IT University is a young university with great ambitions and a vision for prestige in higher education, based upon the great possibilities created by the management team, the team of renowned university professors and other academic teaching staff. MIT University with its integrated units of different faculties offer a wide range of studies necessary for modern lifestyles. Management, which is an essential part of managing and organizing any business activity, can be studied at the Faculty of Management, which offers several modules that produce staff that is both theoretically and practically educated in the chosen area. We cannot imagine today's world without computers and information sciences. Therefore, the Faculty of Computer Science and Technology produces staff that is competitive with IT technicians worldwide. Global problems concerning ecology, food, water and living conditions have motivated us to approach them from a scienti c point of view and try to solve them in this way. This is exactly the kind of education the Faculty of Environmental Resources Management provides, with its study programmes for water, agriculture and food safety management. Similar to this faculty is the Faculty of Tourism Management, which focuses on environmental and rural tourism and national gastronomy, as the world has become overloaded with urban and unhealthy way of life and is constantly searching for alternative holiday destinations. Our contribution in this regards is the University's own environmental campus, located in Makedonski Brod (Peshna –Dedo Ilija), where guests are served healthy food in ecologically healthy and unpolluted environment. The Faculty of Architecture is what every society needs, as construction realized through the idea of the architecture artist is a work that remains for the generations to come. This is precisely what our students are taught, our future BSc architectural engineers at the Faculty of Architecture. In line with the students' needs and interests, as of this year students will have the opportunity to study at the Faculty of Security, Criminology and Financial Control, the Faculty of Law, International Relations and Diplomacy, the Faculty of Psychology and the Aviation College. All faculties' programmes have been created by renowned professors and experts educated at prestigious world universities. The programmes are compatible with the European ones; lectures are held in both Macedonian and English, the ECTS has been introduced, which provides students with the opportunity to transfer credits, diplomas and diploma supplements, in order to enable our students to make a simple transfer to and from other European universities, thus enabling them equal participation at the European knowledge market. This way of studying enables students from other countries to use our services in the area of education and science. MIT University is a source of knowledge which intertwines theory, practice as well as science. We have therefore established our own scienti c and research laboratories, in which our professors, students and renowned world experts constantly implement their scienti c results into the economy. In order to present this treasury of scienti c achievements before the world academic public, with our papers we participate at numerous international symposiums and conferences. Be creative, be brave and study with the best.

veryday life abounds in examples which constantly highlight the need for professional and competent management of natural resources. There is hardly any entity in our society (from an economic, social, cultural or technological aspect) which does not need quality analysis and an objective presentation of the environment conditions in their own domain.
Ecological resources are an area which is in the centre of attention worldwide. You can chose your future profession of a Manager of Environmental Resources in the domains of: national institutions, international institutions, state and local self-government, private sector, non-governmental sector, scienti c-research institutes, consulting companies and agencies, centres for information and analysis of environmental development etc. Through practical application of our scienti cresearch methods, together we will set the
standards for respecting environmental values, learn how to use natural resources in a sustainable manner, provide efficient assessment of environmental and energetic safety as well as of climate changes. You are the ones to leave an ecological“footprint“ on an international, national and local level. Organized seminars and conferences in each domain will only add to your expertise and competence in performing the so called “environmental diplomacy”. Keep up with nature's needs!
Message from the Dean

MIT ERASMUS FOR ALL ! UNIVERSITY
www.mit.edu.mk
“
The ERASMUS programme has been functioning for 26 years and is primarily aimed at students, and consists of enabling the exchange of students all over the universities in Europe.
T
he educational process is not only created through the curriculum, but is also enabled through the acquiring of additional experience, knowledge and opportunities which are usually outside the limits of availability. New possibilities and new horizons open precisely when the student shows will for this. The ERASMUS programme, with its well-known motto “ERASMUS for All”, represents an excellent opportunity for acquiring external experience, culture and knowledge in conditions which are new and previously unexplored for the students.
mituniverzitetskopje
“
The goal of the programme is creating a network of students, but primarily because of the social aspect, the basic aim is academic mobility and acquiring educational experience in other countries.
Following the needs of the students, the European trends and available capacities, the MIT University does not retell the idea for a better future, but creates opportunities for the students to experience it themselves. Walking in the name of continued achievement of new challenges, we carry out the ERASMUS programme, as is the case with all initiatives connected to better and more successful education of our students. The ERASMUS Office within MIT University is a fundamental unit cooperating with all the faculties at the University. The basic goal of the office is to create conditions for the students from the entire University to take active participation in the student educational exchange, as well as to enable the participation of professors in the academic mobility with universities from Europe. Therefore, the ERASMUS Office actively works on establishing bilateral
“
cooperation with all universities in Europe and enabling the development of the educational process, acquiring new experiences and knowledge, as well as exchanging cultural values between the Macedonian students at MIT University with their colleagues from European universities. So far we have had experience in sending students from the areas of humanities, natural and technical sciences to different faculties within the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek, Croatia, as well as to the faculties from the Alexander Dubček University of Trenčín, Slovakia. We invite all present and future students at MIT University to be part of the ERASMUS programme and acquire unforgettable experience and other forms of knowledge and educational model outside the borders of our country, at the same time representing MIT University and the Republic of Macedonia.
The ERASMUS possibilities are very large and therefore our office undertakes activities to draw them nearer to the students at our University and to enable active participation in the social ows in Europe.
