your inner vintage self as the 20-year fashion rule has proven its power once again! Corduroy, a fabric recognisable by its tufted cords, was an essential part of a cold-weather wardrobe back in the 70’s and the same happened in the 90’s when it walked shoulder to shoulder with grunge fashion. It may not be super stylish then, but it definitely is now.

so many fashion trends coming and going, a flattering pair of smart trousers seems like a fail-safe investment. Just like jeans, they have literally saved hundreds of bad outfit decisions, and still look around-the-clock chic! Why are cropped pants so adorn this season? Probably because of their versatility and the power to transform a feminine business attire into a chic night look. Seen on fashion insiders and jet-setters like Olivia Palermo, look no further to see how it’s done. It may be a good idea to add a pair of cropped trousers in your shopping cart RN!

season romantic silk scarfs were spotted all over the AW18 runways thanks to fashion houses such as Gucci, Valentino, Versace and Chanel who embraced the retro vibes with a modern touch. They all went with bold motifs and so did the high street retailers, offering affordable options in vibrant colours and feminine prints. In what is set to be one of the most elegant trends this season, the key is finding the right balance between functionality and style. If the 60’s Audrey Hepburn headscarf knots aren’t your thing, consider a more subtle version with a ponytail scarf or hairband. While the rest of the safari wildlife screams go big or go home, the mock croc is a perfect choice for anyone who’s more comfortable with toned down everyday essentials. GANNI Callie leather cowboy boots, £370 at MyTheresa

These shoes are made for walking By Zuzana Branderska

Madonna singing “Don’t tell me” at the beginning of the 2000s? Well, we all wanted to wear not only a cowboy hat and bootcut jeans but also those elongated boots. Fast forward a few years and here we go again! I mean, if designers like Fendi, Off-White and Emporio Armani couldn’t resist the cowboy style booties in their fall collections, we should at least give it a try, right? It’s not necessary to own a farm in the countryside to wear this trend. These boots are made for dancing, so make it count as all the icons did in 70’s fashions. You can easily style them with a flowy boho dress or pleated midi skirt with denim or leather jacket as a street style piece of art. In order to create a classy look, make sure, that the dress length is max above the knees and not shorter. Your mantra here is the longer, the better! On the other hand, if you feel like you want to enhance your country look, even more, wear skirt separately - add a denim button-up with a statement buckle belt. If you are more jeans kinda gal, you can totally style your cowboy boots as well. Roll up the hem of your boyfriend destructed jeans right where a line of the booties ends, so the rollup stays visible. You can also elongate your legs by tucking skinny black jeans into the same colour cow boots. And finally, if you prefer a pair of flare jeans, just wear it over the shoe, but make sure the jeans do not cover the booties completely. ISSUE 4 | FASHIONTOGO-FTG.COM

This year, designers brought it back stronger than ever inspired by the 90’s influences that has taken the year by storm. Think Alicia Silverstone in Clueless and you get the idea. Wear it head-to-toe or choose one statement piece in plaid, whatever makes you feel more comfortable. To make the look more fashionable, be bold and match plaid with florals or 90’s graphic tees. This year mismatched is the way to nail the look. If you are new to the trend, invest in a glen plaid blazer and match it with black jeans and booties to look royally chic. Explore the excotic with animal print By Zuzana Branderska

This

season, animal print hits the runways and retailers with the strongest comeback ever, but not everyone is a huge fan of this trend. However, if you master the art of styling the print, you will become addicted to it every season, I promise! So where to start? If you don’t feel like going head-to-toe in leopard, start including smaller printed accessories. Spice up your favourite jumpsuit in a solid colour with a nice leo belt. In case you are attending a special event, complete your LBD with the printed clutch - no matter if it’s a snake, zebra or leopard again. The option is also to start with the less contrasting colour in the pattern, so in order to achieve an overall harmonic look search for the print that is more muted think black snakeskin print on dark grey jeans.

