De-stress using Magical Creations EFT We all know that our children are the next generation, if we can help them to feel safe and secure, then surely our world will become a better place. The question is, do we know how to create that safe space within them to allow them to be free and happy? Can we help them create the life they choose without fear or lack? Perhaps you have said words to your child that reminded you of words said to you by your mother or father. Then afterwards cringed at the very thought, because you remember how those words made you feel when you heard them as a child. The cause of this is something called "epigenetics". We are carrying through our parents and grandparents thinking through to our next generation. The time to stop the negative thoughts and perceptions is now, it's time to create new ones that allow ourselves and our children to feel emotionally free. The children of today are so different to us, that we can learn as much from them as they can from us. I am a psychologist and a Master Practitioner/Trainer in EFT but I am also a parent of two children aged 7 and 5. They have taught me more about myself than any degrees I may have gained. This leads me to talk to you about, and share with you, the Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT. I have found EFT to be a useful and profound healing tool since I added it to my therapy practice around 5 years ago. I realised that talking therapy was not the answer and only addressed the surface issues and that EFT got to the root cause. Something I had been searching for since working as a trauma therapist in child protection for 15 years. After training in EFT I watched people transform and let go of years of stress and trauma that had been holding them back. They looked younger, their bodies felt free, and most of all they felt emotionally free for the first time in their lives. EFT is a simple and gentle tapping technique used on certain points on the face and body that allows us to release stress and unwanted emotions. These unwanted emotions are never about today and just a reaction from the past but we react as if we are a child. This stress can lead us to eventually be unwell and may even lead to disease at a deep level. Picture the scene. It’s a school day and you are running late, you end up getting stressed, possibly shouting and you and your children are in a

4

heightened state of anxiety. Not a great place to be, and I have been there. No one is the adult in that situation, I smile as I write this. Imagine if you had a tool you could use to not only calm you down instantly but also to teach your children to use to calm themselves down. Just say the words and tap ‘Even though I have this stress, I am a good parent anyway’ whist breathing in 3 times. Do this on the karate point on the hand (shown on the diagram in the centre of this page) if you can. Then just tap your collar bone and say the same 3 times. Then on each point shown on the diagram, tap a few times and say ‘This stress, I let it go’ Then a round of positives ‘I am a good parent and I accept myself’, do this on the points and there you go, you will feel calmer and more able to cope. Watch as your children ask what you are doing and get them to join in. Get them to say ‘ I am happy and excited to be me’ ‘I am looking forward to the day’ or something similar and to tap all the points. Watch as they calm down. What EFT does scientifically is to change the perceptions of belief by changing the neural pathways in the brain. We can form new neural pathways all the time, however old beliefs keep us in the same pattern of thinking, which is not usually ours as it is formed from conception to the age of 7 years. Children are our next generation. They have the minds to create the world into whatever they desire. They can help us to create an abundant and beautiful world. If children feel fear, guilt or lack of self-worth, it can be hard for them to magically create. Help your child to remember that they are amazing and that they can magically create their life. I work with adults and children and run courses to help you release old perceptions of belief that can hold you back and have developed many other powerful techniques to clear unwanted emotions instantly. Contact Susan on 07737100254 or send an email to susan@susankennard.co.uk Visit the website www.susankennard.co.uk If you would like to know more about EFT, book a session or to book a place on my next course, "Magical Creations". The course will teach you how to use EFT with children and is held on Sunday 19th April near Battle, East Sussex.

Kent & East Sussex Railway Charity Pump Trolley Challenge A Comic Relief event with a difference will take place on the Kent & East Sussex Railway on ‘Red Nose Day’ Friday 13th March when a team of 10 railway staff and volunteers will attempt a 100-mile ‘pump trolley challenge’ along the line from Tenterden to Bodiam. Pump trolleys, once used for ferrying track maintenance crews around railways, have often appeared in films and TV shows often giving a comic touch to a scene featuring trains. Jemma Hosmer said “the railway is pleased to be able to hold an event in aid of Comic Relief and to tackle 100-miles on a pump trolley is going to take some considerable effort from all those taking part, especially when it comes to climbing some of the railways steeper gradients and in particular, the long climb from Rolvenden up to Tenterden but we are all up for giving it our best and I am hoping none of us will run out of puff”. Jemma continued “Our railway is very popular with children especially with our ‘Thomas the Tank Engine’ weekends and for school visits so to be able to do something for children that are less fortunate than most will give us a great deal of pleasure and we are looking forward to making our contribution on March 13th. We have already raised £500 as of today in sponsorship and anyone who can make a donation to the cause can do so by going to http:// my.rednoseday.com/sponsor/KESRPT100?fb_ref=Default

