As we continue to improve the security features on our credit cards, all Sagicor Mastercard credit card cardholders will receive SMS/text alerts for transactions over J$20,000. These alerts will instruct cardholders to immediately communicate with Sagicor Bank’s Client Contact Centre to verify certain transactions. SMS will include the following transaction details: 1. Transaction Amount 2. Merchant Name 3. Transaction Date & Time 4. Number to call if transaction was not done by cardholder Fraud monitoring of transactions through this process is important!

UNDERSTANDING YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT
Every month, you’ll receive a statement that details a summary of your transaction and payment information. This will display total Purchases, Cash Advances, Interest and Payments, as well as your Total Earnings and Redemptions each month. You’ll need to pay attention to: 1 THE BILLING
AMOUNTS
Make sure the purchases listed are correct by comparing them to your own purchase receipts.
2 THE BALANCE DUE Keep your balance at an amount you can afford to pay off every month. Also remember to save some available credit for emergencies.
