yes, for our area in particular. See you at Convention Hall! If you needed any reminding of just how sensitive our coastal areas are, a new study states that Jersey Shore communities will be hardest hit by rising sea levels on the east coast. The report, from Columbia University scientists, created a

Bartender Of The Week This week, Amanda Addesso from Fins is up. How long have you been bartending? Four years. Favorite drink to serve? A cosmo. A flight attendant because I love to travel.
Chef’s Signature Dish Place: Exit Zero Filling Station Chef: Garrett Thompson Signature dish: The Thai Shrimp soup is our best seller. People go nuts for it. But for me, I would call out the Decadent Burger, which is made with a red wine reduction, goat cheese and caramelized onions. I like it because it’s a nice mixture of elegant and rustic... and our burger meat is seriously good!

The Exit Zero Filling Station Ambush Come get gas at our place and you might just get lucky!
It’s a pleasant experience getting gas at Exit Zero Filling Station. Our smiling faces, the cool vibe. Now there’s even more reason. This year we are giving away to random drivers a discount to enjoy at one of the top restaurants, stores, salons or activities, courtesy of the fabulous Exit Zero Discount Deck! If you don’t know what this is, you oughta! We also call it Vacation in a Box because it contains 50 great discounts to one of your favorite Cape May places — from $3 off fudge to $15 off dinner. It’s the real deal, and it only costs $20 for the entire pack. This week we bumped into Joe Rooney, from Cold Spring, who was headed home after a very exciting trip to Cape May. We asked him to pick a card from the deck to enjoy. He picked out a $10 discount for East Lynne Theater Company. Who would she like to share this discount with? His son Lucas.

I
Terry O’Brien’s legendary column... social satire, shameless plugs — and general self-indulgence
come to you this week from the southwest corner of my bed, three Motrins and a glass of Chianti fighting over who can ease the ache in my knees faster, neither working particularly well, but at least my back hurts. Why so sore, you might ask? Shut up and I’ll tell you, I might answer. By the time you read this (probably somewhere around 8:30 Thursday morning because, really, how could you possibly wait any longer to read this slice of fried sardonic brilliance?) the Exit Zero Filling Station will be but a handful of hours, a bucketful of minutes, a wheelbarrow full of seconds, a cement truck full of… whatever is shorter than seconds, from its grand Re-re (re, if you count Exit Zero Cookhouse)-opening, and it is all hands (and knees) on deck. Saturday, March 9 (lord willing) Ye Olde EZFS, est. August of 2018, will be opening its doors at 9am for breakfast, lunch and dinner and then every day for the next 327 years, or until EZ chief Jack Wright pays off his mortgage, whichever come first. It has been an arduous last 70 days or
so, the last 15 especially, but it appears we’re going to drag ourselves over the finish line, which would not have been possible without sizeable contributions from I, your humble correspondent. No, I require no thanks, no accolades, no public acknowledgment of my heroic deeds. A simple, quiet “thank you” and an enormous sum of money are all that is necessary, for what is a man if he is not helping his fellow man in the tasks set before us in fellowship and brotherhood and a competitive hourly wage. I believe it was the great Walt Whitman who once said…
Okay, okay, I’m kidding (no, that’s not the Walt Whitman quote, but he probably did say that at some point in his life). While I have certainly pitched in over the last couple of weeks (I am now a master-level Floor Cleaning Technician and ninja-level Floor Waxing specialist, hence the aching back and aching knees and aching everything else), my contributions were dwarfed by those of Mike DeMusz and Jose Ramos, who’ve put in a lot of very long and hard (easy now) hours at EZFS and have probably spent more time there since New Year’s Day than they have at home. Jose always has a smile and an extra Winston for his co-worker who’s trying to quit smoking, and a seemingly bottomless well of energy, while Mike always brings one coffee, doesn’t share his cigarettes and never ever reads this column which is probably why he hasn’t stuffed me in a trash can yet for calling him “local Tarzan” and “hunka-hunka Burnin’ Love” in recent weeks. (That’s the chianti talking. Mike is a good dude and if Jack doesn’t change the Pandora