@branderosa_

If you are comfortable with wearing animal print in its fullest bold beauty, always keep in mind that it’s the statement piece, therefore don’t overdo it with any other massive accessories. Otherwise, the entire styling could look cheaper than it actually is. Don’t forget to pay attention to the size of the print as well, especially if you are petite. If the details on the print are too big, it is likely, that the pattern looks too heavy for such body type. Therefore search for more delicate animal print. In general, prints like leopard, snake or zebra go well with any pop of red - starting from beauty - red lips and nail polish - through vibrant accessories like a backpack or any type of booties. Especially for leopard - mustard yellow creates miracles with its black and brown tones. Credits: Flaunter

You

may think we are talking about mixing different prints and patterns, but this is a rather stylish patchwork trend that has been around this spring and carried on into the autumn. I believe we can all agree that patchwork or “sewing together pieces of fabric into a larger design” (according to Google) is no groundbreaking fashion trend, yet one of those nee@monika.m_photography dlework skills which probably go under the “classic designs our grandmas used to make” category. However, seems that fashion designers really took that granny knowledge and inspiration and breathe a new life into the most unique and stylish dresses and top you can wear this season. Obviously, many mixed prints in just one piece of clothing may be a bold statement and sometimes it takes some basic accessories to tone it down, but it’s a fun one as it’s quirky. Teddy bear coat Can it get more comfy and chic than this? By Fheirn Gibson

NEW LOOK Cream teddy coat, £39.99

Now

that summer is sadly coming to an end, it is time to start splurging on a new Autumn/Winter wardrobe. One trend that is a must-have and that is dominating all outerwear this autumn is the Teddy Bear coat, which has become increasingly popular again. With the majority of retailers including Zara and Topshop selling them, they are so easy to get your hands on. They are stunning, comfortable, versatile and faux, so what isn’t to love about them? From doing some research on Instagram I have come across two main ways that favourite fashion bloggers are styling their teddy bear jackets.

ISSUE 4 | FASHIONTOGO-FTG.COM

Firstly, teaming up their teddy bear jackets with a loungewear co-ord and some chunky trainers, all of the bloggers dressed up their outfits with a selection of layered necklaces and other types of jewellery. Another one that was probably the most popular was a combination of a knitted jumper, jeans and some statement boots. Again, accessorising has been a big part of this outfit trend so with this particular outfit mini cross body bags were a focal point. Overall, this is a trend to definitely jump on board with as it’s only going to grow in popularity over the coming months.

Nothing

completes an outfit more than a statement shoe and this year there are two hot trends you need to step your feet into; loafers and pointed flats! The return of the loafer has been fueled by designers such as Gucci which saw a rise in the loafer trend last season and it seems the return of this footwear is not going anywhere! Being a hit with the likes of Kendall Jenner and Jennifer Aniston, the loafer is a fashion must have this season. The loafer is a classic fashion staple, adding elegance to any outfit. High streets such as Zara and Topshop have caught onto this fashion craze making it affordable for everyone! The versatility of the loafer allows for a 9-5 girl-

boss vibe or a more casual look when paired with jeans and a jumper. The loafer is a wardrobe staple this season and one I will definitely be investing in; and so should you! Loved by fashion influencers and appearing on the catwalk, the pointed flats are another footwear phenomenon this season. Like the loafer, the versatility of the pointed flat is demonstrated through the ever-changing on-trend print of the season. Whether it’s snake print, leopard or a classic black patent, the pointed flat is one of the most versatile wardrobe staples to make any outfit feel put together. From Primark to Valentino, the return of the pointed flat is suitable for everyone.

