When I am at home and not working I enjoy drawing, crocheting, playing video games, and playing various instruments. I would love to help the freshman of this year to learn more about what it is that I do, I am also hoping to mentor some of you so that someone is there to help others when I give up my position as a club officer. One way that we can do this is through the YOF Grant which is provided to clubs to use for their service projects. However, in order for us to have a higher chance of receiving the grant, we will also need to do our own fundraisers on the side. Once we have the funds for the project, we will be able to actually go out into the community and make a difference in people’s lives. I cannot wait to see what all of the amazing people at school will be able to accomplish this year as we all work together to give Frontier Key Club its greatest and most meaningful year yet!
Hello, everyone! I hope that you all had an amazing summer. I personally spent my days down at Hawaiian Falls working as a lifeguard and getting in some extra volunteering when I could. With that being said, I am so excited to be back (and I hope that you are too )! This year, we are ramping up to have our best Key Club year ever! I know that may not sound like a lot because it’s our second year, but in my opinion, any improvement is good improvement, and we definitely have our signs pointed upwards. There are so many fun and inspiring things that we have planned this year from fundraisers, small projects around the school, helping out local organizations, and helping out our community; however, the thing that I am most looking forward to is our big year-long community service project!
BigGoalsandBigRewards!
One of the main objectives of each local Key Club is to start and complete their own community service project by the end of the year. As treasurer, I will be responsible for raising the funds for this project.

InterestMeetingNews!
Our first meeting of the year was an interest meeting to inform the new freshmen and anyone else who wished to join Key Club this year, with details of what Key Club is and how they can join. Frontier is a pretty small school and our Key Club is usually less popular than our Student Council. However, we had to move rooms from a regular classroom to our Green Room which is a little more than double the size of the original meeting location. We had to switch rooms as our first choice was overflowing with people that had shown up. Members from last year, our Officers for this year, and our Advisor were so excited to see how many new people were interested in being a part of Key Club! After our interest meeting, we will be holding our first official Key Club General Meeting on 08/30/2022. We have planned to have the elections for Sophomore and Freshmen Representatives to be held at the beginning of the meeting. We then will go into describing the volunteering opportunities that we have for them. Next, the officers will explain the committees in which they are in charge and give examples of what each committee will be doing this year. Then lastly, if time allows we will separate into our different committees and get this volunteering year officially underway!