Chestnut Tree, the children’s hospice service for Sussex, is calling upon the women of East Sussex to enjoy an evening walking together under the stars whilst helping make every day count for every child being cared for by Chestnut Tree in East Sussex. Now in its sixth year, the annual ladies-only sponsored walk will take place at midnight on Saturday 16 May 2015, with four mile and 10 mile routes taking in Sovereign Harbour and seafront. The event is vital in raising money for the children’s hospice. Chestnut Tree is funded almost entirely through fundraising, with less than 8% of its income coming from central government. The charity is currently caring for 55 children in East Sussex, but there are more children who need their care. “We now have 2 nurses and a Care Support Worker based at our Eastbourne Office which means we can reach more families in East Sussex,” says Director of Children’s Services Linda Perry, “but our overall aim is to double the number of children we are caring for here. “The Night to Remember midnight walk is a great way for women to get involved and help to raise the vital funds we need to bring more services to East Sussex, and ultimately help more children.” Of course, the event is about more than just fundraising and is renowned for being a fun, friendly evening that brings women together. Danny Evennett, one of last year’s participants describes her experience: “The night was brilliant fun. The moon was bright, the marshals were all so encouraging and it really was a Night to Remember. I challenged myself, helped a very important charity and made a really great friend all in one night.” Registration for the event closes on Monday 4 May 2015 and there is a discounted early-bird entry fee of £15 for those registering before Sunday 15 March. Entry is open to women aged 16 and over and includes a fundraising pack, an exclusive t-shirt, torch and medal as well as refreshments en route and breakfast on return.

Hosting a Foreign Student Young people who have the opportunity to travel abroad perceive it as an exciting opportunity to broaden and enrich their lives. In Hastings we see more than 30,000 language students visiting the town, with the majority of those home stays. We believe the language student business contributes around £35m to the local economy. There are many language schools in Hastings and together with Sussex Police we work in partnership as members of HOSAC (Hastings Overseas Students Advisory Council) to safeguard all students that come to our town.

In conjunction with HOSAC, Sussex Police run ‘Operation Columbus’ throughout the year. We hold fortnightly meetings during the peak summer months to discuss ways in which we can make sure every student feels safe and welcome in Hastings, with more strategic planning and debrief meetings at the start and end of the main season. Most students stay with host families and the role of the ‘host’ has become more crucial to their

student visitor. Many families ‘host’ to broaden their experience and provide opportunities for their children; others do it for financial benefit. Hosting often leads to lifelong friendships. Here are some key tips should you wish to become a host family: •Encourage your student to speak English as much as possible in your home (especially if they are studying a language course). •Encourage your student to feel at home and treat him/her as a member of the family rather than just a lodger. •Try not to host more than one young person of the same native language unless by special agreement with the language school organisation. •Provide an environment in which it is possible for the student to carry on his/her studies. •Respect the student’s different cultural background and be sensitive to their needs. •Provide the student with a well balanced and appropriate diet taking into consideration any special requirements. •Maintain a close liaison with the language school and therefore be in a position to help resolve any problems that the student has during their stay. •Hold a Gas Safety certificate for your home. For more information on HOSAC please contact the HOSAC Liaison Officer – dclifford@hastings.gov.uk