Mango created Take Action programme, H&M Conscious collection...what other retailer do to deal with fast fashion and its consequences By Melanie Gigante @melaniegigante

FASHION Hot topic

We

all love fast fashion retailers that allow us to live the champagne life on a lemonade budget. Many of us don’t have the money to constantly buy high-fashion designer clothing on a weekly basis to update our wardrobe with the latest fashion trends. Nowadays we have access to retailers like, H&M, Zara, Forever 21 and others that produce inexpensive clothing in response to the latest trends in the market. Most of these clothes are meant to start wearing down after a few washes. Many end up in landfills after a few months. Unfortunately, having immediate access to many of these fashion trends makes the fashion industry one of the largest pollutants in the world. To start off, the majority of the garments made at low cost are made in developing countries like Bangladesh, Uzbekistan and others which are far away from their destination country. Secondly, many of the raw materials like cotton come from China, US, India and Brazil, which means they have to travel sometimes halfway around the

Reformation world to the assembly country with cheap labour costs, to then be shipped to the country where they will be sold. We don’t have an exact count on carbon footprint, but we know that they are burning fossil fuels as they travel across the world. Then we have the pesticides used to keep the cotton safe from pests and the side effects this has on the population. The problem with slavery in these developing countries that use children for sequin dresses and beading at homes, the long working hours of these employees and the poor working conditions. The list goes on. In response to these dark practices, many companies are on trying to salvage their reputation by employing better environmental and labour practices. Some companies have been founded on the principle of making sustainable fashion companies. These are some of the brands that are successfully making a difference in the fashion world.

The fabrics used to create the garments are sourced from super sustainable materials, deadstock fabrics, and repurposed vintage clothing. In addition, their lead time for a dress from design to finished product is a month which allows them to have fast-fashion based on a demand of stock.

Sardin

In order to avoid overproduction, they only work on a pre-order basis. They are exclusively released in collaboration with major international brands to then be ordered in the next 30 days to then be responsibly produced by the brand and shipped directly to the consumer.

Patagonia Besides their environmental business practices which carefully take into consideration the sourcing of the garment, outstanding quality fabrics and textile treatment, they also offer a program where they repair or repurpose their clothing.

Stella McCartney Committed to the environment, animals and the people, their garments come from sustainable viscose, regenerated cashmere and organic cotton.

AFTER SUMMER SKIN CARE

3 steps to skin radiance By Jo Manchester www.joannanaturals.com

beauty products that can actually reinforce and help to protect the skins own natural structure and barrier function. With so many plant-based ingredients available there is something available to suit pretty much all skin types. With this in mind, it becomes easier to adopt a targeted skincare routine to suit your own skin. So what exactly is a good skin care routine? The very basics of a skin care routine should include 3 elements. Cleanse, nourish and hydrate. Just like our bodies need food and water to stay healthy, so does our skin.

Skin cleansing Your facial cleanser is the backbone of your skin care collection. It’s critical in preparing your skin for its nourishment and hydration and active ingredients will be better absorbed if applied to a clean surface. A light wash off product used twice daily is ideal. Oil cleansing is also becoming increasingly popular and can be good for problem skin. Your skin should be left feeling soft and supple. If you find that your skin feels tight after cleansing opt for a product better suited to dry skin. Equally. if your skin still feels a bit oily opt for a product better suited to oily skin.

Your

skin care routine is important and personal part of your daily life. We are all unique and our skin types vary. Lifestyle, diet, hormones and any number of other factors can influence the way our skin behaves and with the ever-increasing options available, making informed product choices can seem impossible. We are often left baffled as to what a good skin care routine is. I’m a big advocate of using natural products. Natural and indie beauty is a rising trend with many consumers opting to seek out niche natural formulators instead of the big high street brands. Natural plant-based oils and extracts often mimic the skins natural structure, meaning that the skin receives them well. Formulators are able to produce high performing natural

Plant-based facial oils and serums can be a potent addition to your skincare routine. High in essential fatty acids, antioxidants and skin restorative ingredients, they are designed to penetrate down into the deeper layers of the epidermis where they can work their magic. To actually make a positive difference to your skins natural structure and health an active ingredient has to be able to penetrate deep enough to reinforce at a cellular level and beyond. Your skin is very good at repairing itself. A good product will help and encourage your skins natural repair process and help protect it from further damage.

suit dry skin.