from Bruce Springsteen and Billy Joel he’s going to paint the whole place neon orange.) Obviously, many other have also contributed to the re-do, but it’s late, I’m in pain, I’m over-medicated and I can’t remember anyone’s name. And really, it was Mike and Jose’s baby, so next time you see them out, but them a beer. SPEAKING OF BUYING A BEER, you can do that very thing at Exit Zero Filling Station from either of our two fabulous bars, tended by the effervescent [ENTER EMPLOYEE #1 NAME HERE] and the charming [ENTER EMPLOYEE #2 NAME HERE]. We can’t wait for you to meet them! So yeah, that’s the big deal I’ve been teasing all winter; we now have a liquor license which allows us to license liquor or something and I think maybe my Motrin is wearing off and oh good this tequila should help. And how do I know we have a liquor license, you might ask? Shhh, I might answer. I know because, as one of my several heroic acts last week (really, I’m like Hercules), I had to haul ass up to Trenton to submit some last-minute paperwork to secure the dang thing. Ah, the drive to Trenton. When I looked up the address on my GPS it said 89 miles. No sweat! Pop in, pop back, easy peasy, right? Yeah, no. Trenton is 122 miles and my phone is a lying asshole. (What’s with my language the last couple weeks? Jesus Christ…) But at least I got an 33 extra miles on that one stretch of I-295 that resembles Cormac McCarthy’s The Road, which is all of I-295. A couple of housekeeping notes: First and foremost, come to Carney’s, Friday the 15th at 7pm and, really, all of St. Patrick’s Day weekend, as they’re hosting all kinds of cool stuff. One of the cool stuffs they’re hosting is my amazing Beatles band, Love Me Dudes on Friday at 7. Actually got a bunch of Carney’s stuff coming up this spring and summer. For now, come to
March 7, 2019 this thing. Second and secondmost, I am heading up to New York on the 12th to attend the premiere of Exit 0, a film in which I have a blink-and-you-miss-it part. My homie Kevin Ebner has a bunch of screen time, as do other locals in locations you might recognize. As I understand it, this now makes me eligible for Best Supporting Actor Who Doesn’t Do Or Say Anything. Aside from the Beatles band at Carney’s, O’Brien & Joyce have a few other gigs. You can catch us Saturday the 16th at Cape May Distillery in Green Creek, 3-6. Sunday the 17th we’re pulling a double; 3-6 at Nauti Spirits, where we’ll be playing for the first time, then 7-11 at the newly refurbished Brown Room, which I can’t wait to see (and for which I was not invited to the Big Reveal last Monday but I’m not bitter…). Lastly this week, how did it take me this long to tell you it’s my birthday? And that I’m deeply disappointed not one person dropped off a present at the EZFS gastender booth. I enter the last year of my 40s feeling pretty good about where I’ve been and where I’m headed. I’m past caring about whether or not I’m going to “make it” (not a lot of guys get their breakout movie role or drop their first hit single at my age, but I am going to write that damn book) and am more worried about having a job (or four) I look forward to and surrounding myself with a few good people. Because a lot of jobs and a lot of people suck. Most importantly, I’ve learned never to spend nine hours crawling on the floor spreading five coats of liquid wax over cold, unforgiving tile using only a damp rag and true grit because that shit will ruin your already-ruined knees but using that big buffer can be pretty fun and I’ve clearly mixed too much medication with too much alcohol and is the cat talking to me and goodnight everybody! ’Til next week, don’t get caught in The Undertow or do drugs.