One aspect that did concern me a little was that I had been suffering with back trouble for a number of years prior to this. The thought of coping with a rather large bump to upset my equilibrium was rather daunting. You see we are really put together in the most brilliant way as human beings, but we rely on bodies being well balanced and aligned to be able to cope with the unusual. This means that, if we’re not careful, one little sharp movement here, or a heavy load there, can result in agonising back pain, which once you have experienced, can be quite pesky to get rid of and, indeed, can last for years. This is not something the health service knows much about, or, with restricted resources, can give much time to. However, having been through the gamut of debilitating back pain myself, I know it is something worth thinking about and, more importantly, something you can prevent. So, you are now asking “What can I do?” The first thing to be aware of is that when the bump grows bigger, we tend to think that we need to balance this weight somehow and, subconsciously, we will start to lean backwards, thinking that we will then balance out. Try to resist this, the body will keep going there once your baby is born and you will be setting yourself up for possible back trouble later. Think of your knees! We also, again subconsciously, think we need a little structural help with the ever growing bump and we tend to lock the knees. You really don’t need to and it doesn’t do your knee joints any good. There are all sorts of ways with exercises and breathing that can help you through the actual birth; too many to mention here. Do what feels right for you. I managed a natural birth with gas and air to help. My lovely daughter couldn’t make up her mind whether she wanted to arrive and her head kept popping in and out. “Trust me”, I thought “to get one who doesn’t know whether she’s coming or going”, probably a bit like her mum! Once your adorable baby arrives there’s the whole range of back breaking activities to make you and your back groan. A tip to remember is to bend from the hips, not the waist, when you are changing nappies or lifting. Also bring the baby to you when you are breast or bottle feeding to stop you from stooping over your little one. The back works best when we use it as a whole. Think of that when you do any activities. The tips I have given come from my work as an Alexander Technique teacher. If you would like more information do get in touch www.MovingU4ward.co.uk mail@lizjeffries.co.uk 01424 465838/07929 725156 or visit the STAT website www.stat.org.uk. Pre-School Opening Hours:

When Maverick publishing sent us some books to review, we passed a couple over to St Helen's pre-school so their children could give their verdict: 'Daniel O Dowd was ever so loud' This is a story about a boy who is very loud who nearly did not make it home from space because he was so loud and did not listen. In the end Daniel learned that we do need to listen and he saved the day. The children particularly liked the rhyming words and funny illustrations. Our children liked this story and we are going to make a big spaceship like the one in the book. 'Robopop' This story talks about how two children think their Dad is a little different. So they get a Robopop, a robot that is a Dad. The Robopop had all kinds of trouble, the children soon learn that the Robopop is not the Dad that they wanted and they realised that they love their dad and the fact he is different. Our children enjoyed the story they said “you cannot hug a robot.” The children have enjoyed looking at the illustrations. Ask Alison...

Alison Waterhouse has worked with children with Additional Educational Needs for the past 22 years in both mainstream and the private sector. Initially, she trained as a Special Needs Teacher and has worked in a variety of schools and educational settings. Alison now works as an Independent Educational Consultant for Special Educational Needs and Emotional Well being in both the Independent sector and mainstream. She is involved in staff training for Young Minds and Releasing Potential and she has an Educational Psychotherapy practice. For more information, please visit www.alisonwaterhouse.co.uk. In her regular “question and answer” page she’ll be using her experience to help readers & their children with educational concerns or problems. If there’s something you’d like to ask Alison, email your question to : alison@familybuzz.co.uk

Dear Alison, Our daughter has a School Based Action Plan in place which identifies her needs and what school is doing to meet those needs. What does this mean? Is this the same as an Education Health Care Plan? We are rather confused. Thank you for your email. This is a topic that I have had a lot of enquiries about. A School Based Action Plan is a schools way of identifying that a child or young person has special needs. It allows them to work with parents to both identify those needs and then plan how they will meet those needs within school. It is part of a process that may lead to an Educational Health Care Plan however it is not the same as an Educational Health Care Plan. The School Based Action Plan (SBAP) is a document that demonstrates how school is meeting the special needs of a child. This may include requesting further reports from professionals to find out more about the needs and also enable those professionals to support school meet those needs. This can include assessments from Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Educational Psychologists or ASD support teams for example. It will also show how school will meet the needs that have been identified. This may include specialist teaching support, Teaching Assistant support through a range of interventions, support at lunchtime or through a Learning Mentor. The document will tell you the support that is being put in place, who will be delivering it, how often and for how long. It will also tell you the targets that each person involved in the plan is working towards. Once the plan has been put in place it will be reviewed every 6-12 weeks by the school in conjunction with parents. During this review the targets set will be discussed and whether they have been achieved recorded. The document is really important in showing the support put in place and whether this has made a difference and enabled the child to make progress. Each school has a budget for SEN and so Schools need to document how much support they have put around a child or young person has cost. Schools have up to £6000 within their budget to support children with SEN. Once the SBAP has been reviewed at least once it can be submitted to the Local Educational Authority for consideration for an Educational Health Care Plan. If the SEN panel feels that the evidence provided is sufficient to demonstrate the child’s SEN and the support put in place has shown to enable them to make progress then they will agree