Your skins sebum contains fatty acids that are grouped into omegas such as omega 3, 6, 9 and saturated fats. It’s your skin’s oil production that in part determines your skin type. Oily and blemish prone skin often makes more oil than is really needed and dry skin not enough. Oily blemish prone skin may also lack in essential fatty acids, which are omegas 3 and 6 and have an abundance of omega 9 oleic acid, which is thicker and can be more likely to cause blocked pores and inammation. In simple terms, when you choose the right products for your skin type you can help to balance what your skin does naturally but may not be doing quite right. Facial oils and serums high in essential fatty acids are great for oily, blemish prone skin, and those higher in oleic acid better

Skin nourishment - facial oils and serums

Antioxidants

Skin hydration

Damaged skin cells play a big part in accelerating the skins natural ageing process. This is where antioxidants come into play. They can help to prevent cell damage caused by environmental factors such as free radicals occurring. This, in turn, can help to slow down your skins visible signs of ageing. The key here is skin protection. Fruit oils such as raspberry, blueberry and pomegranate are good sources of antioxidants. Rosehip oil is also a great skin rejuvenating ingredient. High in natural vitamin A, its great for mature, damaged and problem skin. Any age group can benefit from using serums and facial oils designed to protect. Prevention is better than cure and looking after your skin from a young age can help prevent skin problems in later life.

Moisturising Your water-based moisturiser is your skin’s hydration. It’s also likely to contain water attracting ingredients like hyaluronic acid, which attract and hold moisture near the skin’s surface. They can have a skin plumping effect giving the illusion of a fuller, more youthful look where lines are filled and less obvious. Good hydration is critical to keeping the skin barrier function smooth and in good repair. This, in turn, helps to prevent your skin from absorbing and becoming irritated by environmental allergens. Moisturising should leave your skin feeling soft, smooth and hydrated. Oily skin benefits from light lotion or gel style moisturisers while dry skin may need a richer cream. Remember you are unique and your skin care routine is personal to you. Don’t be afraid to try new products and brands. Experiment and find what works best for you and your skin.

THE TRUTH BEHIND

Hair extensions

beauty industry is speedily evolving and what we consider to be beautiful is being redefined every day. There will be a new advertisement that will tell you what your skin needs or how you should look on a date, and though it is impressive of what we can achieve from products there is an unsaid price that is paid for it. One such beauty hazard - hair extensions! Hair extensions are a rage; from Kylie Jenner hairstyles to mermaid hair colours, the range of extensions is simply wild and we get why- they instantly add volume to your hair and can significantly enhance the look, styling it however and whichever way you wish. They come in so many shades and textures that they seamlessly blend with your natural hair, making it impossible

for someone to even notice. But don’t let that sweep you off your feet and have you rushing to the parlour; there is a process that you should be aware of before succumbing to the urge. Not so pretty side of the story The hair business can be compared to the tip of an iceberg; there is a lot going on behind the scene that we don’t often get to hear. The human hair trade is growing at an alarming rate of 40% annually, which makes it a multi-billion pound market. In one such research, it was unveiled that these hair go towards ISSUE 4 | FASHIONTOGO-FTG.COM

