The Thirst Project is a non-profit that's compromised of high school and college students. Their goal is to help provide clean water to countries that need it. They chose water because of all the young people dying from dirty water. Waterborne diseases are responsible for more easily preventable young deaths than HIV, Malaria, and all world violence combined. Since children have weak immune systems that can't beat diseases like Cholera, Dysentery, or schistosomiasis.
