It is with that objective in mind that we recently completed and relaunched the Personal, Business Credit Cards and Point of Sale web pages. WHY WE RETIRED THE OLD DESIGN? Our aim is to provide our clients with improved online service through ease of navigation and an overall optimal user experience. As such, in keeping with our brand, we worked to create the new design, asking questions such as: 1 How can we communicate with greater clarity? 2 How can we improve the overall user experience? 3 How can we make it easier for our clients to find the information they need to contact us.

We believe that all parents have the right to compassionate, expert treatment for their little ones. WHAT WAS THE MOST CHALLENGING EXPERIENCE AS A BUSINESS OWNER AND HOW DID YOU OVERCOME IT? We wrestle constantly to make our services more accessible and convenient for our patients and their parents. Our overriding commitment to thoroughness, however, sometimes results in longer waiting times than our guests find convenient. Our doctors are now working hard to reduce such waiting periods by extending their shifts, and our organization as a whole is reforming itself through the adoption of more efficient business practices and newer technologies to assist in our daily workflow.

HOW ELSE DID THE PRODUCT HELP YOUR BUSINESS GROW? The POS machine has relieved our concerns about exorbitant transactional overheads, allowing us greater flexibility in our budget. Sagicor’s customer service team is also easily accessible by telephone and well-prepared to answer our questions quickly and accurately, enabling us to channel more of our time and effort into our primary goal of providing the best possible medical care for our children.

At Kidz Klinik we endeavour for all of our team members to be driven by a desire to enhance the quality of care that our children receive.

Where is your favourite travel destination? My favourite travel destination is anywhere I have never been before. As an Architect it intrigues me to explore different cultures and see how their architecture relates to their lifestyle. That inspires me and our firm’s design work.

What benefits of your Sagicor Bank Credit Card do you use the most? The integrated online access is perfect for always keeping on top of our finances. We continually perform checks and balances and the online access really assists with that aspect. The VIP lounge is also a great feature. I never miss the opportunity to take advantage of that benefit. I usually arrive early to my flights knowing I can take advantage of the lounge.

How often do you use the VIP Lounge when you travel and what’s the best thing about the lounge? I use the lounge every time I travel. It is a relaxed atmosphere that is perfect for starting any trip. Our firm continually strives to stay on top of client and consultant communications so the accessibility to wifi and an atmosphere where I can immerse myself in what I am doing is a real benefit. The lounge is even suitable for working through design challenges without the usual interruptions.

Why would you recommend visiting the lounge to someone who is travelling? The lounge is a great way to start either work or vacation travel. If you need to take advantage of the time before your flight to work, all the necessary facilities are there. Or, if you want to kick off your vacation with your favourite cocktail, the lounge is a perfect place for that also. Travelling these days can be hectic. The lounge is a perk that makes travelling much more comfortable.