making hair extensions, fake lashes, wigs, and fertilizers and amino acids used in the dough (for example, pizza, bagels, etc). In an article on Priceeconomics, Alex Mayyasi wrote ‘Barber shops and salons collect and sell hair—both long hair sold to fashion companies and short hair sold cheaply to be used as stuffing, fertilizer, or, once broken down into component chemicals, in industrial uses ranging from food to pharmaceuticals. Waste pickers scrounge hair from trash and dumpsters.’ Most of the hair comes from India and China, where people who cannot meet their basic needs are forced to sell them. high that these countries sell it to Europe and the United States for at a profitable rate. There were instances where women complained about their hair being forcefully shaved. One Indian woman told The Guardian, “I was held down by a gang of men who hacked at my hair.” There are people who donate their hair at the pilgrimage and the temples auction them later. Since shaving hair is a voluntary act, it is not an offence to sell them. In fact, in the 1990’s the Indian government banned the mass burning of hair as it polluted the environment by releasing harmful gases like ammonia. purchased and taken to the warehouses for the cleanse. It has ‘sweat, lice and blood’ and so, the hair is untangled and cleaned, washed and dyed, and then made into a wig or whichever purpose it was bought for. If there was a way you could see where and how the hair you plan to wear is coming from, it might make your stomach churn. Most people do not really bother themselves with the hygienic aspect of it and so whether the hair was singled out from a dumpster or sold or donated, it does not really faze them for hair is just a commodity.

BEAUTY The industry

DOUBLE STANDARDS

Misleading beauty brands

the last few years, cruelty-free and vegan markets rapidly grew, showing there’s much-needed demand for ethical makeup and beauty products. In response, many new beauty brands emerged on the market while the existing ones tried to keep up with the changes. One of those is Unilever, a corporation which recently launched a new eco line of personal care products Love Beauty and Planet, as a way of promoting a sustainable and conscious lifestyle, while another one, cosmetic giant L’oreal, did a similar thing by advertising their organic hair line Botanicals which includes vegan products too. Once again, the company is committed to sustainability

and the environment. What many people don’t know is thefact that both brands are selling their products in China, which is one of the few countries that require animal testing by law, although the companies proudly promote alternative methods. Only 6 of Unilever’s brands are PETA certified as cruelty-free, however, the list doesn’t include Love Beauty and Planet which makes is unclear whether the brand is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. Although they are targeting new audiences such as vegans, it seems these brands are ignoring the fact that this type of a customer is even more ethically conscious, and probably well

ISSUE 4 | FASHIONTOGO-FTG.COM

aware of animal testing. Obviously, it’s a result of a good marketing strategy and a perfectly timed response for the demand of eco cosmetics since modern customers are ethically and environmentally conscious more than ever. They are trying to convince millennials to the benefits of sustainable living but fail to actually make any difference with issues such as animal testing. Hopefully, this will change, not only for the sake of the environment, animals and health, but our society too.

FEEL-GOOD LIVING

How to hygge IN AUTUMN autumn has officially arrived, bringing along dark long nights and less sunshine which, we admit, can be a bit depressive. However, we won’t let that feeling takes all the good things about the new season, right? We prefer to see all the positives and embrace that Scandinavian culture of good living and the attitude of gratitude. So how to get that cosy feeling in your home after a long working day? Hygge is all about the homey atmosphere which means creating the feeling of warmth with soft lightings such as candles and fairy lights. Don’t forget about soft furnishings too, because snuggling up into cosy pyjama under your favourite blanket with a good read and a warm cup of tea has its charm, doesn’t it? With increased levels of stress and depression in everyday life, it came just in time for many people to learn how to prioritize and enjoy the little things. LIFESTYLE Everyday life

The ones lucky enough to have a working fireplace can enjoy a relaxing sound of a roaring fire, but what we can all do is meditate, go for daily walks, or even start a diary! It’s really about surrounding yourself only with people and things you love, such as a good old dinner with family and friends or homemade food and mulled wine. Leave the drama behind, as well as negative energy, frustration or bad attitude, rather learn how to be more present in a moment and how to feel grateful. Declutter your physical environment (or bad relationships!) which will help to get rid of the unwanted items, but to clear your mind too. Take pleasure in the little things in life and embrace the simplifying lifestyle, not only to relieve stress and anxiety but to create harmony and peace.