to issue an EHCP. The EHCP includes a ‘top up’ fee for school and comes in bands. The bands represent the difference in support needed by children to enable their needs to be met. The panel will decide which band the child is in. Dear Alison, Our son is in Year 4 and has a range of literacy needs. His class teacher has told us that he has poor comprehension skills and this is having a negative effect on his progress. She has told us to work on this at home. What sort of things can we do to help him? Literacy is an area that I get many emails about from concerned parents who want to support their children but are unsure of how to do this. The purpose of reading is to be able to read effortlessly so that we can learn through reading. Therefore understanding what we read is of vital importance. Many children are able to decode and read the words on the page however this is only part of the skill. The understanding of what they are reading is the main purpose. Having a good understanding of vocabulary is one aspect of comprehension so any activities that develop vocabulary are excellent ones to play. Developing this through stories is a wonderful way of extending children’s language. Reading to children is a way of doing this as the books you can read are more challenging than the ones they would read, therefore the language in them will be much richer. Scrabble is another game that focuses on words and vocabulary, crossword puzzles and a range of games that can be found on the internet. Another area to support comprehension is encouraging children to create a picture in their mind of what is going on in the story – visualisation. This can then be represented on paper by quick and simple drawings to show the story. Get them to retell the story to you. This supports sequencing and the story format. Another key strategy to develop comprehension, is to think about the characters and what they are experiencing – this emotional link allows children to explore another person’s perspective and how this may impact on the way they behave in the story. It helps in understanding what is happening in the story and why. Dear Alison, My husband and are in the process of separating after 15 years of being together. It is a very difficult time. We have two children a 12 year old and a 5 year old, both of them are struggling in

different ways and life has become very difficult to manage. How can I support them to manage at this time? Thank you for your email. This is a question I often get asked by parents and one that can have a great impact on children. Parents separating is a really emotional and difficult time for the whole family. Children often struggle in a variety of ways. There are however many things that parents can do to help them manage. One of the most important areas to manage is the relationship between both yourself and your husband. As far as the children are concerned they love you both and need what you both have given them in the past. It can be helpful if at all possible if you are both able to show the children that no matter how you feel you will still work together to look after them and deal with any difficulties that arise. Access is another area that is important to manage in a sensitive and thoughtful way. Your children have grown up having both of you ‘on tap’ and so managing the transition to another way of being can be stressful. It can be really helpful if children can speak to whichever parent is not living with them on a daily basis. A phone call talking about their day and the things they have enjoyed as well as the difficult things can be a really positive thing. It may cause upset initially but will soon settle into a stable and positive routine. Letters, cards received in the post and emails are another way of showing them that although one parent may not be living with them they do not stop thinking about them. Knowing when they will see the parent who is no longer living with them is also very important and supporting them doing this by being positive about their relationship with that parent. Another area that is important to develop is talking to both your children about what has happened and how they feel. This is especially important at key times like birthdays and Christmas. You can help them deal with this by telling them that you can all be as creative as you like in solving these times together. Listen to what they would like to happen and discuss whether this is possible. Teach them to use a collaborative problem solving approach as this will be key to supporting them in the years ahead. For some children having an outside person to talk to is really important. A professional who is not involved, who can listen without getting emotionally caught up in the situation can be a great support.

Educational Psychotherapist

What is Educational Psychotherapy?

For parents whose children are struggling at school, stuck in their learning, anxious or depressed, who have stopped thriving or are acting out, life can become overwhelming, full of worry and confusion as they try to find help for their children. Educational Psychotherapy is a powerful approach to addressing these issues. It is a way of meeting the child’s individual learning needs, which in turn positively affects their ability to cope within the classroom. Educational Psychotherapy is a way of working with children which combines teaching with therapeutic exploration of the emotional factors triggered by learning. It is recommended for children and young people who have become ‘stuck’ due to complex emotional barriers to learning and development. Barriers to learning and development may manifest themselves as: • Poor attitudes to learning based on attachment patterns, • Failure to learn, • Withdrawal, • Difficult behaviour, • Difficulty with social interactions and friendships, • Violence or aggressive outbursts, • Physical symptoms, • Anxiety,

