BID to partner with GeorgiaPacific to modernize Pineland, Texas Lumber Complex

ID Group recently announced it has received an order from Georgia-Pacific to deliver a new sawmill at its Pineland, TX operation which will replace the existing stud mill. The investment will also include the addition of new debarking, log processing line, a continuous dry kiln, and a new high-speed planer. Through its industry-leading wood processing technologies and integrated solutions offering, BID will manage, design, build, equip, and provide full start-up services for the project. “We are excited to partner with the BID team again to continue expanding our manufacturing capacity and modernizing our lumber facilities in the U.S. South,”