FOOD AROUND LONDON

Best brunch spots By Lia Chaudry

@sassysavvyadventurer

Morito

HAKNEY ROAD If you go east, you can find Morito on Hackney Road, which makes it makes it feel like a neighbourhood spot. It’s always busy, and that’s because the food all around is fantastic! You’ll find a Mediterranean/North African twist on brunch, and it’s a good way to break the habit of standard avocado toast spots. Recommendation: The poached eggs with spinach and chilli butter is a must order, and the bougatsa - a Cretan filo pastry with fresh cheese, sugar and cinnamon - is very good as well.

Sunday

ISLINGTON

The best pancakes in Islington can be found in Sunday! Despite it being in the middle of nowhere, Sunday is ALWAYS packed at the weekend with people after those pancakes! Queues can often be over an hour long, even in the middle of the afternoon. Having said that I often suck it up and wait! Recommendations: brioche french toast and chicken and waffles.

You’re waking up slowly at the weekend, with or without a hangover and you’re hungry! It’s not quite breakfast time, not quite lunch so you need brunch! Brunch is a meal fully open to any possibility, whether it’s prosecco and pancakes you’re after or a good old-fashioned full English breakfast. That’s why I’ve scoured the UK’s capital city to bring you the best brunch options in London.

The Botanist

BROADGATE CIRCLE

STOKE NEWINGTON When it first opened, The Good Egg in Stoke Newington had queues around the corner for its shakshuka! Offering an all-day brunch menu, this East London restaurant will satisfy your granola, French toast or bagel cravings. It was founded by three friends in 2013, and its menu is inspired by Tel Aviv’s streetfood stalls, with influences from New York and Montreal’s Jewish delis and bakeries woven into the menu and decor, you’ll immediately notice the baked cheesecake and States-inspired bar stools! Recommendation: Shakshuka – a vegetarian baked egg dish accompanied by tomatoes, peppers and herbs, which is served in a frying pan. Go wild and add a side of halloumi to really dazzle those taste buds!

This classy eatery in the heart of the City is perfectly located for business breakfasts – but then again, if you’re up for a bit of fun at the weekend, you can upgrade your breakfast to a three-course Bottomless Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays! Indulge in all you can drink Prosecco, Mimosas or Bloody Marys over a starter, main and dessert – if you’re STILL hungry by then or leave room for the sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch and cornflake milk ice cream! Recommendations: The soft shell crab ‘benedict’ – a classic egg and muffin arrangement, accompanied by whole crab claw fried in a light tempura-style batter, and a spicy jalapeño hollandaise.

Ottolenghi

SPITAFIELDS

The Spitalfields location of Ottolenghi is definitely a favourite of people around the town! It’s not like usual “Brunch” places full of crowds and tables stuck together, in fact, it is the opposite of that. It’s a calming, minimal place to grab something in the morning, and all of the food is great but definitely worth booking ahead! Recommendation: sweet corn and polenta cakes with a poached egg or the legendary shakshuka!

Swan

SHAKESPEARE’S GLOBE

KING’S ROAD Dishoom harks back to the old Irani cafes of Bombay using the highest quality ingredients. The Indian breakfasts offer delicious alternatives to traditional British, from bacon naan rolls to The Big Bombay fry-up. The breakfast lassi is practically a meal in itself, while the Chocolate Chai tastes like Christmas. Great food and beautiful interior make Dishoom a wonderful place to start the day! It’s also a real credibility move if you want to please a crowd AND sound like you know things! Recommendation: Try the spicy scrambled eggs or Keema Per Eedu A Parsi power breakfast or spicy chicken keema studded with chicken liver, topped with two runny-yolked fried eggs and salt crisp-chip.

Located in the iconic Shakespeare’s Globe, Swan is a riverside retreat fitting for any brunch connoisseur! The restaurant’s Executive Chef, Allan Pickett serves polished British classics with a French twist – think Lake District bacon served in fluffy, buttery brioche buns! There are a number of highlights scattered across the menu; from the homemade spicy beans served al-dente (different for a change!), to a square of black pudding for those meat lovers! Recommendation: For the more health-conscious patrons, order the Homemade Swan muesli made with ancient grains and seeds, served with lashings of Bermondsey honey and coconut yoghurt!