The Old Fogey
C
Ah, those good old Cape May days... by Jackson D’Catur
all that a winter? Why, it doesn’t even deserve a capital W! I have had a colder time opening the door on my electric refrigerator than that paltry cool spell we just endured. At no stage did I even have to dig out my winter overcoat (an impressive made tweed item that once was made for The King Of Scotchland, or so the traveling tailor assured me), and most days took my morning constitutional stroll with Young Albert dressed only in my breeches, a white shirt unbuttoned to the belly button and rolled to the elbows, and a neckerchief (worn around the neck rather than protruding from my back pocket, as that, dear reader, signals an entirely less mundane signal than “I am warm and may need to mop my brow”, I assure you). Of course, this look also happens to show off to great effect some of my tattoos, specifically the three-masted sailing ship on my chest and stomach, whose sails flap as in a gale when I breathe deep, and the twin names tattooed on my forearm — “Aloysius” on the left and “Ma” on the right. But really, I am disappointed. The older
admirers of my impressive column will recall the Big Winters of days past, when the snow flakes were the size of hubcaps and drifts of 200 feet were commonplace. Why, more than once, we were snowed into The Brown Room for weeks on end. I remember the Storm of ’45, we ran out of food in the bar, and after we had consumed all of the olives and peanuts, then the carpets and padding from the chairs, we were forced to draw lots as to who of our gathering would volunteer to be be eaten. Well, I have had my run-ins with cannibals and had
Find Your Way Back...
no intention of being dinner to a bunch of bar flies, so I gently rigged the draw to ensure that the short straw was pulled by poor Wally Herbert, from Ocean City. Let me make it clear that his selection was in no way linked to his city of origin. It was in fact because Wally weighed in at a beefy 300lbs. The Ocean City part was just happy coincidence. In the end, he grilled up very nicely, and was the origin of our little-known (oops) and slightly less than legal anniversary cookout that takes places on the same date every decade. You must come along next time, especially if you are from Ocean City. Note, no Wildwooders — they’re gristly. So I consulted Ma D’Catur’s Family Almanac, which is the source of a great many wise things and many cruelties, too (as was the lady herself). The lady may have been a sadist of no small magnitude, but she had The Gift, and correctly predicted the annual Shoebie Invasion, not to mention the invention of Saltwater Taffy, and the meteorite strike of 2022. Oh, wait, perhaps I mentioned that one too early. Worry not, just steer cleer of Stimpson Lane then.

Catherine Dugan’s guide to getting out there... this week, midwinter murders!
here’s an odd genre of entertainment that appeals to seemingly normal people. The “cozy” mystery, in print or on television, entertains people who should have better things to do than meddle in the murder of a fictional local denizen. The “cozy,” perfected by Agatha Christie, involves a death, but the loss is less important than the puzzle. A clever detective, a good-looking sidekick, and a few wisecracks turn crime into entertainment. We tune in for the puzzle and a few giggles, happily ignoring the tragedy or the frightening murder rate in Cabot Cove, or St Mary Mead, or Midsomer. It takes a heinous death — that of a dog — to upset the viewers of Murder She Wrote or Midsomer Murders. Somehow, a dead human body doesn’t detract from the charm of a small town, the intrigue of old secrets, and the motives of nosy neighbors. No one calls for an increased police presence. Residents don’t flee in response to the danger. In the course of an episode, the murderer is caught, and townspeople carry
on with the Harvest Festival, the children’s play, or the cricket match that was rudely interrupted. There’s something oddly comforting in the discovery that the stodgy old guy wasn’t so boring; that the librarian had a hidden side; that the vicar was hiding secrets in the choir loft. Add in the appearance of soon-to-be famous actors like Sam Heughan — be still my Outlandish heart — or Emily Mortimer or recent-Oscar-winner Olivia Colman in Midsomer; or George Clooney, Bryan Cranston or Courtney Cox in Cabot Cove, and you have the ingredients
for a satisfying Friday night. The presence of great actors at the end of their careers is another bonus — look for Mickey Rooney, Philippa Law and Jenny Agutter. Thanks to East Lynne Theater Company, mystery lovers can test their faux crime-solving skills at the Henry Sawyer Inn March 8-9, March 22-23, March 29-30, and April 5-6. Guests will play detective, murderer, victim, and other crime-related characters, with a retired detective leading the investigation. The weekend includes lodging, breakfast, appetizers, desserts and a dossier containing clues to solve the murder. Reservations and payment for Murder Mystery Weekends are made through the Henry Sawyer Inn or Twin Gables Inn. For information, please contact Henry Sawyer Inn at 609-884-5667 or henrysawyerinn@ verizon.net, or Twin Gables at 609-8847332 or twgables@verizon.net. Locals who don’t need lodging can get in on the fun by contacting the Henry Sawyer Inn for information.

