Take around 250 people, erect a giant tent on the lawn of Congress Hall, set up some amazing ice sculptures (an ice bar, anyone?!) and raise a TON of money for public projects, while doing lots of eating, drinking and general indulging. Those are the ingredients of the annual Ice Ball, which puts money into the coffers of the Fund for Cape May, which helped redo Rotary Park and is now targeting a new war memorial park in the center of the historic district.
