n año más el gran evento del turismo en Madrid, FITUR 2019 ha sido un impresionante éxito de ocupación de stands, profesionales asistentes y público en general (casi 250.000 personas del 23 al 27 de enero) pese a la salvaje huelga de los Taxis Madrileños. El sector del turismo sigue siendo para España una contribución importantísima en nuestro producto interior bruto. Marbella estuvo presente con un magnífico stand en este escaparate del turismo mundial, con una visión panorámica muy visual y con una apretada agenda de presentaciones sobre nuevos proyectos y realidades que se sucederán a lo largo del año 2019.

Marbella was present with a magnificent stand in this world tourism showcase with a very visual panoramic view and a busy agenda of presentations of new projects and realities which will be taking place during the course of 2019. As our D&N magazine is a publication which is mainly engaged in informing visitors, we could not fail to be present at the Marbella counter. As always, February and March are seen as ‘low season’ for holiday occupation in our area, but that does not prevent many cultural and gastronomic events from being held one way or another and being a great success. Exposición Temporal “Matta. Entre Mundos”. El chileno Roberto Matta es uno de los artistas internacionales de mayor influencia en la cultura del siglo XX y XXI. La exposición muestra la faceta de grabador de este artista. Treinta y un grabados en total a los que acompaña un óleo del artista, gracias al cual podremos comprobar de primera mano las relaciones entre la obra pictórica de Matta y su vertiente gráfica. El Ayuntamiento de Estepona informa que está abierto el plazo de inscripción para participar en la X Ruta de las Tapas, enmarcada en el evento “Estepona vive sus calles 2019”, cuya celebración tendrá lugar los próximos días 29, 30 y 31 de marzo. Podrán inscribirse los bares y restaurantes ubicados en el Casco Urbano de Estepona, quienes participarán, asimismo, en el concurso “La Mejor Tapa 2019”, que será elegida por los clientes. El establecimiento ganador será reconocido con una placa por el Ayuntamiento, y ofrecerá un premio en metálico de 1.000€. Inscripciones disponibles en www.estepona.es, se entregarán cumplimentadas en el Centro Cultural Padre Manuel, hasta el 22 de febrero de 2019. Ciclo Memoria y Narración. Este ciclo trata de indagar en las relaciones entre memoria y narración. Muchos filósofos y novelistas se han acercado al género biográfico. Con estos encuentros con novelistas y pensadores queremos mostrar la dimensión más humana de los autores: la narración de sus vidas, la memoria de sus actos y pensamientos. El ciclo se desarrollará en un diálogo entre Juan Malpartida y cada uno de los invitados: Manuel Vilas, Fernando Savater, Pablo D’ors, Rafael Argullol y Anna Caballé. Todos han escrito obras en las que la memoria ha sido eje central de las mismas. Del 8 de febrero al 29 de marzo a las 20.30 h. Hospital Real de la Misericordia. Many philosophers and novelists have approached the genre of biography. Con estos encuentros con novelistas y pensadores queremos mostrar la dimensión más humana de los autores: la narración de sus vidas, la memoria de sus actos y pensamientos. El ciclo se desarrollará en un diálogo entre Juan Malpartida y cada uno de los invitados: Manuel Vilas, Fernando Savater, Pablo D’ors, Rafael Argullol y Anna Caballé. Según esta normativa en palabras de Don Carlos Alcalá, Concejal Delegado de Sanidad y teniente Alcalde de las Chapas, “No solo hay que inscribir tu mascota en el registro municipal, sino que, además si es un perro de raza catalogada como potencialmente peligrosa o pesa más de 20 kilos es obligatorio sacar licencia especial como animal potencialmente peligroso”. Así mismo, Jan Weiman, secretario de la Triple A (Asociación de Animales Abandonados), refiriere “Todo perro debe llevar obligatoriamente implantado su microchip y no admite ningún tipo de mutilación de tipo estético”. No todo es espectáculo en Fitur, La alta actividad de negocio se ha concentrado en las jornadas profesionales de Fitur, con una agenda que ha generado 9.150 reuniones de negocios con compradores internacionales, y 49.711 citas solicitadas en la agenda digital y los miles de encuentros bilaterales de empresas e inastituciones en los diferentes stands, señala Ifema en un comunicado.

Según la organización, 325 millones de euros, ha sido la aportación económica a la ciudad de Madrid en estos cinco días de lleno total en hoteles, pese a la huelga de taxis que intentaron sabotear, manifestándose en las puertas de la misma. Se estima que la visita de público durante el fin de semana supero las 120.000 personas, lo cual da una mareante cifra de más de 250.000 visitantes a este espectacular evento de nivel mundial.

Según los datos dados a conocer por Ifema, consolidan el liderazgo de Fitur como gran foro de negocios de la industria mundial del turismo, y una de las principales ferias turísticas de Europa junto a la ITB de Berlín y la WTM de Londres, coincidiendo con la evolución del sector prueba.

Esta construcción se encuentra enclavada en el centro histórico de la ciudad y es la única que se ha conservado de la época musulmana. La medina de Marbella fue una de las ciudades más importantes de la “Rayya” (provincia de Málaga). La Marbella amurallada de los musulmanes abarcaba aproximadamente una superficie de 90.000 metros2. Sobre esta reducida área se extendería una trama de estrechas callejas, que todavía hoy conserva su trazado. This construction is set in the historic centre of the town and it is the only one conserved from the muslim era. The medina of Marbella was one of the most important cities or the “Rayya” (province of Malaga). The fortified Marbella of the muslims covered approximately a surface of 90.000 square metres. Basílica Paleocristiana Vega del Mar (San Pedro) (s. IV). Rodeada por una necrópolis visigoda con más de 180 enterramientos de distinta tipología. Única en la Península Ibérica. Bóvedas o Termas de Guadalmina (San Pedro) (s. II-III). A 500 m de la Basílica. Además de su uso higiénico, eran un punto de reunión social. Villa Romana de Río Verde (Marbella) (s. I). Edificada como finca rústica en la que se desarrollaban actividades agropecuarias, en especial la fabricación del garum, pasta de diversos pescados cuyo precio alcazaba cifras exorbitantes en Roma. Monumento declarado Bien de Interés Cultural por la Junta de Andalucía, y protegido con el máximo nivel en el Patrimonio Histórico Andaluz.