ARIES Good news! You will win all the hypothetical arguments you have in the shower this week (not so much next week). TAURUS You will contemplate whether Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper are actually in love in real life. You will ultimately decide they are just very good actors. GEMINI After years of trying, you will finally know the bonus round answer on Wheel of Fortune. No one will be around to witness it. CANCER You will set out to spend the weekend cleaning, organizing the house and generally being productive. You will actually spend the weekend deciding which Game of Thrones character you resemble. LEO You will be thrilled to learn the new Exit Zero Filling Station is opening this weekend. You will bring lots of friends, love everything, spend a ton of money and be very nice to your server. VIRGO You will take up roller blading on Cape May’s promenade. You will decide you are far too old for roller blading. LIBRA You will throw away the box before reading the cooking instructions. You will have to fish it out of the trash several times. SCORPIO You will travel to Atlantic City for the night. You will put it all on black and win $437.02. SAGITTARIUS You will lament snow in the forecast AGAIN. But at least you will get more wear out of your new boots from Casale’s. CAPRICORN You will find a Native American artifact on the beach. Or maybe it’s just a spear-shaped rock. AQUARIUS You will Google yourself. You will be shocked — shocked, we tell you! — by the results. PISCES For no particular reason, you will book a trip across the Delaware Bay on the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. You like big boats and you cannot lie.

The Movie Column
T
he winner of this year’s Oscar for Best Animated Feature Film is a familiar superhero in very unfamiliar surroundings. If you are a fan of the comic book genre, this one is at the top of the animation offerings for certain. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse is not your typical story about this now legendary hero. I’m assuming we all know the origin of the teenager who gets bitten by a radioactive spider to become a human with the uncanny ability to climb walls, spin webs and otherwise knock out the bad guys. There have been so many iterations in movies that I was skeptical of yet another installment. To say this episode in decades-long telling of the story is different is... an understatement. The animation is fresh, but the storyline and character development is out of this world. Can the tale of Spider-Man become folklore? Can it be told so eloquently that it becomes allegory? In this Spider-Man universe, there are many realms. That radioactive spider was
By Tom Sims of Cape May Film Society
very busy across many galaxies and other worlds. The result? And eclectic and diverse group of heroes with those same amazing powers (and a few variations). Our leading Spider-Man is once again a teenager, but this time a man of color. There is a female hero. There is a noir version of the hero. They must all come together to save... um... reality... from becoming warped by the universally evil arch-enemy, Kingpin. The villains in the show are equally praiseworthy. Kingpin is overwhelm-
ingly menacing. There’s a new spin on Dr Octopus. The action scenes are intense, but the overriding message is the real hero here. We can overcome our differences — and we can face our own doubts to rise up. More than 50 years ago, when this superhero came on the scene, it was groundbreaking. Here was a teenager, very much like us kids who were reading the comic books, and he struggled. He was not a slamdunk superhero like the days of old with Superman or Batman. He lived in the real city of New York, not Metropolis or Gotham, and he had real issues. This movie takes us into a whole new universe but — amazingly — keeps us grounded in what was real all those decades ago. Kids struggle, we all do, and we all need a hero. It’s an unbelievable day when we learn that hero lives inside of us. Thanks to everybody who joined us at the Oscar party a couple of weeks ago. On to our next event! Join us April 27 for the 2019 Cape May Film Festival, our 19th festival. Details coming soon.