The

Reading Corner Whatever the season, it's never the wrong time of year for reading. Bedtime wouldn't be bedtime without a story to share. This month, we've been sent a selection of books to review by prolific children's publisher, Maverick. We handed them over to one of our trusted team of reviewers who will give you the lowdown on these stories below. To find out more about these, and other Maverick titles, visit www.maverickbooks.co.uk The Dog Detectives in an American Adventure By Zoa and Monika Suska This book is the latest in the "Dog Detectives" series and is my personal favourite. It's about the detectives travelling around the States with a possum named "Miss Imogen", in search of the Big Apple. This is a funny book and could be educational for young children. The Four Little Pigs By Kimara Nye & Marcin Bruchnalski This book offers a wonderful twist on the original Joseph Jacobs tale. Young children who love fairy tales will be delighted with this book.

This month, our books have been expertly reviewed by Jessica, from Hastings. Jessica is 11 and reading is her favourite hobby.

Preposterous Rhinoceros by Tracy Gunaratnam & Marta Costa This is a lovely book about a rhino learning to read. I think this would make younger kids, who are learning to read themselves, laugh. I thought it was a very sweet and comical story. I think all three of these books would make excellent bedtime stories for 3-6 year olds.

Anyone who’s tried to keep up with a young child will know that most are naturally physically active and love to be on the go. What’s not always obvious though is that encouraging your child to be active on a regular basis can benefit their health for their whole life. You’re never too young to learn to love exercise and active children are more likely to grow into active adults. Regular exercise will help your child develop strong muscles and bones, help them sleep and make them more alert. The NHS recommend that children between 5 & 18 have at least 1 hour of exercise per

Modelling the Spring/Summer 2015 Molly Coddle range, are (from the left) Sunnie, Lilibet, Litiana, Ella, Lily and William.

www.mollycoddlechildrenswear.co.uk Facebook.com/MollyCoddleChildrenswear THE BEAUTIFUL setting of Saltdean Beach, East Sussex was the location for a photo shoot for a local children’s dress designer recently. Tracey Edwards, owner of Molly Coddle Childrenswear, a childrens clothing company making traditional and quirky handmade clothes chose this beach because of its stunning views and amazing low tide rock pools. The adjacent WhiteCliffs Cafe made for a fantastic base for the children to relax with hot chocolates between photography sessions. She said: “It was great to use the beach as a backdrop to my new Spring range for children". “Saltdean Beach is a stunning setting, and the children modelling the clothes really enjoyed themselves. The new Molly Coddle Spring range has a huge traditional British seaside influence ... sun ... sand ... sea ... holidays of yester year ... golden sandcastles ... halcyon days! It includes playful fabric prints featuring beach huts, boats, nautical anchors, oceanic sea life, mermaids and much more. ”

22

Tracey has worked with Lewes based photographer Rosie Wooldridge who specialises in childrens portrait photography since the launch of her business. Her style of photography embraces natural light in amazing locations, for info visit: rosiewooldridgephotography.com. Tracey, created her online business in 2011 and also brings her clothes to the Horsham Carfax Market every Thursday, and Worthings monthly Emporium Market where she has many regular customers. Working with a local seamstress, she designs and makes most of the clothes, for babies and children up to seven years, in an inspiring array of globally sourced fabrics suitable for boys and girls. Tracey says "Customers are increasingly supportive of British made purchases". Molly Coddle Childrenswear prides itself on quality, durability and individuality. Tracey’s designs have been sent all over the world to customers but, she says Sussex is a great place to sell her items to both the public and trade customers.

She said: “I think people really appreciate the imaginative designs, I try hard to not have just pink for girls or just blue for boys. One of my most popular designs at the moment is a blue Dinosaur dress – so many little girls love it!” As a special Family Buzz reader offer you can save 15% online by entering 'familybuzz' at the checkout, offer valid until 31st May 2015.