Duck and Waffle HERONSGATE

Teetering on the 40th floor of London’s 230-metre-high Heron Tower, the views alone are worth getting up for and it’s open 24/7! But the breakfasts are pretty spectacular too! As the name suggests, the signature dish is Duck and Waffle - a twist on American staple chicken and waffle and perfectly weighty if you’ve had a long night. Watch out for the specials, though - it has many strings to its bow and specials on the sweetand-savoury waffle theme! Just make sure you book well in advance! Recommendations: The duck and waffle. There aren’t any surprises when your food turns up - two brilliantly fluffy waffles, a generous slab of crisp-skinned duck confit, a fried duck egg and a jug of spiced maple syrup.

LIFESTYLE Diet

What has

10 years of vegetarianism

a vegetarian, it’s funny to hear how vegetarianism is considered as an alternative diet. There are many reasons people ‘give up’ on meat, whether is because they dislike the taste of it, animal welfare and the empathy towards them or maybe the environmental reasons. For me, it’s all the three. This year I will be celebrating 10 year anniversary being a vegetarian, although I never looked at it that way, it’s a milestone. There’s isn’t an exact date when I stopped eating meat, neither it’s important. The important thing is it’s changed my life, and most importantly, it changed my perspective. The first one is quite simple; people often don’t understand what vegetarianism means, well, maybe not most of them, but a lot. There are many misconceptions about it, which means I’ve been asked many questions (most of them were not the smart ones!). The one thing I dislike the most is when people want you to explain why you went down the veggie road, almost like you need to justify or clarify your lifestyle. And there are those ‘Don’t you miss a burger?’ type of the questions where you just gently shrug your shoulders. ISSUE 4 | FASHIONTOGO-FTG.COM

Dining out sometimes takes an effort,

luckily there are at least two or three vegetarian or vegan choices in most restaurants and pubs in London. However, I’ve visited many places around Europe where you can barely find anything that’s more creative than veggie pasta. Sometimes it takes an effort but I did manage it for such a long time, so I wouldn’t say it’s a big deal.

it, but it’s possible, especially for those who love to show off their cooking skills. I’ve been cooking vegetarian meals inspired by the most popular world cuisines for over 10 years. Spaghetti, burgers? Yep, everything! It really isn’t expensive to be a vegetarian, quite the opposite - there are many veggie inspired dishes which are inexpensive and easy to make, as well as food brands that are offering really good meat alternatives. You will benefit from taking extra vitamins; it’s not necessary, but it Sometimes it can definitely be a good thing to take vitamins for vegetarians especially for those who experience fatigue or tiredness. I know many meat lovers who takes an ef- are not taking any in belief that meat provides all the necessary minerals fort, but it’s and proteins, however, research says that nutrients such as vitamin C, beta-glucan and different types of fibres come only from fruits and vegetables, rewarding while iron, zinc and calcium can be found in both meat and veggies. Take too. in mind that natural vegetarian proteins can also be found in tofu, seitan, quinoa and beans too. Lastly, the ethics, but who cares about that. No, I’m joking. Once you go with this road, you will feel happy for doing it. Obviously, any type of diet is a personal choice, and vegetarianism has its pros and cons. In 10 years, I never pursued anyone to go vegetarian and I never will, as I truly believe everyone can make its own decisions and set priorities the way he or she feels it’s right. small business owners, entrepreneurs, bloggers and influencers created successful careers from the comfort of their home. We often don’t see all the hard work, time and money put into a business, but what helps to ensure success is a good and organised work space. Any professional would agree that an efficient work requires suitable equipment such as a computer, monitor and a keyboard, but you would be surprised how many companies believe a good quality work can be done on a small laptop, without a keyboard or a mouse which is quite funny and unrealistic in a digital era, especially for everyone working in a creative industry (Photoshop, really?).