T
he Answer Lady invites inquiries from gentle readers on all manner of relationship quandaries, matters of the heart and ethics. If you’d like to send a query, write to info@exitzero. us. Or, simply sit back, enjoy a cup of coffee and contemplate the wisdom herein. Dear Answer Lady My mother and grandmother keep inviting me over for dinner. When I show up, I see that it’s a pretext for setting me up with a wife. Is there no stopping this? Heartfelt though it is, I am a gay man. I’ve tried to tell them a hundred times. Neither one of them will listen. I’m the only son and they are looking for grandchildren and great grandchildren, which could happen, but not in the manner in which they envision. It doesn’t help that I have not met Mr Right, but these dinners are awkward to say the least. — Not on the Same Page Dear Not Same Page Sometimes people can’t process what is alien to their experience. Maybe they think you are using the “I’m gay” thing as an excuse when they think you don’t like the
Wise answers to perplexing questions
candidate. Or maybe they just don’t accept your lifestyle. One suggestion would be to invite a friend with you to these dinners. He doesn’t have to be Mr Right, just someone willing to help you educate mom and grandmom. Or take them out to dinner so as not to embarrass the poor female candidate. Take heed — it might take several dinners to finally nail it. Dear Answer Lady My son wants to play football. He’s in the eighth grade and pretty big for his
age. I don’t want him playing given the prevailing concussion situation, but my husband says coaches are much more informed and cautious and that he should have this experience. What experience is that? Pummeling other kids? I am SO against this. I know tryouts are weeks away but I’m already worried. — Overprotective Mom? Dear Mom The concussion problem is a real one. The Answer Lady spoke with a friend whose son has played football since middle school. They ultimately allowed him to play because they did not want him to see it as a rebel moment, but they also signed him up for wrestling and lacrosse. Wrestling has recently won out. He is now a sophomore in high school. Your son is not signing a contract and may very well end up either to no like football or find that is not where his talents lie. The underlying message is that your son needs to feel that he has a say in his life. The best approach is to all go to the Filling Station for burgers and talk it out.

Bird Droppings
Dispatches from the nation’s birdwatching capital… by Seymore Thanu
I
t’s not often you see a living tribute to a deceased ornithologist. But this morning, driving south on Route 47, I did. Perched on the water tower overlooking the state prison was a big, adult Peregrine. The species was heir to an experimental process known as hacking. The architect of the procedure was Dr Tom Cade, an ornithologist at the Cornell Lab for ornithology and author of Falcons Of The World. In the 1970s, following the extirpation of the Peregrine’s Eastern anatum subspecies, Dr Cade and his associates devised means of raising young in the lab and introducing them into the wild. The birds were a mix of several subspecies but, after initial failures, the birds were successfully reintroduced at Brigantine National Wildlife Refuge and Thompson’s Beach on Delaware Bayshore along with other locations. Several years ago, the Thompson’s Beach ‘hack box was relocated to the prison where it commands a view clear to the horizon. Dr Cade died recently at the age of 91. But before his demise I was able to thank him for his efforts in Cape May, while he attended a
m a s s a g e b o d y s c r u b s & w r a p s
meeting of the Raptor Research Foundation hosted by CMBO. Today, the progeny of that initial release are breeding on a number of structures, including the Parkway bridge over the Mullica River and Atlantic City casinos, where they make a good living clobbering Rock Pigeon. Peregrine the world over predate heavily on pigeons. In fact, one noted authority asserts, the population that collapsed because of pesticide poisoning was a vestige of the historic population which had imploded following the
demise of the Passenger Pigeon in the 1800s. Every time see that adult Peregrine on the water tower, I thank Tom Cade and Deputy Director Pete McLain of New Jersey Fish and Wildlife, who facilitated the reintroduction in New Jersey. It was not without controversy. I wrote to Dr Cade, advising that the introduction of birds to Thompson’s Beach might stress the shorebirds feasting on Horseshoe Crab eggs. But, as Dr Cade pointed out to me, Peregrines and shorebirds have been striking a balance in the Arctic for thousands of years. Be that as it may, the falcons seem here to stay. The next time you are heading up Route 47, see if you can spot one or two white-breasted falcons perched near the wooden hack box. But don’t stop your vehicle —Department of Corrections personnel will frown up on it. No birds at home? If you want to find a copy of Tom Cade’s book, you’ll be able to locate used copies online. Unlike my own Birds of Prey, Dr. Cade’s book is out of print. My two copies are not for sale. But you can check the used book section at CMBO’s Northwood Center.