DATES SET FOR THE ARLINGTON BLUEBELL WALK & FARM TRAIL The Arlington Bluebell Walk team has announced that their enchanted ancient oak wood, one of the most beautiful bluebell displays in the UK, will open to the public on April 9 to May 10. The Arlington Bluebell Walk, which takes in three working farms, has been delighting countryside lovers and raising hundreds of thousands of pounds for Sussex charities since it first opened in 1972. There are seven different walks to try in the 23-acre Bluebell wood, including the gravelled Blue Walk, which gives access to everyone including mobility scooters, wheelchairs and pushchairs. Mobility scooters are also available to borrow free of charge. Fifteen charities will take part in this year’s event, fundraising for their different causes by providing food and drink to walkers. The Arlington Bluebell Walk has raised more than £750,000, at today’s value, for over 60 local charities since the attraction opened to the public 43 years ago. Two new charities are involved this year, including Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance who are sponsored by several local Lions Clubs as part of their project to raise £250,000 for a Night Flying project for the Air Ambulance; and the JPK Sussex Project, raising the capital costs for a building in Eastbourne for people with learning disabilities to live, when their parent carers are

28

no longer able to care for them. The fleeting beauty of the spring bluebells has inspired writers, such as the Bronte sisters, and artists for generations. Photographers are encouraged to capture the sea of blue in the annual Arlington Bluebell Walk Photographic Competition. One of the winning entries will be featured on the front of the 2016 attraction leaflet and the winning entries from 2015 will be on display. There is also a children’s quiz with prizes awarded by the National Farmers Union. The quizzes are based on the different colour coded walks. Visitors can also learn more about dairy farming and get up close to farm animals with pens of pigs, angora goats, sheep and baby chicks. At neighbouring Parkwood Farm, the milking of the large herd can be seen from a special viewing gallery every afternoon between 3pm and 5pm. The Bluebell Farm Shop which is normally open Fridays and Saturdays from 9.30pm to 5pm will be open every day the Bluebell Walk is open from 11.00am and is the main outlet for the beef, lamb and chicken reared by John McCutchan’s son in law Michael Vine at Bates Green Farm. The Theatre Workshop The Theatre Workshop offer performing arts classes across Sussex to young performers aged 6-18 with schools in Eastbourne, Bexhill-on-Sea, Brighton, Chichester and Falmer. The Theatre Workshop is an ideal environment for those looking to make friends, grow in confidence and gain new skills, but it is also an unrivalled stepping stone to becoming a professional actor, with many students appearing professionally on stage and screen in programmes like Doctor Who, Game of Thrones, Eastenders, Call the Midwife, as well as Hank Zipzer, Dani’s Castle and The 4 O’Clock Club for CBBC! 12-year-old student Madeline Holliday can currently be seen on your screens as Emily in Hank Zipzer for CBBC, with numerous other credits already under her belt (The Incredible Adventures of Professor Branestawm, Man Down, Holby City to name but a few). Here she shares some of her experiences: You currently study performing arts at the Theatre Workshop. Can you tell us a little about the school? At The Theatre Workshop we study Singing, Dancing and Drama. I also attend additional classes for Screen Acting and I am working towards my LAMDA exams, also organised by TTW. The teachers are very supportive and encourage us to work to the best of our abilities. You currently play Emily Zipzer in Hank Zipzer on CBBC. What has been the best/funniest part of filming?

I was so lucky to be able to work with an amazing cast and crew; everyone was so kind and friendly. I always felt that there were plenty of people I could turn to if I had worries about lines or any other problems. I think the funniest moment was when I got hiccups during filming; we did a few

more takes than usual! I also loved wearing all the costumes and make-up. How do you think that the Theatre Workshop has helped you?

Mostly, I think it has helped my confidence. Before I joined TTW, I was very shy and nervous. The teachers have taught me to believe in myself. It was through TTW that I was lucky enough to get signed by their associated acting agency. I have also been able to meet amazing casting directors at workshops run by the TW. Now, I feel far more confident to go to auditions and workshops as I know that the more I put myself forward, the more I will get noticed by casting directors, directors and producers. Would you like to continue acting when you grow up? What else would you like to do?

I would love to continue to act, as it is my favourite thing to do. I know that I will have to work very hard. As well as continuing my training, I would like to take GCSE’s such as Drama and Performing Arts so that one day, perhaps I can do Drama at University or Drama School. I am also very interested in the production side of TV and films. I love to play squash and do yoga, but I do have lots of homework to do too! What advice would you give to other aspiring actors?

Firstly, join a good Drama club or Theatre School as you need to learn how to perform and the support of good teachers is so important. Always follow your dream, give yourself a goal, no matter how long it takes, be prepared to work hard and keep on trying! For more information or to book a FREE TRIAL SESSION, visit www.thetheatreworkshop.com or call 01323 401898/ 01424 232627. Quote ‘Family Buzz’ for a free T-shirt upon joining!
